Been going to Woof Gang since a neighbor recommended them, now been a client for almost two years. My dog always comes back smelling and feeling so clean! Never had any issues and any requests are always handled. 😄 the shop is always clean and staff is always friendly and able to answer my questions.

What a wonderful experience I have had with the service at this location! The young ladies at the front desk have been a true pleasure to deal with and the groomer has come out and asked me personally what I want/expect from them! They have nailed it every time! Now I’m that the website is up and running for the online scheduling I will not go anywhere else here in Laredo! Thank you for taking care of my pup!

This place used to be good but they didnt even cut the nails and the hair cut was horrible. My dog got a bloody nose and they just said to take her to the vet. I found it very strange. My dog in her 9 years has never had a nose bleed but what a coincidence it starts happening there. $90 down the drain.

I have 2 new pups and I've brought them here. No complaints whatsoever. They have called me to explain the services and what would be better for them. On this visit, with my 10 week old pup Aime did a great job despite him not wanting to cooperate😅 Tawny answered all my questions and was able to recommend some products for my fur babies. Will definitely come again👍👍

I’ve been taking Phillip since he was 18 weeks old. He is now a year old and we are so thankful for our groomer, Edgar! You can tell my dog feels comfortable with him and the staff. Tawny and the rest of the Woof Gang staff is always so welcoming and accommodating. I’ve also purchased a cake for Phil’s birthday and they did an amazing job! Highly recommended this place!

Super cute place and omg the cookies are so gorgeous! I got my doggo Tobert a little canoli! And bacon treats that he LOVED! AND AN ELIXIR to maintain his joints...lots of interesting things i saw and need to go back again my Toby loved it, he couldn't wait to get his paws on the bag! Definitely going to set an appointment to try out the grooming toby needs a cut ✂️

I went last week for a walk in nail trim for my fur baby, they told me that they were not taking walk ins due that they had no one to do it. Today I called before I went to check if I needed to make an appointment they told me I could just walk in. We went in and told me that the wait would be for over an hour. Very disappointed!!

Very disappointed.First time customer as I recently moved here, wanted to order a cake for my dog Ellie’s birthday. When I looked at the cake I was disappointed and very discouraged, you can’t clearly read what it says. If they couldn’t fit “happy birthday” I wish they would’ve said something. Unsure if I’ll be going there for spa services now.

Everyone I spoke to was professional and informative. Both dogs loved it, even the one with separation anxiety. There's no need to go anywhere else. I was concerned because of some of the bad reviews, but out of the 7 employees I met, none were unpleasant and all were helpful. Rotten people get rotten treatment.....as they should.

The girls there acted like we weren’t there and didn’t even look at us when we asked for help. Very bad customer service..Edit: Owner claims I was helped. I was not, I have a feeling owner confused me with the person in the store before my boyfriend and I entered the store. We were NOT greeted and we were NOT helped. We asked for pricing, the girl did not look at us and gave us a paper with pricing. We kindly gave it back and walked out. I understand small businesses and being busy, I also understand frosting melts or hardens too quickly, but a simple “Hello I’ll be with you in a minute” would’ve sufficed.

We love it here !!! All the staff are extremely friendly, professional, and gentle with our 2 labs. It is easy to schedule an appointment over the phone. Our dogs are ready within 2-3 hours each time... unlike Petco who kept our dog over 6 hours and claim they were still blowdrying. So happy that there is a groomer in town that we can trust completely!!

Woof Gang is our to go for grooming. My dog is SUPER anxious around new people, yet they’ve made his grooming experience a happy one. Definitely recommend it. They have a variety of snacks for pets. My dog LOVES their treats. We recently bought a birthday cake for him and he LOVED it.

Been to a few pet salons in town and this is by far the easiest experience I’ve had. Very efficient staff that waste none of your time both accepting and giving your pet back. Loved the customer service and not having so many random rules and fees like other places! This is my second time taking my dog here and will continue to do so. The groomers know exactly what they’re doing. I’m impressed!

Horrible service. Took my pomeranian for a mini groom and my dog was only bathed and half dried. My dog had half his nails cut horribly (only the literal tip) because "the machine lost charge halfway". There was no trimming done whatsoever. Not worth $65 (including the tip I left BEFORE I saw my dog).

My sister got a her puppy groomed a couple months ago. He came back a bit stiff and anxious and very tweaked out. We figured that they gave him a CBD treat to calm him down because he's a very hyper puppy and and always excited. It was strange because it took him a few days to get back to normal. Since we don't know much about CBD treats and the fact he's a puppy we figured it might be normal. However, we took him to PETCO because it's close by and inexpensive. Yet when we went to pick up from his grooming, the groomer was extremely concerned and started to question us heavily. While we stood there concerned with these questions, he informed us about his worries. He suspected that he has gone through a type of abuse with prior grooming experience. We have only taken her puppy to Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming. He was explaining how his time grooming her puppy was concerning and called for his questioning. Her puppy now has ptsd with grooming. Even though it was extremely unsettling and unnerving, we are so grateful for this wonderful man at PETCO. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. With the help of this magnificent groomer we unfortunately connected the dots and discovered that he suffered abuse at this disgusting establishment.

I had made my first appointment for my dog to get groomed this past Saturday with Paco and he was extremely rude, was trying to convince me to do a service i did not want and would make unnecessary rude comments. I love Woof gang, i go to the ones in San Antonio all the time because i live there and i have never had any issues. unfortunately, i will not be coming back to this location.

Most grooming places do pretty good jobs. The difference is how you receive your dog after they have gotten groomed. At other places, my dog, Chloe, comes out anxious, fearful, and very relieved to leave. The two times I’ve taken her to Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming, she’s always so happy and cheerful and looking like a hundred bucks! I think that’s the best way to gauge where you should take your dog, and if I had to choose Woof Gang is definitely at the top of places to take your dog for grooming in Laredo, TX. They have a ton of assorted snacks and other doggie essentials from high end dog food, to toys, as well as stuff like collars and leashes. Not to mention, their staff is ultra-friendly and give great service and hospitality. I’ll continue to take my dogs here for their grooming needs. Highly recommended!

Taken my Westie and Scottish Terrier for 6 visits to get their hair cuts… Scottish Terrier cut is fine but the Westie cut has been horrible. I have shown them pictures of what the Westie cut is supposed to look like. This last hair cut on the Westie, the fade was terrible, you can see the line all the way around. Dog version of an Edgar

My Doberman absolutely loves the bones here. I love that they don’t carry raw hide. My daughter loves that some of the cookies she can share with her dog. Tawny was so helpful.

Woof gang bakery should not claim that they groom cats. They did a terrible job on my cat and had no tools that help with grooming cats. My cat was still wet when returned and full of matts that she did not have before going into woof gang and I still had to pay the 100$ despite the fact that I had to go to the back room and help the groomer fix how they left my poor cat. I have been there about three times and only the first time was a good experience, I will never be going back there. The photos only capture a little bit of how badly my cat was left.
