Poor management people. Not willing to work with employees. Treats customers like garbage and try to over charge people out of their money. Highly recommend never shop here or work here. These people are horrible people. Watch out for this scam company.

Just wanted to say Beckey at the Liberty location is awesome. I need only 2 items and when I asked her she took me right to both even tho she was about to eat her lunch. She took the time to help me real fast and efficiently. I greatly appreciate her. Excellent job Becky

The Manager, Ryan, was a lifesaver! He helped me push the extra buggy and explain to me the difference in products. Then was happy to help me unload both buggies in my truck. He is passionate about helping people. He addressed customers he knew by name and offered to get someone to help when they were unable to lift things themselves.Over all a great experience!

I am a regular customer at TS in Liberty Tx. I would like to express my gratitude to all the employees and managers there for always greeting me with such warmth and always being so helpful. I know we don’t always let those who help us know how much they are truly appreciated but the Liberty store certainly deserves a big Thank You because they go above and beyond there duty to help and serve there customers well.

Highly recommend. This is a great place to shop. Helpful employees. I needed to warranty an item out but was just out of warranty. They still took care of the problem i had with this item in another way.

Went in to get my new gloves... heard some kid almost yelling slurs under his breath on the next aisle. Went around aisle a short while later, saw it was an employee. Could not locate manager to alert this to despite searching. Tractor Supply needs to hire better employees.

After staying away several months to see if things had changed, we have started going back regularly. The workers are genuinely doing their best to help most of the time even taking time to show my daughter a product they mentioned at the register at closing time. I was very impressed as m ost people are rushing customers to be able to get home. We still shop at all of the TSCs in the area depending on who has what we need in stock on a Saturday morning, but it is great to have a local store who takes time to help.

I’m very disappointed in how there are people in the world that have bad attitude and with bad vocabulary and that are not humble treat costumer and employees bad and with no respect. She is know as the manager which name is JENNY they should not give that job to a person like her. She was also screaming at her costumes and her employees that she was the manager. 😡😒 But the employee’s behavior was very good and people like him should have the manager’s job.

We just moved from the south; my husband got a job up here so we made a big move. I’m all about first impressions and I have to say that being new in the area and coming into Tractor Supply for things the people made my first visit AMAZING! A young man by the name of Josh told me exactly what and where to go to get our propane tank refilled. I went over to the area and there was another young man putting up equipment and said someone will be with me and shouldn’t take long. After waiting no more than 5 minutes the same young man came back and said someone is on their way. Sure enough a nice gentleman gladly refilled our tank, said he’d let cashier know I’m going to go back in and pay and they’d take care of me. I walk in and Josh was ready to ring me up. I have to say THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST!!!! We are always needing something from here so we know we’ll be very well taken care of!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Looking for a certain item I of course ask for help which is what a customer does and what an employee is supposed to help with. I go to the help desk, ask where I can find my item, the lady ON HER PHONE states that she’s never seen it before but it should be over there did you look, Yes I did look before I asked you obviously I didn’t find it so I’m asking you for help. The lady barely moving from where she’s at ON HER PHONE states that it should be over there but she’s never seen it before. This lady turns out to be the manager. Oook. Gave up on that, got in line with my current items. There was one man ahead of me, keep in mind I only had 2 items and was currently dealing with 2 kids. The lady being very very very friendly to this man ahead of me, slams her “Register Closed” sign on me and does not say a word, does not even acknowledge me, not a “sorry ma’am but I’m closing up” NOTHING. Keep in mind I only had 2 items! So I take it upon myself to walk over to the other side and as I pay attention to the previous cashier who so rudely sent me away, she continues her ever so delightful conversation with that man and even goes as far as following him to the door and going after him to continue their “fun” conversation. Did I have to be a man to get some proper customer service? These ladies DO NOT take their jobs seriously nor do they care about customer service, nor the rules implied of NO CELL PHONES DURING BUSINESS HOURS, nor do they care about helping a customer when assistance is ASKED FOR AND NEEDED. Please give their jobs to someone who actually needs it, because it’s obvious that they don’t if they don’t care to help customers. Horrible service, horrible horrible horrible. Asked my new cashier about where I could give feedback about my experience, her response was “Oh I don’t know”. How do you not know where customers can fill out a survey about there experience? YOU WORK THERE. Done. Never again. Done.

Arrived at store for 5am delivery. A truck was there for 7am delivery. I was told that deliveries are first come first served. This is wrong, this made me late for my next store. You will be reported to Waco Distribution. These appointments are scheduled by TSC not you.

I was about to pay in line.I witnessed a very bad behavior form the manager. She was screaming at her costumer and employees for something really not that important like for returning an object and she was screaming and got his employees in trouble in front of other costumers that were in line with me. I don't think she deserves the job as a manager for being a rude person with no respect for others.

I love that when I go to Tractor Supply in Liberty, Texas, I can almost always find what I'm looking for. The employees are helpful and friendly. The store has always been clean and well lit. I love the novelty section, also. I can always find a quick gift here.

Glad to have them, but there is no one working there over 20. Did you know you have to have a permit to buy roundup? You can walk by a large heavy item in the store and tell them you want to buy it,.and they will tell you they don't carry those. No effort to look or ask, just nope! When you want to load large heavy.item, they send a 18 year old girl to help you load it. No adults!

went to Baytown tractor supply and had a horrible experience they could care less to help anybody or they don't want people bothering them while they chat about gossip in the town so I went to tractor supply in liberty and got the absolute best service the best help in the best people to help me complete my job thank you tractor supply

Great selection and costumer service is awesome Mrs Warren made me feel like family , had to go exchange a riding mower belt several times because I couldn't get the right size lol and she gladly did the refund without making faces like in other establishments, they will always have my business !🤗

RANT TIME. DO NOT BUY CUB CADET LAWN MOWER FROM TRACTOR SUPPLY. HAVE HAD TROUBLE GETTING BLADES TO FIT OUR 54" ZERO TURN SINCE WE BOUGHT IT LAST YEAR. NEEDS A NEW SPINDLE. GUESS WHAT. THEY DON'T SELL THE SPINDLE TO FIT OUR MOWER. TRACTOR SUPPLY CAN'T EVEN ORDER IT. IT'S NOT IN THEIR INVENTORY. I WAS TOLD I COULD CHANGE OUT ALL 3 SPINDLES TO THEIR OTHER 54" MODEL. REALLY! TRACTOR DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. JUST SELLING PRODUCTS.

Had been looking for a chainsaw all over Baytown dealing with Lowes but with very little luck and a lot of frustration. Finally found the chainsaw I wanted on the TSC website here in Liberty. Called them up to verify they had it before I drove 30 minutes to Liberty. They picked up the phone every time I called (mind blown). Paid for the saw on the website and they had it waiting for me the next day for pick up. Girl who helped me was extremely courteous. These people deserve more money. 5 stars.

Today 3-27-2020, I went in to purchase some herbs. The plants looked like they haven't been watered in days, some plants were dying. I found the manager to alert her of the lack of maintenance to the dying herbs and vegetables. Which I should not need to do!! I found her on a smoke break at the side door. I mentioned the watering issue and she replied that they were watered "maybe yesterday". So I ask when would they receive new plants. She did not know. I ask if they were going to get watered today? She replied "probably not." I was shocked at the laziness and incompetence of a manager. I said, "Enjoy your cigarette." as I left in confusion.

The only reason for it not being a 5 star was thevmens bathroom. They brought the cheapest toilet seat and it wasn't even attached to the toilet, and they got the cheapest flush handle that broke when I went to flush the toilet. The money that this chain makes you would think they can afford to do better then this. I love going to tractor supply and this won't stop me from going. Management just need to use their brains a little more then that. You got hard working men going in there, and spending there hard earn money. I think you can buy a little better quality toilet seat.
