The pick-up order took nearly 20 minutes to come out. Also, I had selected that I had my own bags, since they asked that in the app with my order. But when she brought out my order, most of the items were bagged in their bags and the other loose items, she just tossed loose in my trunk, rather than use the bags I brought(which i didnt realize until i got home). And yes, she did know because I asked why some of my items were already bagged.

Auto care center employees are worthless. Will leave you on hold for 15 min. Call was placed at 710am..Then I call back 4 times and no one picks up. Why pay these people if they don't want to do their job duties.

I as customer should not know more about transaction codes than the cashier or front end manager. I had to step by step explain what a 70 action code was. ( which is loading or unloading money on a personal such as chime or cashapp)I asked where do I need to go for one and the employee I asked sent me to a cashier. He didn’t know what a 70 action code was so I explained it to him and told him how to do it. He proceeded to say “ we can’t listen to the customer, let me go get my manager “ I was fine with that due to scammers and such. The manager walked over and I again explained what it was, she started to question me with a very rude attitude that was not needed. Long story short, ALL front end employees should know how to completely run a cash register. New or not that is what training is for.

My husband and I were just here for a couple of nights and one of our crew members needed a new tire. We worked with Daniel & Sabrina who were AMAZING in the automotive department. However, while I was dealing with the tire situation my husband was handling an ATM transaction. Afterwards he went to customer service to ask if they could break a $50 bill down and they say no. You have to buy something first. So he grabbed a Reese’s. Unbelievable that we spent $117.94 for one tire in the automotive department (where the staff was excellent) yet, go to customer service and cannot get change for a $50. Completely unacceptable.

I'm not shopping here anymore. Locking up products for theft protection is retarded. They should start locking up thieves instead of treating all customers like potential thieves. It's insulting and degrading to have to ask someone to unlock a product. All other countries have security cameras and lock-up thieves. I just came from visiting Colombia, and their stores don't have this issue. If they go rid of self check out and hire more cashiers, it would also help with people stealing. But hey, let's pretend that's not the problem and inconvenience everyone.

The store was too hot, it caused me to get a bottle of water that i had to drink and keep putting on my neck to keep from passing out. Couldn't find some of the things I needed, somethings I had to get help to find because that store is so big. Spend too much time trying to locate the things I did get. The associates were great to help me when I could find one. The store was super busy. I don't like the self check outs, bagging my on groceries I don't mind it just is too difficult to get the bags to open. Need a wet paper towel to be able to open them easier and quicker.

I'm so tired of this Walmart. You can't get anyone to help you. I went to this walmart to get a compact refrigerator and some merchandise for my new apartment. I asked an associate to send me help on the refrigerator aisle because it was too big to put in a shopping cart.He said he would get some help, but about three minutes later I saw him walking by with his vest off and no one ever came to help me.I approached a second associate they came to help me. They put the refrigerator up front at the customer service desk until I was done shopping.I did the rest of my shopping and got up to the check out lines. The lines were incredibly long because it's the day before Easter.I get to the cash register and they tell me to go to customer service. They said I could check out there.So I go to customer service and she tells me to go back and get in line after the other associate told me I can check out there.I was the only person at the customer service desk. She could have easily checked me out. But instead, like the rest of the walmart employees at this location she just lied and ignored me. Walmart you lost a $500 sale today. Never again, I'll drive to Nacogdoches before I shop here again.

This was my first visit to this location. It was clean and very nicely stocked. However, the employees were not friendly, They did not engage with the customers at all during my entire trip. We did not get a warm welcome or a "hi, how are you?" Not even a "thank you come again" or "have a nice day" these are important things when you deal with the public every day, still a good place to shop.So Wal-Mart, if you're listening, I KNOW you can do better. Hopefully, my next visit will be more friendly.

It takes a lot to get me irritated, and it took the workers 10 minutes to get me there. I needed help finding an item so I asked an employee, and to which her response was "I don't know fine it yourself." That's not adding the other 5 workers be rude, for example I was getting in line and one worker told me "You need to get out of my way, and you'll move over here" she made me move to where I was uncomfortably close to another customer, however I did what they said.The store as a hole needs a lot of work there's thing that say is out of stock on the app and if you go in the store there will be cases of that item. There's produces all over the store that's in the wrong place which makes it hard to find what your looking for, and there's trash everywhere.They have like 30 registers and all they want to have ope is self checkout. With the the self checkouts are so cramped together that one's you've payed you can't get out without hitting or almost hitting someone. Lastly, even if you go to get one thing it will take you at least 30 minutes to get out of the store.I will say that I wouldn't shop there or even recommend anyone to shop there.

They need to build another Walmart in Lufkin. This one gets way too busy. I would rather spend a little more and go to Target but there's some things Walmart has that Target doesn't and when living on a budget every penny saved counts so Target just isn't an option right now.

This place is a walmart so it has many items but beware of the curbside it could take you hours for just a couple items to simply get parked in one of the spots. They clearly overbook themselves.

Been a pretty decent Walmart. Aisles are typically clear and stuff put in the right spots. The staff have all been very nice.

Better than the Livingston Walmart. Not a bad Walmart at all. Just dont steal. You can count the hair on a mans face easily with the cameras they use.

Love Walmart just not used to the layout but I wish they would have more people who work that they keep off their phone you will think they are speaking to you and they aren't they are on the phone. On a headset customer service has went downhill with everyone allowing phones while someone is running a register young people arent learning good work values like this thats why things steadily get worse.

It is a must for all my needs unfortunately. It's hard for people with Disabilities to shop no one has any common curiosity for wheel chairs you get looked at crazy and ran over .

Strawberries were molded & container was opened. The strawberries were all in the bag. burritos were opened & thawed out, tator ttots were thawed out. Ordered 42 items only got 9 of them. Order was supposed to been delivered between 6 & 7 pm didn't arrive until 10 pm. Customer service was no help. This is the last bad experience I have with wal mart. Last time I had a half drank bottle of dr.pepper & a McDonald's bag with a half eaten cheeseburger in a bag of my meat.

The grocery pick up department here in Lufkin is Horrible. They never answer the phone and I never get my orders when I'm supposed. Talking to a customer service representative from Walmart com they say it happens a lot at this store.

Gotta admit, it’s convenient and thrifty at times. I’m a sucker for a good deal. However, better not lose your receipt because Walmart has gotten so strict about returning and exchanging their products.

Very big Walmart. Some some reason the flow of this store is just off.. hard to find things. It may just be me but this store seems to be an old layout. Other than that it is a good store with plenty of stock.

It's Walmart, found stuff I needed, stuff I didn't. Depending on trip items are on stock or out. They do not play around with items in the wrong spot, though 90% of the time, Lufkin won't price match items on the wrong spot.Customer Service by Front End Lead Angel was superb with my freezer.

Hate going to Walmart for anything.....The number of employees is continually going down, you can't ever get any help because there's nobody around, you have to check yourself out then wait for the door police to get out of the way, they literally watch you check yourself out then stop you because they suspect you of stealing, Walmart is not what it used to be and for that i stay away!
