We love this vet! We drive an hour just to go see them. They’ve gotten our pups in multiple times for emergencies in the same day, and are always honest about their prognosis, and never try to do unnecessary procedures, medications or tests. They have awesome prices, and we are glad we found them. All of the staff are caring and aways do their best work!

This vet clinic will be the only clinic we use in Lufkin because of their thoughtfulness and knowledge. They sent us a card after the loss of our dog Bayli and that meant a lot to our family. We have been going to this clinic over 10 years and will be with them as long as we have animals. Thank you again staff. 🐕

This vet office is amazing! He doesn't lead you the wrong way and will tell you the honest truth about your animal! They just did surgery on our 12 year old little dog and he made it! That's where we get his flea pill every year too. They are the cheapest in town and very good people!!! If they have to do any surgery on your animal, be prepared to pay in full! They tried to keep our dog. We got him back though and will pay them in payment plans.

They’ve been taking care of all my pets for years (2 large dogs, 1 small dog, & a cat) because they have always taken great care of them! I usually call ahead to make sure I am coming at a good time if I don’t already have an appointment because that’s just the smart thing to do. And they’re always so accommodating of my work schedule. Taking great care of pets always costs money (vaccinations, flea/tick & heartworm meds) but I have found their surgery prices to be very reasonable through the years, and there are often deals for buying meds in bulk. The calm, friendly staff make everything easier. The office rescue cat is even really chill, a good sign that they will take care of your pet in as low stress manner as possible too!

Our dog was bitten by something causing extreme swelling to his face. We went to the Animal clinic without an appointment, late in the afternoon near closing time. The staff took us in immediately and provided care for our little Dog. Fast, friendly and caring service. Would recommend for all who need veterinarian services. And, our little dog is doing great!

I have always taken my animals to West Loop Animal Clinic, but made a mistake of taking one to another clinic because of an emergency, not only did it cost me a lot of money, but had to end up taking her to West Loop Animal Clinic anyways. Called to make an appointment to have my female dog fixed. They were able to get her in the same week and were super accommodative! She gets very anxious are strangers, especially if I am not around but they were able to handle her and get her in and out as quickly as possible! Excellent staff and can’t beat their prices! Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back for any maintenance needs/routine visits!

My dog was very sick. I first made an appointment to have him checked out. The staff as super friendly. Two days before his appointment he declined rapidly and wasn't eating, drinking, or wanting to get up. I called again to have him put down. I was pretty distraught. My mom brought my dog for me. The staff was great. They do curbside because of covid. They made sure my dig was at peace and told us it was the right thing to do. I would definitely go back.

Had my puppy in for first exam and shots. He was very well reciprocated and spoiled during his visit. Every person who met him shared a smile with this cute little guy. From other pet owners to all the staff and Dr. I think the house cat may have even hid a smile behind those ignoring closed eyes. Another good visit after all these years and there's been plenty of years of service from West Loop Animal clinic/hospital. They have treated my fur babies for everything from initial shots and exams, to follow-up exams and even a very affordable 5 nights of ICU for one with parvo and survived it!!! Take your pet and go in for their own good health.

They have really low prices and will work with you. Edit three years later!My dog dislikes the vet and has a lot of anxiety about going but the staff here are very understanding and gentle with him. You can tell they really love animals and aren't there just for the money. I have been taking my dog to this vet since he was a puppy. Now he is 4 years old and I have never had a negative experience with West Loop! Thank you for all you do for Digger!

Whenever I call I always get a welcome reception! Everyone at the clinic goes out of their way to be helpful and professional when dealing with customers. I have seven dogs and they know each and every one of my dogs personally and also know how much I care about them. Therefore they know when I call it is something that needs attention and they take care of all of my and my fur babies needs.A big thank you to West loop animal clinic and everyone who works there. Staff was amazing!!!! Due to COVID, no humans were allowed in the building. (Which I think is amazing). The Vet and his staff came and spoke with me and answered all my new puppy questions. I highly recommend them.
