The store is always clean and staff always friendly. Every time I've needed to use them, the bathrooms were being cleaned though. Once, the gentleman was just finishing up. When I was inside the bathroom, the gentleman was outside by the storage room putting things away. He was singing the whole time! 😆 I had to compliment him as I left bc he had a nice voice. My dad was just "tickled" when I met back up with him and told him about it.

Visiting from out of the state and always impressed by their inventory on stock. Fresh foods and friendly employees made my visit even better. Just one concern, why aren't HEB"s all over America??? I know why, because they'd crush the competition. Please open in Jacksonville, NC. One of America's largest Marine Corps bases with plenty of Texans which would bring their friends and bring good business.

I have to give a shout out to Richard at HEB pharmacy. He went out of his way to ask this elderly gentleman if he had been waited on by an HEB employee. It was extremely thoughtful! Thanks for being an awesome guy, Rich! I always enjoy my experience at this HEB!

I appreciate the workers there, because they help bag, take groceries to the car and load your purchases in your vehicle. Very helpful and nice employees. Friendly staff. They just need more cash registers open. Especially during the holidays and the beginning of the month.They really do need more registers open in the morning and evenings. The Express Lanes need to be open for people with less than 20 items in the mornings as well. I went in for a quick check out and reloading of my card. There were only two registers open with no Express Lanes open. And the Customer Service was closed and had a line of people waiting.

We appreciate H.E.B plus keep stocking on shelves and everything done before opening we shop early when it open everything I need is sure no worries cuz everything I need there n fresh veggies and fruits very clean also all h.e.b employees are very nice n friendly more like families I see they smile when me and my daughter there to shop my daughter Jenn say this is her favorite store besides she grew up to know this amazing store she loves some of employees knows my daughter from newborn to adult H.E.B keep up good work I give 5 star plus one more why cuz best store I seen very clean fresh on every single items veggies fruit s meat seafood bakery plus employees 💯👍👍

Today I stopped by heb gas station to get some tacos 2 brisket and boy did I feel ripped off the older lady there who made my tacos must not like me didn't get her name but I will soon post it when I get itNormally I get a decent amount of brisket in my tacos but not todayI was very disappointed this is the second time she does this

Poisonously sweet with added sugars @ 1/3rd of DV in a 100 gramsserving.Fat and diabetic Hill Country patrons need just that.Should be ashamed, H.E.B.Nothing really to discuss, H.E.B., except the date on which you will either change the recipe or remove this product from the shelves.Respect your country customers.

Stopped to pickup some grocceries visiting my sister over Thanksgiving. I wish we had HEBs in my area. I would shop a local HEB over Walmart. Thankfully HEB is much like Kroger in value, except probably even better stocked. Pricing was good, the store was clean and it beats Walmart hands down in quality and price. I recently moved to an area where the only large groccery stores are 15 miles drive in each direction and it is a Walmart.

Running behind on doing errands. Stopped at HEB in Lytle for groceries. Grabbed a couple of marked down special for $2.12 at check out the cashier was not paying attention when scanning. I pointed out on mark down price. But the sacker DeAndrew pointed out to cashier on line 35 and 36 needed to be corrected. Thank you DeAndrew. Went over to manager Wes to let him know that DeAndrew did a real good job!

I like coming to this HEB versus going to the standard one in Hondo. It is way more spacious and they have a lot of items I don’t usually find on regular stores such as sushi, bakery items, and of course, beer selections. I don’t usually travel here, but when I need to stock up, I make it a point to go.

Arthur was a huge blessing today! The cashier was running all my items and was checking out when I received a text from my husband asking me to pick up some items that of course were not in the cart. In my thinking out loud I figured I would pay, go the car and then come back into the store to pickup the additional items. Which meant I would have to get in line once again. Arthur told me that my cart could be saved and I could go and get my additional items. I was so thankful for that. I went and got my items and looked for the line I was in. Arthur flagged me to a register and Wes very kindly took care of checking me out. Both Arthur and Wes made sure my experience there was pleasant, quick and provided me outstanding customer service! Thank you for taking care of your customer. My stress level went down a few notches just because of their commitment in taking awesome care of their customers!

I don't understand why the pre-pay quick line was disbanded. I don't really see any advantage to the customer to pre-pay if I have to stand in a long line.

Very clean store. Some skylight window leaks, though. It was a rainy day when we visited, and there were buckets, trash cans, and the like, along with wet floor warnings under several of the stores skylights. We were able to find everything we needed. We were also guided to a short-line register when we were ready to check out. Assistance to our car was also offered. It's a great store overall.

Really nice rest stop, re fuel, re stock your snacks at a reasonable price, and make use of the clean restrooms. Several fast food establishments within the same shopping center. Whataburger, Little Cesar's, and McDonald's. Several others across the street.

Great store during the day but once closing time comes around it's horrible! They only leave about 3 registers open & on of them is an express lane. There also isn't any baggers at night? People are literally bagging their own stuff.

YOU ROCK BLAINE!!I’m always able to find everything, and if I don’t, there’s always nice employees to help. I want to give a shout out to Blaine, I was getting ready to get in line to check out, and he made it a point to ask me if I was ready, pointed me in the direction of a lane that had no customers nor line, and he was kind enough to put all my groceries on the counter for me. That’s an example of going above and beyond! And I really appreciate him for doing that, I can tell he’s an asset to your store. I love my H-E-B!

My husband and I went for our flu vaccine. Although we signed up for a certain time, we arrived early. Well, our time came and went along with other customers and nothing..of course we encountered the awkward moments of seeing others being taken in while we waited. It would've been appreciated to be acknowledged and informed of our delay, but of course, that would require courtesy as for today, they demonstrate a lack of,after 15+ minutes, we left.

My main complaint with this store is that I have to push my cart uphill after I'm done shopping AND that large trucks always surround my little Prius when I'm done, no matter how far from the door I park.

Making my order through the app and it’s deleting items from my order, or I’ve being charged for an item but not getting it. This location is worse. Never have any problems with any San Antonio locations but this one is horrible.

Wanted strawberries. They weren't fully ripe. Went to the organic strawberries, they looked better. Nope. They were already moldy. Brought home the regular ones. Next morning, moldy. Not even fully ripe and moldy. This isn't the first time. Also bakery items mold fast. I think this store needs a good cleaning.

More $ than Walmart charges, $.30 more, less cake than Wallyworld, and hardly any frosting... shameful. Really like HEB but seriously folks, need to do better... *Edited*. I asked them about this on their Facebook page. Instead of any response at all, HEB blocked me from posting on their page.
