We placed a pick up order last night. It was ready for pick-up when I got up this morning. Drove to Target in Longview. We drove in parking space and checked in. Within minutes the employee brought out several orders (instead of one at a time). It was so simple and efficient. We would recommend this to anyone. Great service Target!!!

This target pickup is BEYOND impressive! The app is easy to use and it takes no time for the employees to make it to the car. I've ordered large items, I've had junk in my cargo area, and per usual everything was taken care of with ease. The pickup team is awesome!!

Beware that Target doesn’t do even exchanges, so if u buy something on sale & need to exchange bc the size doesn’t work, you will have to pay more.

I waited a few minutes for the pharmacy to open (hours not posted online) and then waited another 15 minutes for the two people in front of me to be given their prescriptions, just to wait another 5 minutes and them not even able to fill my prescription. I was told to come back later. Whoever decided to put a first day employee in charge of opening the pharmacy needs to be fired. Normally they are quick and actually get you your prescription.

Love the shopping experience here. Curbside pickup is usually pretty fast, I like that I get a discount for bringing my own bags, and the workers are always helpful. My only complaint is product availability needs to be better. I feel like I have trouble finding stuff here a lot of the time.

Did an online order on the Mar. 29th and the email confirmation said I could pickup order within two hours in store. Called today which is the 31st was told order couldn’t be found. Associate wanted to go back and forward with me about my purchase date. Basically calling me a liar, as I’m looking at the confirmed email as we spoke. Policy is they hold item(s) for three days, but that’s not true. Manager ( if I was really speaking to one ) made up an excuse about online and email wasn’t really true. They basically sold my item to another customer when it was already purchased.

What happened to Target? I had to do a mental double take to make sure I was in Target and not in a different “big box” store who has a blue logo and touts rollback prices! This Target was literally filthy. I’m talking dust so thick on some shelves people had literally written names and drew pictures in the dust!! The lack of employees was noticeable. I couldn’t locate an item and after wandering like Moses in the dessert trying to find someone to assist me I gave up. I almost left my cart with the few items I did have but didn’t want to leave with nothing to show for my efforts.

Marissa, my smiling😁 Cashier was respectful, fast, patient, correctly rang up items, and she was the same with customers ahead of me. Made us all smile.😊👍👏West, smiled🙂 and asked me if I needed help, while I was in his aisle, as he stocked its shelves, and kindly looked up the item on his computer.😊👍👏I buy the low-priced and quality Good & Gather frozen veges, here.👍👏

Enjoy the convenience of target pickup for the 2hr window. I do wish they weren't so unreliable of when it comes to bad weather, it would be nice to know ahead of time in the app or something if they aren't doing it. Instead of driving there to find out even when it's not raining/lightening.

DO NOT! I repeat, do not do an ON LINE ORDER!! I ordered my product and went to the store after I received my confirmation email that item was ready to be picked up. Once there, the employee Kourtney in customer service told me that I would have to wait because there was no one to go get it. I asked for a manager and she told me she was at lunch. I literally had to stand there for over 30 min. I could have went and grabbed my one item and checked out in less than 10 minutes. Just a big mistake doing business with target all together!!! Lesson learned!

My family and I really enjoy shopping at Target. Target has many brand options to choose from. My granddaughters love the toy selection and the books and arts and crafts selections. I highly recommend shopping at Target.

Usually I enjoy shopping at Target, but today was rough. The clothing section was difficult to shop, as most of the usually folded clothes were in wads. The mens section was blocked off and unreachable. While neither of these were a deal breaker, when I went to checkout no registers were open and self checkout was completely backed up and customers were randomly blocking up instead of filed into lines. I placed my stuff down and left. Hopefully next time the experience is a little better, as it used to be my favorite place to shop. It seems like the customer experience is just becoming less important.

Definitely like the idea of no minimum required. Items I purchase are never damaged or questionable looking. I especially love the non contact part and that part where they asked which section of the vehicle you want it in. I wished they had more selection, but other than that the app/store and staff are great.

I went here to try and find some new clothes. They have such a big collection for sizes 0-12 but anything above that just go somewhere else. They only had three racks for plus size clothes and that’s it. It’s already discouraging enough to be plus size but to find clothes without having to shop online? It’s the absolute worse and target is one of those places that just make it harder.
