We visited on Halloween to get our pup some Halloween themed treats. We got some cute cookies decorated like a pumpkin, a vampire, and a ghost. The two staff members behind the counter were very friendly. Also, since we were "trick-or-treating" they gave our pup a free swag bag! It included a chew toy and two bandanas! We were pleasantly surprised at the very generous gift. We'll definitely be back for more treats and to shop around.

Awesome! Our Australian Shepherd turned five while we were on a layover here in Texas and this store had anything, and everything, you could need/want for your best friend. There are treats and toys here that we haven’t been able to find for years. Very friendly and even personalized a cookie on the spot. At no extra charge! The hardest part was getting our kids out of the store before they bought one of everything!!! Keep up the great work.

This is my favorite Three Dog location in DFW! The manager is knowledgeable, helpful, and always so kind! She goes out of her way to help every customer and treats your fur babies like her own. Cannot recommend this store enough.

Love bringing our pups and friend’s pups to Three Dog! Gracie and Cindy always make them feel special! It is obvious they both LOVE dogs AND people! Definitely take your fur babies for some delicious treats!!

This place is awesome. Toys are pricey but to be expected as its specialty. So many adorable options! They even put my dogs name on the birthday cookie which I wasn’t expecting. Lots of fresh dog goodies to choose from. Will come back for sure! 🐶❤️

Brought my dog there today for her birthday. Great selection of dog toys. Even had toys for aggressive chewers. Bought a couple of their hand made treats and my dog went crazy over them. Service was nice and friendly. I qould recommend this place and will be back in the future

Three Dog Bakery is such a great addition to the Mansfield community! We love going in to purchase homemade treats for our fur baby, and it is a great place to purchase goodies for our family and friends pups as well. They have a great toy selection and treat selection. Our pupper absolutely loves Three Dog Bakery, and so do we!

Love this place! All of their treats I have seen are made in the USA, which is not always to find. The workers were also really nice to my nervous puppy. Cute treats too :)

I ordered a sweet birthday cake for my dog a month prior to the date I needed the cake. When I went to pick it up on the date I specified when I ordered said cake, the two employees were unable to find the order. Understandably frustrated, as it is my time that gets wasted to go and pick up the cake and not receive, an employee found the undecorated cake in the freezer. I was never unkind, but understandably frustrated. Both employees were incredibly kind and one even said, “whoever took your order did it in an incredibly stupid way.” They gave me a 50% discount on my order for this Friday. However, I received a phone call a day after my discounted purchase from the manager, Grace. She called to inform me that she could not honor a 50% discount that was given and would require the full payment. I returned the call and asked if she had heard the storyline of events for why the employee gave me the discount and she said yes. She said they just make no money off the order if they fulfill it as purchased. I informed her that I felt it was bad business to recant an already processed ordered. Her response… “I’m the manager and this is America and I can choose to give service to who I want, especially not towards those being rude.” Again, I was never unkind and always matter of fact. If any of your employees remedies a situation or makes a sale, it should inherently be honored and then corrected for future customers if you saw it as an unfit option. I love Three Dog Bakery and have visited many in many different cities. I would strongly encourage you to take your business to any of those not located in Mansfield.

Amazing service! I love seeing all the little cute treats decorated with bones and stuff. but I was a little sad to find out that they tasted like dog treats. That’s ok though I’ll give what I don’t eat to my little doggies!!

Our dog loved his birthday cookie, and they even added his name and age to his cookie! It was a good choice for a senior dog without many teeth.

First time coming here since I’ve been back in Mansfield and absolutely love this place! Staff was super friendly and the treats??? AMAZING!! All my pets loved them!! Will be going back for more treats!

This place has some great stuff and my dog loves their treats, but I would not buy any of their fresh treats without reading all of the ingredients. They have a cheese pizza treat that I almost bought my dog until I read the ingredients and it lists garlic powder. This was terrifying to me seeing as garlic especially garlic powder is poisonous to dogs. I won’t be returning to the bakery after seeing this because I can’t trust that there won’t be any cross contamination.

The manager was inherently rude and recanted on a discount provided by her employees for a mistake of their own. This is the sign of a poorly run business that has no awareness for customer satisfaction. If you want to be treated like bottom of the barrel go to this place, otherwise I would steer clear.

My husband and I went into this shop to buy some treats for our Bud, who is on his last days so we wanted to give him the best. We walked in and were helped by the sweetest woman with green hair (I am SO sorry I didn't ask your name!)We explained our situation, asked some questions and she was super helpful and so nice. When we went up to pay we noticed that the total was a little less than we had thought and she said, "Oh no, I took 50% off. Noone should go through what you all are going through." Now, my man is a big strong man but her act of kindness almost brought him to tears. So thank you, we will be recommending you to everyone!! ❤❤❤

Manager Grace clearly doesn’t understand the importance of customer service and satisfaction. Grace thinks it’s okay to call a customer after they purchase an order using a discount after her store messed up to use her authority as manager to not honor said discount and ask for the difference after the order had already been paid for.

Worst worst worst experience ever. If you want good customer service and a decent looking cake please don’t go here. The manager is rude and disrespectful. I have called corporate. I booked three dog bakery to create a birthday cake for the babies first party and it was a complete disaster. After I saw the cake and how much it did not resemble the picture I was stunned. When I asked for a refund the manager Rudely told me NO. I wasn’t rude with her and honestly it wasn’t about the money but more of the principle and the disrespect. I lost $54 and never received an item and was treated poorly. I will never ever go back here or refer them to anyone. Please see below for what I asked for vs. what I didn’t even receive.

Been to this store at different states previously. Products and services are great.. but not at this location!The dog behind the register decided to jump and grab my 3 foot tall son's mask off his face. It happened when I was paying for my stuff, and staff could only respond, "the dog jumps! " and they had no idea how that happened.Will never visit this place again!
