Awesome People , Easy to work with, went above and beyond and outside agreed scope of work. I have an extremely busy schedule and they were able to assist in having my Can Am picked up and delivered after maintenance was completed. Everyone from the front desk to the service department as well as the Tow Truck Driver they recommended were great , professional and courteous!!!

Two women at front counter Stephanie and Denise acted like it was an inconvenience to help after I drove almost 2 hours. Basically just told me they couldn't help me after I was told on the phone to come in and they could help me. Lazy people who don't care about their job.

Polk County Tractors does good business. I Have a friend who went to this shop with what he thought was a major problem with his tractor. This man comes out and shows him it was only a loose part. Folks this is a Honest man who could have taken advantage of the situation but didn't. Thank You Sir. Thank You Polk County Tractors.

He'd my Craftsman t2200 riding lawnmower worked on. The transmission was malfunctioning, they checked it and it was still under warranty so Craftsman sent them a new one. It was just right at 1 week in there and even though it was warranty work they got right on it. I got my tractor back. Happy camper. Thank you Polk County Tractor.

We have had several bad experiences at this store. They don't stand by their work or parts. We bought a part and they won't refund it the money. Parts was not what was wrong. Terrible people to deal with. We will NOT be back and do not recommend them to anyone!!

I know nothing about their service. Only know I went to their website looking specifically for a cub. They had a new 2019 for $1699 asked for that one. Was told they do not carry that model and cheapest they carry was $1899. Again this was their specific website. Was going to buy accessories also. I will not buy a bolt from them now and neither should anyone until they stop bait and switch tactics. If they lie about what they carry, what else are they lying about?

Bought a 18 maverick x3 xmr. Polk County tractor had the best price I found. They were extremely helpful. Stephanie understood I was was working out of town so she made everything happen over the phone and email. The one time I had to take it in for warranty work there were no hassles at all. They even stayed there after hours to give me time to make it there to pick it up. Great place to do business with and will definitely be buying from them again when the need arises.

I purchased a Canam sidebyside from Polk County Tractor 6 months ago. Out of the 28 wks I have owned it, it has been in the shop there 14 wks. Its a warranty issue so its covered but it has been in the shop 3 times for the same issue. They keep it several wks and send it back to with the same issue. This time they have had it 7wks and are saying they are waiting on parts and I know the parts have been there for at least 2 wks now!!!They have lied about whats going on several times!!I am paying for a brand new machine I Can Not Use!HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!BUCH OF LIERS!!BE FORWARDED DON'T PURCHASE HERE!!

We're in 2021 now but back in 2013 terrible communications w / management & mechanic , the lady says one thing the mach. does another what's so disturbing is after five working days he never got started , wasted two wks there picked up the parts and left the place .

this place is a rip off, they charged me 140 to fix a carb solonoid thats take 10 minutes to replace and charged 75 for labor..and they said labor is 30 an hour.. how does that add up? well i got the mower home and it ran for 10 minutes and bam shut off and the solinoid is bad again. unless you want to be ripped off by theese people dont take anything there i would give them negative 5 stars if i could.

I purchased a cub cadet lawn mower from here. The salesman said the machine had a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty excluding wearable parts. I put 20 hours on the machine and the spindle broke. I took the mower in for warranty and they told me after they kept it for a day that I abused it and the spindle was not under warranty because it was a wearable part. That wasn't what they told me when I bought it...I went to southern tractor who is another cub cadet dealer and they told me that they warranty those all the time. I called cub cadet to see who was right and cub cadet told me that polk county should have warrantied the part. If you want to be lied to by people who do not care about their customers or their products then you need to go spend your money at polk county tractor.

I keep going in trying ng to find parts I need for my Honda, they don't do Honda, and that's cool. It is fun to see the pretty gal behind the counter though ;)

Total rip off 2months back and forth with our lawnmower and $600 and all we have is a broken lawnmower. Shame on you Bill ( owner ) you can make a living w/o ripping people off. P. S. the star is there because it won't allow me to post this w/o it
