I mean it's not fancy. Not the best burgers but it hits the spot when I don't feel like firing up the grill. I will choose them over the Dairy Queen in town; that's for sure. The service could use improvement. I had to repeat myself several times. They forgot things from the order. They did try to make it right but I didn't feel like waiting. Like I said the burgers are mediocre at best. The tota always taste fresh and are nice and crisp…as well are the fries. The drinks are always good; though sometimes a little too much on the syrups but not too bad.Parking: It’s a drive-in…what can say?

Never get good food here. Ice cream served looking like ready to drink milk. Told the employees and they brought it back looking the same way. Just horrible here. Employees are not getting trained right here or something because I have never been to such a bad restaurant with bad service in a while. Hope things changes in the future but I won’t be back for a long time. I would rather drive to Atlanta sonic or Jefferson sonic and we live closer to this one.

Very nice Sonic. I'm from Longview and only wish that the sonics were more like this one! They were quick and the food was fresh! Ordered a burger and grilled cheese & lemonade on the mobile app and they were so fast! They even cut the grilled cheese in half! The only complaint was your bathroom toilet was clogged and not able to flush.

First of all my apologies to little Ms Savannah for having to deliver this old over cooked sandwich that was not the promo Craze sandwich in which I actually ordered plainly on the receipt also my french fries were salty enough to make salt pork and last but not least my frozen coke tasted like several syrupy flavors 😝 SMH🤬get it together Sonic's on hwy 59 (Linden Texas)

I come here often 😊 I love their drinks & sides. My only complaint is the amount of salt that is put on burgers/sandwiches & breakfast items is completely over whelming. I often order my food with out salt to make up for the cooks heavy hand which works out perfectly most of the time. Every one is super nice & professional. 🤔Although I do wish there were more dipping sauce options some times.

Stopped by on our way home to Houston and got meals for our family of 5. We were a little iffy on spending $50 for fast food but man!! Everything was great! Our burgers were good. We had 3 different burger orders customized and they got it all right. The hopper lady that brought us our food was super sweet too

I ordered the number 8 popcorn chicken with tater tots. Let me just say the staff at this place was so wonderful! From the car hop singing and dancing to the lady that took my order that spoke clearly and asked direct questions and repeated to make sure it was correct. My food was hot, there was a good amount and I haven't had crispy cooked to perfection tater tots in a VERY long time! The reason this review is only 4* is because the machines to pay was malfunctioning and judging by the way the car hop responded this happens regularly.

This is a great sonic for fast service and good food. They are always correct with the orders and very tasty. Even if it is busy they work through the orders quickly. I always just get a normal burger with a coke easy on the ice. They will fill it up with ice if you don't watch them so I order easy ice on my coke.

Loved the way they social distance at this sonic. The young man who brought my food had on gloves as well as a mask. I'm in the habit of making sure that sauces were in the bag before I leave. This employee let me know exactly what was in my order before I could ask. Good job sonic my order was just right. Can't say that about all of sonics I've visited. Yes, he got a tip.That's the way I say it.

I love their frosty drinks and sounds. I just learned that their tea is great too. Their hot dogs 🌭are NOT beef! You have to specifically ask for BEEF dogs!!! DON'T let them tell you that all their hot dogs are beef. I cam taste the difference and so can you, if you try them side by side. Those corn dogs aren't 100% beef either!!! More like 50-60% beef.

Half of the stalls are out of order, and you don't see that until you pull in. At least put the out oforder sign on the end of the kiosks.

Some days it’s good, others it’s OK. That is, if they get your order right. 9/10 times they don’t, BUT some of the workers are really nice. I went to school with majority of them, so they are not all new faces. If you order the wings tho, sometimes they are good, and other days they’re completely drenched in sauce or just tiny pieces of hard chicken that they had left over. (Sometimes the chicken is gummy texture too)

This establishment is the absolute worst. There is only two carhops there on night shift that are not rude and actually do their job. They can’t bother to get the food anywhere near correct, nor is it fresh. Have had items made wrong multiple times and call to get it corrected. This time they refused to correct it even when I offered to bring said food item back and show them they did it incorrectly, along with hearing a specific carhop who I can name if I were as rude as her, in the background mouthing about how evidently everything is wrong and yet, I hadn’t had any more problems from this establishment since February and now it’s happening again. One specific manager, two night shift carhops, and one day shift carhop is all that is any good there. This is the closest sonic to me, but I will not be going back, I’d rather drive 13 miles to the next sonic than go back there.

Yea, it's super fast but my cheesesticks couldve been cooked more and the blast wasn't even slightly mixed up. I'd gladly wait 2mins longer for a better quality food.

Ordered a route 44 coke, no ice with strawberry xtra strawberry , and wound up getting extremely sick . Strawberries were really bad , found mold on them IN my cup.Staff here should pay attention when they are preparing food of any kind , no one wants to get sick because of something like this.

Wife just got back from Sonic with an order. I was extremely disappointed when told that you no longer have a steak sandwich on the menu. That was one of my favorite things and I'll bet I'm not the only one that feels that way.
