So rude. My 6 year old was looking thru the glass and tripped on his own shoe like children do and the groomer started yelling at him thru the glass bc he scared a dog. He is a child who lost his balance no need to yell at him. Definitely wont be back in this store

I would advise pet owners to avoid this groomer like the plague. I made an appointment a week in advance. Brought my toy poodle in for an 11:30 am appointment. He was finally ready at 5:30. There was another customer waiting on their dog whose appointment was 10:30. When my poodle was finished the groomer had done a horrible job on him. I was able to get half on my money returned. I should have received a full refund. His hair was one length head to tail. The groomer scalped him. THEY PUT MY 15 YEAR OLD PET IN A CAGE AT 11:30 IN THE MORNING. DIDN'T START ON HIM UNTIL AFTER I CALLED THEM AT 3:30. THEN SCALPED HIM.

Horrible experience. Our groomer cut our dogs nails too short. In addition, she charged me 30.00 for brushing that I did not ask for, but was expected to pay.

The nails were not cut as short as we would like them to be. She was wonderful with the behavior of the 3 dogs and got them in and out in a relatively quick way.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS TO GET GROOMED HERE!!!! THEY SHAVED MY DOGS AND PLUCKED THEIR EARS WHEN I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THEM NOT TO!
