Dr Lang has a great relationship with our Bulldogs. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I never feel rushed, and he takes the time to answer all questions. He went out of his way to make me feel at ease, when my bulldogs became very ill with pneumonia. He is always accommodating and friendly. My bulldogs love to visit him, and that means a lot. I highly recommend him.

The nicest staff, best hours and Dr. Lane was so helpful when we came in with a last minute appointment for a sick dog not as an existing patient. We are moving all records over for both our dogs and driving 20 minutes here instead of our old one that was right by us. Everyone was so great!

AMAZING PLACE. I have always been worried about taking my pets somewhere because of two things: 1. WAY too expensive & 2. They just care about $ and not actually giving your pets actual care. And man was I wrong about this place. I called them one morning because my Bruce wouldn’t open his eye, they squeezed me in the same day. Not only is Dr. Lanier so caring but so are the other vet techs. Bruce is beyond scared of people and she got on the floor and comforted Bruce until he was ready. They explained what the plan was and came in with an estimate even before doing anything. Mind you, I’m used to paying an arm and a leg AFTER care. Their prices are so fair and I am no longer hesitant to take my pups to the vet.THANK YOU for being amazing. From the front desk to the way back. My family and I adore you. From the front desk to the clinical staff and every veterinarian who works here is absolutely amazing. They are kind, patient, and welcoming. They listen to your concerns and take the time to explain with as much detail as you require to feel comfortable with any procedures or medications that may be needed for your pet. Even if it's just a checkup. They go above and beyond each and every time. I always recommend this business to my friends who are looking for a place to take their animals. I could never go anywhere else.

No one likes having to go to the vet, however I feel very fortunate that we have such excellent Doctors so close by. Doctor Lane and Doctor Brooks are both excellent, knowledgeable and thorough. One of my pups is not an easy patient however Doctor Lane is patient with him and continues to see him. Maybe one day they will become friends lol. Pricing is very reasonable and in my opinion both Doctors truly do care about your fur baby! Thank you Doctor Lane! Sincerely Orion

This place is great! I was going to a different vet in Leander and was recommended that this place is prompt, reasonably priced and trustworthy. I can't speak any more highly of this staff, transparency in pricing, affordability and great building. Seriously... they are great! And my dog seemed to be okay with them too. :)

Liberty Hill Animal Hospital has been such a blessing! I moved to the area around the same time I adopted my pup Buck! So it was so relieving to find a vet such as amazing as LHAH! Buck came with a few frustrating conditions and they were able to pin point exactly the problems and give him the proper solutions! I am so happy to have Dr. Harman as my vet! She has the same breed and informed me of what to expect which was so helpful! But really what I wanted to highlight was this past week. I went to neuter Buck which was a great and easy experience! Well, Buck likes to make easy things complicated haha! His super active 18 month year old self had other plans. Two days later he decided to race me to the pain pill cap that flew across and what I thought ate it. I called and they got me in less than an hour! Dr. Harman was again there to the rescue! I am so so grateful for the entire staff from the front desk to the all the technicians, to these amazing Vets!

I brought my dogs here due to a severe skin issue on Friday evening - everyone we interacted with was friendly, caring, and thorough. The exam room was really clean and roomy. I would recommend and will be back, hopefully under better circumstances!

After being quoted some absolutely insane pricing for a small mass removal within Austin city limits, I decided to branch out and schedule a consult with Liberty Hill Animal Hospital. From the moment we arrived for the consult to the post-operative care, the staff has been so helpful and caring of my dog, Nigel.Dr. Lanier was so caring of Nigel's well-being and kept me informed the entire time. It's so refreshing to work with a place that cares about your animal over money. I paid a fraction of what I was being quoted in Austin and never once doubted the care Nigel was receiving. Thank you to the entire staff for being so caring and helpful.

Extremely clean and professional....every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and caring. Our senior dog LOVED the tech and the Vet....and he is very picky about his people. We felt very comfortable. Pricing was extremely fair. Quotes were presented clearly and invoices provided for review. The customer service was exceptional in every way.

Some solid folks at LHAH. Dr.Lanier and the technical staff (shout out to Ms.Tori) saved my Shepherds life. He struggled with a serious case of HGE and they diagnosed it right away, came up with a solid treatment plan and got him up and licking in a few days. Heros in my books. They are a friendly bunch of folks and will entertain your calls any time of the day..let you come visit anytime before they close shop and most of all are there to talk to you and get you through your tough time. Can't thank them enough.

Recently took our little weiner dog for an emergency and the docs and staff were extremely polite and fast! With other pet issues happening at the same time, they had a great triage process. Will definitely be going back here for all future vet things! Thank you all so much for saving our puppers.

It's so awesome have access to pet care 7 days a week. Not having to go an emergency clinic on a weekend was amazing. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating to us and our sick cat at 8am, Sunday morning in the middle of a rain storm! Dr Harmon and the techs were so kind and knowledgeable. We had a lot to figure out, but Dr. Harmon was clear with her treatment plan, the fees were discussed ahead of time and we knew exactly what to expect each step of the way. It took 2 days to get all the test results we needed, but Dr. Harmon even stayed late to deliver us the results and the next step in treatment. It's going to be a long road, but I'm confident that the team at LHAH will deliver their A game and help our kitty get better!

I have been looking for a good Veterinarian since Covid. We recently had something tragic happen with our cat. I called Liberty Hill Animal Hospital on a Saturday. The tech was so helpful trying to get me in but they had no availability but they assured me I could come in for a walk in. Dr. Lane called me later and walked me through some very wise advice as to what to do. I have never had the doctor call me directly. The fact he took his time to do that says he truly loves what he does. He cares for the pets and does not try to nickel and dime you either. They fit me in the next day for an appointment. The office is beautiful. There are no long waits. The staff is so friendly and helpful. This is my new Vet. Thank you Dr. Lane and staff! I rate you 10 out of 10 with no complaints.

Reasonable prices, terrific staff, and the doctor was very kind, and understanding. My cat is still having issues going to the vet. I've been trying to find one with reasonable prices, and one that will let me be around my cat when they exam. My previous one at first would let you go into the exam rooms, until COVID came, and then they never went back. When we came here, they were very understanding and they made sure to try and give my little guy the best, and least stressful experience. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys so much!

Prescribed a medication, but wouldn't allow chewy to contact them to fill it. That is their policy it appears. No phone calls for confirmation, in or out. They don't want to be bothered and want to force you to their online pharmacy (2x the price). However, they didn't even have this medication available in the office or in their own online pharmacy. We were forced to snail mail the prescription to chewy. Ridiculous. Can't manage a simple phone call to help your pet.We will not be back with our 5 animals. It's disappointing. The vets have been nice and it's convenient. There is one across the street that will gladly take our money too.

Dr. Harmon and our vet tech, Sam, were great today! They listened to my concerns and made me feel totally at ease. When my young daughter was crying and upset that our cat had to get a procedure done, Sam took extra special care of her. She brought her a coloring book and stickers to made her feel better.

Although we received some devastating news during our recent visit, we would recommend LH animal hospital to anyone. Dr Brooks stayed passed closing time to ensure our pup Carly was well taken care of and we got all our answers. The staff here are so kind and passionate and it’s obvious they care about the pets. I took my dog to this vet after just moving to town. He is a senior dog and needs medication to continue his life. They were very kind, compassionate and helpful. We've had to see the doctors at LHAH twice now for our Aussie and the service has been exceptional both times. Today we had an emergency where our Aussie was attacked by other dogs, causing significant injuries. The care and communication from the staff were outstanding. Despite tomorrow being Thanksgiving, the doctor gave us their personal contact information to call should any issue arise during recovery over the next few days. We always feel like the staff here have our best interests at heart, are willing to go the extra mile and are transparent about cost upfront. We've had a great experience here and highly recommend their services to anyone in the area.

It takes the greatest and most courageous (yet most heartbreaking) love to say good-bye to our beloved family members. When we arrived at the clinic, we were greeted with the professional and kind staff. With the shadow of death looming over our heads, it was my first time to meet Dr. Lane. (My husband had met him previously). We asked a flurry of questions regarding quality of life versus the need in our hearts to keep Molli with us. He was compassionate, informative, and guided us to the humane decision we needed to make and what was best for her. I knew he was speaking from his heart. I highly recommend him and will be bringing our other pets for their routine care. I write this with sincerity. What he did not know was that after my teaching career, I worked for one of the best vets ever who passed away in the prime of his life. The individual that took over the clinic was one of the worst. Dr. Lane was being observed by me based on my past experiences. He passed my personal test with flying colors. I knew he was speaking the truth. Truth is better than what we want to hear……. especially when making a decision to let go. May all of you going through this have faith that you have done what is right and merciful and you have received the truth to help make that decision.
