I really like the Gebo’s the store. However, the manager was unbelievably rude. I went to the store to obtain a horse halter and reviewed the options. I then went to another store and then came back. I picked the best priced halter and there was another one that looked the same except for the color but was more money. So, I asked the clerk and he was very helpful. We went back and looked at the rack and determined that both actually were the higher price. There was multiple hooks all showing the lower price so it was clearly confusing. I asked if he could do the lower price (about $2 less) and he checked and then said he could.The clerk started to ring me up and then I realized he had taken tax off for Ag exemption. I asked him to add it back as this wasn’t tax exempt. Then Julie the store manager, I later found out, came up to the counter. He asked her for help with the screen that was stuck without taxes. She offered no help. Then she proceeds to question the price. She goes off to verify the price for a second time without really any interest why that was the price or that she was stopping the sale. I actually had my wallet out. She comes back insisting on the higher price and I then begin to explain it all over again. She says she checked the halters in the morning and they aren’t out of place. I walked with her and showed her were the halter was located. There are 3 hooks of them all at the lower price and exact same color. She then again seems to be accusing me of misplacing the halter. At this I informed her that I’m not in the habit of lying and we won’t be doing business there again.Julie, the store manager, wasn’t in the least bit concerned about losing my business. She treated us, in my option, with contempt. Both of the other clerks had been very helpful and very nice. It is a real shame management would treat us or anyone like this. This isn’t about the money it is very much about the attitude. I won’t give my money to anyone who treats us like this.

Love this place! Want to experience a down home, country store feel in the middle of a large city? Gebo's is the spot! They'll sell you everything from play sand to guns and ammo. They even carry my favorite shirts made by Ariat. Very friendly staff. 😎

For being in a thriving area of McKinney it seems to be in a time warp. A little bit of everything but a whole lot of nothing. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly though.

Love this place. Customer Service is the best. The clothes, the boots, the guns, are all priced very well. I will continue to do business with Gebo's and recommend them to all my friends!!!

They have ammo in stock! Very Friendly and helpful staff. My 5 year old calls it the every farm animal store. Christmas and holiday shopping is fun there, too. They always have great stuff and name brands.

First time here, after living in McKinney for 12 years...crazy. nice people, I do not have a farm, nor live the rural lifestyle, but I like a local flavor store. I am sure I will find more stuff I need when I go back

Guns are more priced better than other places & employees have pretty good knowledge & patience with customers.they also carry different farm products than the big box stores for farm animals & products that helpful to have even in the city .also carry local honey .

Great store!!!! But the survive by the guy at the gun department sucked!!! I stood there for more than 10 minutes and didn’t even acknowledge me. Very rude I was willing to buy a Ak and a handgun I guess I will take my business somewhere else. I shopped here before and never a issue till today.

Surprised to see this place had the best price on 300 blackout ammo after checking a few places in town. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back to this location for any future needs.

Gebos is an awesome store. If you are looking for anything related to off the grid life, farming, gardening, equestrian equipment., the range, or cowboy clothes, boots, etc Gebos is the spot.I buy my chicken food from them at a very affordable price. It is a Farmers shop in the big city.

Friendly and informative. This is a store we would expect to find in Texas where they offer items not easily found for the farm, ranch or just the sports enthusiast. We purchased a firearm and ammo for the first time here and the people were so caring and made sure we understood everything about our purchase. A wonderful experience any time we visit.

This is a good store to shop for your farm needs. They also carry a decent amount of clothes. Their prices are very competitive with other western wear stores. They carry a wide variety of stuff for your farm needs. They also have a small department of hunting and shooting supplies. The staff is very friendly and helpful also.

This is a great local place in McKinney. The staff seemed very knowledgeable about the products and what you would need. We had to order fencing that they did not have on hand and were efficient and fast with the ordering process.

This is a great store. They actually had .22 LR ammo in stock when I visited today. I haven't seen any ammo anywhere at Walmart or retail stores since before the election. This place also has a great selection of garden and farm products. It is hidden from you mostly from the road and you would have to know it is to the northwest of the car wash at 75 and 380.

The manager of this store is amazing. Goes above and beyond to help find what you need. Witnessed her carrying a 50 pound bag of feed out on her shoulder for a lady. She's in the perfect position for this business.The only suggestion I have for this particular Gebo's, not a complaint, is a better location in McKinney Texas. Off the main highway would not only make it easier access for customers but I'd bet the business could make FIVE times the profit as it does in this location.Do any other customers agree? Please rate your experience as well. Maybe the owners will read our suggestions.I love Gebo's!!!!!!!

Found great options on very hard to find dog run/kennels here. I called ahead for availability and was kindly informed of their great sale on the product I was looking for.Staff is friendly and I was even able to get help with delivery for a small fee.100% would recommend this store for all your farm/pet needs.

Very well stocked store...they did not have what I was looking for, but it was plumbing supplies...but found horseshoes for my horse, saw lots of other interesting ranch supplies

Very friendly, love this place. Sure hope they are able to either relocate. They are a jewel for workwear, tools for farming, horse & other pet supplies. Only problem is stores on 380 built in front, now their store is hidden, so new patrons don't know the store is there.
