It was an ok visit. The shelves were kind of bare. They either need help or either need to get busy. But the trip alone was fare. I couldn't find what I wanted but unfortunately for me I didn't leave empty handed lol. I found something I didn't need and something completely opposite of what I went there fore 😔 lol. But, it's ok that's womanhood lol. We can't help ourselves! They had a lot of inventory but was missing a lot as well. So don't be disappointed if you can't find what you want. It's life.

I have multiple bad experiences with rude and obnoxious employees at the store on Frank Street in Lufkin. Also I have never had anyone answer the phone at the same store even when allowing the phone to ring for extended periods of time.

Great experience. Clean store, the only problem is that there was only one person working there. He was cleaning and stocking the shelves and running the register.

Pathetic. No employees. No cashiers EVER. One at top while people wait longer than they would at WalMart. No assistance and if so, rudeness beyond all imaginable dreams.Key Word: Millennials = worthless

Friendly personel, close at 10pm, you can find cheap stuff. Also reload your emerald car and buy most cellphones minutes, prepaid cards and cord chargers for ipad, android ect. Just a quick store!
