I wish I had taken a pic but forgot. I brought my friends Shih Tzu in for a surprise trim. When his mom picked him up last night she was beyond thrilled with his new haircut . Once again , Plush Puppy Groomers has risen above the rest . Great job Plush Puppy ! I'll be back with my two soon.

Took super great care of my pups! They went in stinky and dirty, came home smelling good and dang near a different color! Their nails were trimmed and they had no gunk around their eyes. Great job folks, and VERY reasonable prices. My pups will be back soon!

Worst experience happened here a while ago. Their credit card machine was down and before I let my dog get groomed I ask the lady up front if I could reschedule since I didn’t have any form of payment. This woman gave me a whole attitude then accused me for not missing my appointments then went on trying to grab my dog. I then asked to reschedule which she huffed then went to the back loudly complaining about me for wanting to reschedule. I know I’m not the only one with bad experiences from this place, I have peers that have shared horrible experiences about this place. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have an older buddy that has skin tags and arthritis. We took him because a previous shop would hold him all day long. I was absolutely pleased with the experience and will be back next month. Thank you Plush Puppy!

Wonderful groomer! Did a fabulous job and is very nice. My Westie looks so handsome and smells great. She let me pick him up as soon as he was done.**This is a revision of my earlier review. I am very disappointed in this groomer. If she is not busy everything is great, but unfortunately, she takes in too many dogs to be groomed. My dog had been there for 4 hours. I called to check on him, I was told he would be another 1-2 hours. This is after he was one of the first ones to get there in the morning, and when booking the appointment, I asked for a day that was not busy so he would not have to stay there so long. He is 13 years old and has separation anxiety. Consequently, I picked him up early and he received a bad haircut and did not receive the services requested. I was told they were grooming 30 dogs that day. The groomer should limit the amount of appointments she books each day. We will not be back there again.

My Girl got an Oatmeal bath, her nails cut and her ears cleaned.. she came out with a cherry bandana looking, feeling and smelling really good. Next appointment I will be getting her teeth brushed as well ... My girl is a shelter dog and its difficult to get her into places but she walks right to the shop like shes looking forward to it.. :)

They did a fantastic job on my dog! She is a mixed poodle breed and her fur gets so knotted up to the point that she will have dreads, and after some failed attempts to cut her hair, I decided to bring her here and they did such a good job! Her fur is looking awesome. The prices were very good also, some other places were wanting to charge $65-$75. For my dog it was only $41 with taxes included already. Not bad considering the condition her fur was in. Great job guys, I’ll definitely recommended y’all to everyone, and i sure will be coming back again (: Thank you!

I took my older dog to plush puppy today. I dropped him off at like 8 830 this morning. It took them until 345pm to have him ready. I called up there twice to check on him. Once at 1230pm and the other at 3pm. At 1230 they told me he just got him into the bath after shaving him once. And at 3pm they told he would be ready in about 30 to 45 min. Well when I got up there about 330 345pm. They still didn't have him ready. Had to wait on him to get his nails clipped. I mean it's not good business when your spending 75 dollars to get your dog groomed and it take almost 7 hours. It is ridiculous. My dog is like 10 11 years old. He doesn't need to be Kenneled that long. I will not be taking any more of my dogs to plush puppy.

I have no problem with their grooming. My dog always looks great.My problem is they are now too busy for me. Every time I call they can't do him and want to book later. Been going there about 5 to 10 years. They have gotten very busy, good thing for their business. I guess too busy for me.

My dog was groomed here today and they did an amazing job and exactly what I was looking for! She smells great and her fur is softer than it’s been in a while. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because my dogs ears weren’t plucked. I still would definitely recommend this groomer!

We have an 8 year old Yorkie and have been struggling to find a groomer that we are comfortable with. We had our fur baby groomed yesterday at The Plush Puppy and will never go anywhere else. They are so kind and courteous and take care of our dog like she’s a person, just like we do. I’m so impressed. Wish I would’ve found this place 8 years ago!

I have worked here before for 3 years and I loved it! The work is absolutely outstanding for the condition some fur babies come in as,they work as fast as they can while still providing quality to it's full extent! The owner is a excellent groomer! Alot if reviews that maybe negative is the pup came in excessively matted and was required to be mostly if not fully shaved down,do to it fur condition,if the mats are to bad there is nothing the groomer can do.

This is our go to groomer. Our dog has long fuzzy hair that sheds everywhere. Today she got the best cut she's ever had. Much better than all previous visits. She looks fantastic and came home in a great mood. We'll always return to support a local business. Thanks!

I am thoroughly pleased with the services our Maggie Mae received today. She looks awesome after spending the day at Plush Puppy. Everything we requested was performed as requested to every detail. The people at this establishment are very professional with their clientele and skilled at their work.

My mom took in her 2 tea cups, was charged $93 after she was told $38 per dog. One dog received a powder bath after she specifically requested not to have powder for him, they did not trim his face, kept both dogs for 7 hours and when she called during the 7 hours they were rude and said I told you I would call you! Finally my elderly parents just went up at 4 pm to pick up their dogs and still no call received. Their male dog still smells as if he needs a bath. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and GROOMING in the history of dog ownership of 67+ years, do not recommend and will never return!

• The groomers at The Plush Puppy have always done a great job of cutting my Mini Schnauzer's hair in whichever style I ask them to (standard cut, slick cut, standard style with puppy cut face). 🐕• They are flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. Unlike most grooming salons (and people hair salons) The Plush Puppy salon is open on Mondays and closed on Saturdays. 📆• I would happily give them a five-star rating, but no matter which style of hair cut I want, I specifically request for them to cut my Schnauzer's toenails. I make sure that I am adamant about having her nails clipped during every appointment she goes to whether it be at her groomer's salon or her veterinarian. I make sure I include the request to have her nails clipped without fail. But, the last two times they failed to do her nails. 😡• I'm about to make an appointment with them now and I'll try to remember to update my rating based on how things go with this next visit.🤞🐶
