The hounds inn lounge took great care of my almost 10 year old deaf and paralyzed schnauzer for a week. They were a lifesaver helping me care for him on our honeymoon. Erica and Courtney were amazing and allowed us to tour and visit the facility. My Hashy loved it there and got plenty of exercise in. Loved the daily photos and check in Erica and Courtney have great experience and are experienced working with special needs and dogs with disabilities. I highly recommend this facility for your dogs care. 🐶♥️

We absolutely love the care and attention the staff shows our pup! The staff is always very friendly and easy to communicate with, He’s always so worn out from all the fun and we receive plenty of updates to give us peace of mind. 10/10 recommend 🐾💙

Hounds Inn has been SUCH a blessing for our two fur babies! ❤️ They get so much healthy interaction and are so excited to go to daycare everyday. The staff is so warm, friendly, and professional and take the best care of our babies. They also always have availability, which has been a huge stress-reliever. They also send pictures/updates throughout the day, which is a nice touch! Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience.

My Hank just loves kennel-free play days at Hounds Inn Lounge! It's such a great concept and I feel good knowing that he's not sitting in a kennel for most of the day. He is either playing outdoors or is indoors roaming free, learning to socialize and playing with friends. Each day I get a report card with pictures and a summary of how he spent his day, his behavior, his food intake, etc. I couldn't be happier with or more confident in his care.

Awesome place! Boarded my 10 yr old French bulldog with medical issues here over Christmas and was very pleased with the care they provided. Erica, the manager, came out to greet me when I picked him up. She is a bully lover like myself and is very knowledgeable about the breed. She was super nice and obviously extremely caring about her customers. So happy to have found this place. Will board here again in the future! Thank you Hounds Inn!

Hound’s Inn takes awesome care of my pup! She gets to run around with her friends all day, but Is also kept in line which makes her great at home too. I never feel guilty dropping her off for daycare and she can’t wait to go! The staff is great, keeping me posted on how she’s doing and I love getting her report cards.Thank you guys so much for coming to Longview! We needed you!

The staff and facility is great, however it just was not the right environment for my dogs. Since it is cage free there are lots of dogs roaming around and lots of barking. If your dogs are not use to that it can make them very nervous and can make it a high stress environment. I was out of town and the staff worked effortlessly to find solutions to make it more comfortable for them until I got back to pick them up. All in all great place and staff, just wasn’t a good fit for my dogs.

Wonderful place with attention to meeting a pet owner's needs. We felt very comfortable in leaving our dogs there. The staff treat the pets as if they were theirs. Clean and well maintained.

Tessa loves dogs and her Hounds Inn definitely reflects her love for animals. Her facility is beautiful and I really haven't ever seen anything like it. I can't wait until our next time out of town to use her facility! Hounds Inn better look out cause Batman and Fiasco are headed your way!

We absolutely love Hounds Inn Lounge. The staff is top notch and we are extremely comfortable boarding our boys Cody and Jimmy Dean. They are never alone or left in a cage. Thank you Tessa and your excellent group of employees. If I could give more stars, I would. Best place in East Texas!

By far the BEST boarding and daycare facility in Longview! Their cage free option helps my pup feel right at home when in daycare and I will for sure be using them for boarding so my doggo gets to have the best possible time while I am away! All the staff are so attentive and loving to all the pups in their care! 10/10 would recommend!

They really treat my dogs like their own. Waiting for someone to come get your dogs from your car can be annoying but they really care about your pet and this is my favorite place to board in this town

Highly recommend Hounds Inn. My dog loves to go there and gets very excited when we pull up for drop off. Staff is wonderful, and always informs you of how your dog’s visit went.
