Store is dirty. Aisles are packed with loose cardboard and product. Staff is *never*, ever at the front, you will be waiting with frozen goods or using self-checkout. Staff is either rude or follows you to the parking lot sharing a story you never asked for. Just go to Brookshire's.

The Leonard Dollar store is a great place it's very shortly staffed at times but understandable there are very hard workers and I appreciate all their help

This location has no public restroom for paying customer. I always stop by while passing through bc they normally have cute things. We buy drinks, snacks,and sometimes flowers. And use restroom before heading back home.Guess this will no longer be a stop of ours when we're greatest with disrespectful people

The Dollar General in Leonard Texas is so Nasty.There is stuff all in the aisles there's product on top shelves that's expired.The stores shelves are always empty and not stocked.I only go into that store when absolutely necessary it's by far the most nasty disgusting store as consumer I've ever been in. The staff is very nice but the store cant be run properly with 1 employee. Store needs major overhaul.Thank you

The place usually looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in 20 years and smells like a dirty gym sock. The remodel was pretty nice though. There is ALWAYS only one person running the store, while the other employee sits outside and smokes a full pack of Newports. How can 1 person run a store??

Staff is nice but always under staffed. There's always stuff crammed in the ailes to the point you either knock stuff over or turn around to go down another row and approach from the other end. Stock boxes and carts filled with stock usually blocking access to items in the back. Very unorganized. Not the cleanest place.

First of all, I do want to say that the staff is ALWAYS pleasant, courteous, and helpful! However, the store itself is a MESS! There's inventory and empty box carts throughout the aisles, products scattered on the floor rather than on the shelves, empty wire supports for product display in the aisles as well as coat hangers and miscellaneous stuff. This situation is worse than what rummaging customers can accomplish. And the store is DIRTY! I took a peek in the store room...plenty of room there if it were organized! I have been a loyal customer for several years and while I appreciate the $5 discount, I find myself wondering "do I really want to shop there when there are cleaner stores with equally pleasant, courteous, and helpful staff near by?" The situation there is such that a customer could have a serious accident in any one of the aisles and cost Dollar General a significant amount of $$$.

Have some good things, but the store is usually a little messy. Sometimes hard to get through the aisles with a shopping cart let alone a wheelchair or walker.

I am a VERY loyal customer at the DG. Although I am sick and tired of walking in there and the cashier walking away with someone walks up to the register. The store is NASTY. Nothing is ever stocked. I am beyond fed up and you might want to do something about this problem or me than just me will stop going to this store. Take pride in your work and not filth.

There are two employees here that are very rude. Lines get long the lady with thick long blonde hair wouldn't open another register. The tall kid never speaks.

This Dollar General is generally pretty good. Only issues I really had is the employees not being trained properly on coupons. All the employees are friendly and willing to help.

Store employees are very slow...people in line and they have more than 1 employee on duty and feel it is more important to stock shelves instead of opening another register...typical to spend 15 minutes in this store just waiting to get checked out

I only gave 3 stars because yesterday I fell at the front door in front of 10 people checking out! I tripped over the mat at the front door! Its always out of whack and turned crazy! You also have to stand in line forever because of just one cashier!

Several food coolers have been out for over a week limiting inventory. Also they seem to be short on much of their non-refrigerated food stock as well.

Something always goes wrong at this store..Today they over charged me on 3 items and when I showed them the couldn't figure it out..When they supposedly did they still messed it up..Its just not a good managed store...Go somewhere else if you can

Very low end dollar store. They usually have 2 workers, so don't get in a hurry because you will probably be there a while.
