Grooming is kind of expensive but honestly worth it because of the time I save not having to do it myself. My little 7 year old poodle had her first grooming appt. with Tati and I couldn’t recommend her more. I put my trust in Tati and she did not disappoint.

Love Petco for their hospitality I always come here for grooming and my puppy's food although it is expensive but it all depends if you have the vital care premiere plan where you can save more money and still be satisfied with your pet I have never been unsatisfied I am always happy to bring my puppy here.

Always has everything I need. If the prices are different they always price match them with the Petco website or other places. The staff is usually always really nice. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the cashiers always take a very long time, and it causes a long line when it shouldn't be that long in reality.

So an employee tells me if it's a live fish anything that's life you can return within 30 days OK. They had one dead Koi which they probably didn't even know about; contaminated the other ones this happen like three times in a row. Until I said you know what I'm gonna buy a $24 one little bit bigger you know I I died the one still lucky to be alive I was buying the 4:99 ones which were on special which were the smallest ones you could find. After the third trip I come back they gang up on me and tell me the manager said for you you can't buy fish here or trade or do anything with fish no more I find that really inconvenient I don't know why he/she said that when it's their fault buying it from the vendor still sick just for the money!!!

I love that the store is well situated and I know where I can find my products, so I can go in and out very quickly. The store is always clean and covid 19 protocols are in place. Great job. I feel safe and confident to do my shopping in store or curbside.

A little pricey but definitely worth it, I really like buying online and doing the curbside pickup for all the promotions and the amount of time it saves. Although, it could save a lot of time if they had an option to indicate when outside instead of having to call the store to wait online until someone pick up the phone.

Only one employee seems to work there. He has always been helpful and corteous with us. The other employees (young females) seem to be there just for show. They have never offered help and they hide when they notice we need or are looking for help.The only time one of them approached us offering help but quickly dissapeared from our reach, was when they were closing. We guess she wanted us to leave fast even before we had found what we were looking
