They frequently advertise a Loss Leader (this week it was chicken breasts @$1.99) & then have very few of these item in stock. I made 3 trips & managed to get 6 breast. That was a joke. The have the loss leader to draw u in too buy other items & don't have the loss leader in stock. Expiration dates r not great on products..especially yogurt. I'm better of making the drive to bonham & the majority of their prices r better. The products & selection r both better.

I recommend not offering mobile pay if it’s never going to work — this goes for in store AND at the gas station. The register attendants are never any help with this either and love to blame the customer on the mobile pay issue. 🙂

A bit higher prices, but more convenient than driving to the city... And made up the difference in gas to drive to the city.Friendly and surprisingly broad selection.

The process for buying gas here is silly. I've never been to a gas pump where you have to go inside and buy a gift card. If that is your process, make sure customers know that's how your store does things. I had never bought gas from Spring Market before, only Brookshires. I went in because I was getting something else too. The lady checking out had a mask on and between the mask and her talking quiet, you could barely understand her. She seemed to get irritated at me because I couldn't understand her and she had to repeat herself. She had apparently asked for my license and I had no idea what she was saying. When i didnt take my license out of the plastic sleeve, she made it obvious she was annoyed and said she had to scan it. How was I to know she had to scan my license when I've never had a store do that before, including at Brookshires which is owned by the same company? I said 3 times how much I wanted in gas and she still said a different amount, which I had to correct before the put the wrong amount on the gift card. By me telling her a pump number, she should have been able to tell that I clearly thought she was going to set the pump to a prepay, not load a gift card. Then she hands me a gift card and starts telling me to swipe it to load the money, which I have never in my life at any store been told to do that. She could have been more helpful and explained that to me. She was mumbling something about "them" changing the way it was done, so I'm not certain she even knew what she was doing. Please do not have people checking out customers who feel they need to wear a mask. They are hard to understand and it makes it even more difficult when a customer has never bought gas using this gift card method or had to have their license scanned, all while trying to understand someone speaking through a mask. If the mask is necessary, the cash register probably isn't the best position.

I went to the Spring Market today for the first time while waiting for my vet appointment. I had worked at that location when it was Walmart Neighborhood Market Express. I thought it would bring up some memories lol I was kinda surprised it looked more cluttered and kinda dirty. The people were very friendly though. While in line others checking out where experiencing wrong prices on things and then I bought some pastries that were at the register area buy one get one free, the cashier talked me into buying it at that price. We'll turns out that sale was no longer going on. I bought both anyway but correct pricing is important. I have been working in retail for 20 years it happens. Overall experience was positive, and it really did bring up fond memories of when I worked there.

Had to get a few groceries and gas, they did have everything I needed. I do love going to small town stores. And very friendly people.

This is a nice little grocery store and I like that it is close to my home and I don't have to drive 20+ minutes to town... but you definitely pay for convenience here. Other than the pretty high prices this store is very nice. Usually has what I need and is very clean with clean bathrooms.

Good store, pretty clean, friendly staff, things are where you expect them to be, very fresh fruits and salad, and has a wide selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, snacks, etc, will come again!

Moved to the community about a year ago and have come here a few times a month since then. The store is always clean and well organized. The staff are always willing and able to help. Even though it's a small store it has a wide selection and prefer to come here than drive into town to go to Walmart, plus it's only 6 minutes instead of 30 minutes.Update: Two years later and still love this place. Staff are still amazing

I only bought gasoline but it seems like a good grocery store. I had to go inside for a receipt, so I was able to look around. We have one in our area, and it's a great place to pick up groceries.

Wonderful little grocery store, reminds me of the country store I went to with my grandma as a kid. Everyone is very friendly, and will go out of their way to help you find things (and give you yummy suggestions while doing so!)

Great store. Small town feel with big city selections. I love a place you can go and get to know the folks that work and shop there. My wife and I just move to Trenton/Leonard and stores like this are the reason why! Will keep going and supporting our local economy. It is an affiliate of Brookshire's chain with the country store attitude. God love it!!!

Great little grocery market as usual. A bit pricey but good option when you don't want to travel half an hour for a bigger grocery store.

Wow. It was my very first time. So first impressions.. it amazed me. Didn't know they actually sold beers and wine. It was a bit loud ( air-conditioning running ) but that could also just be me thinking it was.

The staff was helpful and pointed me to even better products that saved me money and were better than I had selected. Great staff for a s/m grocery store.

Spring Market is great for our small country town of Leonard. The employees are home town folks that go out of they're way to help every customer. Prices are as good as can be expected as is the selection of items. This is a Wonderful Market full of Wonderful People. 👍

My preferred grocer is Walmart, but for cleanliness and extensive or odd n ends groceries I need to complete a meal in a pinch that dollar general won’t have I stop by The Spring.Always friendly staff but watch those prices! Many times, in my experience, they will be more expensive when you check out if you’re not watching. They will fix it but you have to catch it ;) items are not always where they belong…Management has gotten better about clearancing meat. (Ordering and predictive need) so less for me to buy on clearance, lol!!Groceries are a bit expensive as expected since you are paying for convenience which isn’t much different than the mark up on a $7-9 burger at the fast food that you could’ve made at home for $2.Apples for apples if you think about the gas $ spent in travel to go elsewhere.

Great option for a small town grocery store. Wish they had a bit more fresh produce and some prepared meals as convenience grabs. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.

I love our little grocery store. It's always stocked and clean. If you don't see what you want find any employee and tell them what you need and they will do their best to get it for you

Prices are in line with convenience rather than value. Good selection. Off the hwy behind Dominos Pizza and the Animal Hospital. Turn by the Animal Hospital. Large wine section for small market. High quality steak and pork, if you are richer than I am. Quick in and out though. Almost never wait in line.

Love this place! In and out in a few minutes with all my groceries. So much better than going to Walmart in Bonham!

Small cornerstore grocery store. Has all your basics but not much else besides some great employees that make you smile every time you check out.Service and smiles have definitely dwindled the longer its been open and hardly anyone cares to check people out but one older woman...she drops everything to help a customer out while other twiddle their thumbs. She's a rock star I'll give her ✨️ but the others 2 thumbs down.

Clean store..shelves always neatly stocked with multiple choice of brands Im familiar with and use.. Small town country atmosphere but a little more expensive on most items. Meats much higher and would suggest shopping DG first for most snacks and drinks. I buy their fresh vegies mainly and meat only when I decide to Grill spur of the moment and dont want to drive all the wqy to Wally world or deal with 2 many people..Im in and out in no time, and not much traffic with scenic route..

Spring is a convenience that comes with a cost. First off, the staff is wonderful. I swear you can hear Terry laughing from the back of the store and she treats everyone like they live next door. The only knock I'd give is the prices are in some cases so much more expensive than Super 1 and roam around those of Brookshires. Again..... I attribute this to the price of convenience. Good store with variety on the shelves and a winning staff and I'm glad it's there for our use.

For the area that this is located, it offers all the essentials and some. I find myself surprised at times that they have a particular item on the shelves that I'm able to purchase. If you're wanting to go with organic, or non GMO products, there might be some, but I wish there were more.

Although your staff is very friendly and eager to help, your market is often either out of or does not carry the things that I need. I understand that you are a convenience market but I often have to go to Magers or all the way to Walmart in Anna to look for the items that Spring does not carry or is out of.Today's experience:Whole leaf romaine - out, fresh parmesan - don't carry, litehouse caesar dressing - don't carry, 20 ounce angel food cake - don't carry.

This store is a joke. I will never shop here again. I really wish B&B was still here. They closed tonight at 6 because they claimed the weather was bad. Yes it's cold but that's it. No rain no sleet no snow. Sad just sad.
