The new store is great.. but why is the juniors section more smaller. It was like 4 rows almost before they moved. Now it’s like two and not many clothes to look through compared to before. My teen misses the other location now before they moved they had more clothes for them to look through in the Longview location.

Wish I had more time to check everything out because there were a lot of good items. We happened to walk in with 15 minutes left and the store is kinda a wreck right now due to them getting ready to move the entire store to another location down the street. The staff wasn't very helpful at all and were actually very rude ignoring questions we had asked and basically made us feel invisible. They do have alot of good clothes, sometimes shoes and other apparel, but like I said half the store was either empty or shift around to where I couldn't really find what I was looking for. I will update this review after they move into the new location and hopefully the staff won't be so stressed out and completely rude. I will say this if I have another encounter like this time it will be the very last time I will step foot back in there. Stay tuned

I'm sorry but the employees deserve better than $9 a hour! The stores look messy and unorganized because you get exactly what you pay for...a person who gives you $9 worth of work a hour.***Burlington Stores revenue for the twelve months ending October 31, 2023 was $9.345B, a 9.08% increase year-over-year.

Okay, let me explain the low rating. If your looking for low prices only, they would get 5 stats. However, the fitting rooms were blocked off like a checkpoint in a war zone. I personally won't buy if I can't try it on, no matter how inexpensive it is. Good luck finding floor help of any kind. Only noticed the 2 cashiers up front. Store was clean, however has a very cluttered, unorganized feel. May be a bargain hunters delight, but do not expect great service or fitting room amenities.

It was dirty. Clothes and stuff all over the floor. Looks like they hadn't vacuumed in a long time. Won't be going back for a while. The only good thing, they have pretty good prices on stuff.

In need of socks for my husband we stopped in after not having luck at other stores. I was in shock upon entering! There was hardly any merchandise, alot of open space. Mostly a hodgepodge of things hap hazzardly placed from a few clothing items, holiday decor, shoes, jewelry, housewares and unique snacks. Having found socks and a couple other items for purchase I wondered how much longer they would remain open, which is frustrating for those of us who do NOT like to shop via the internet#keepbricknmortarstores

Location is fairly clean, but could use some extra attention with how some shoppers just leave merchandise in disarray and not putting back where it belongs. They always seem to be short staffed and probably the reason merchandise is unorganized at times.Pricing is good and decent variety of merchandise. I occasionally find items that I am looking for, but usually have better luck at T.J. Max or Ross. Worth taking a look at if you are in the area, but I don’t go out of my way to visit this location.

I'm just left. It took 20 minutes to check out. We could see FOUR associates and I passed at least 4 others throughout the store. One person was very diligently working the register, 3 were sorting hangers while a line of 15 customers stood there. I won't be returning.

This will forever be my favorite store! I found sneakers that was online for 60 got them at Burlington for 25.! They have the best prices and great customer service I'll be a forever customer 😀

great pricing on their "stuff". Just watch out for the sizing on the clothing. It is NOT accurate at all. But a good selection of goods, friendly employees but a nightmare check out process after you go through a crowded maze to get to the registers. I saw 3 buggies where people left getting tired of waiting.

We come to Burlington because the prices a decent and we have five kids. Recently, for some unknown reason, they have closed off the changing rooms (this is post-covid panic). When asked, they unhelpfully replied that their changing room are now closed. Of course we can return it if we take it all the way home and find out it doesn't fit but we do not live a convenient distance from the store so that is not very consoling.If you are in a hurry and needing to grab something quickly, this is not the store for you. The wait at the check out is usually quite long. Not matter how long the line is I have never seen them have more than TWO people working at checkout even though they have at least eight checkout stations.I used to live Burlington, it was my first choice because of price and selection. Now, primarily due to the dismal customer service I will opt for other stores first.

Burlington used to be my favorite place to shop and spend time. They used to have beautiful clothes and shoes, house wares, and luggage etc. They've gone down hill significantly before covid. The store is messy most of the time and it's difficult to find anything. I'm surprised they haven't closed down. It's sad too. I only put some santas on layaway this time and that was is. Management could be a little more kind, but the cashier and salesfloor associates are usually nice. The clothes section looks like an outside rummage sake, and the house items are thrown all over the place; the store isn't clean anymore, and they rarely have what you're looking for. They have more empty space than anything else. Each time I go the sections are getting smaller and smaller. I'm wondering if they'll close this year. It's sad to see such a once good store go down like Burlington has.
