Very polite, I arrived more than 2 hours early and was given a doc right away.I was loaded and had the green light one hour after my appointment time, pretty good considering how early I was.I have reloaded out of this area many times and I must say this one was actually one of the pleasant ones!They will allow you to sleep on the property. Plenty of room to get in and out of docks!Driver check in by door 1.

Not good bad service ever and take so long check in 2:00 pm waiting already 17 hours now they don’t start loading yet.. all driver if you see this place cancelled loads better for your time.. time is money if you do.. I never come back this place

This place is one of the worst Back hauls I’ve had to pick up. Got there at 1:00pm. Appointment was set for 15:00. Immediately got a door after check in. Dispatch said, yeah, go on over, they’ll load ya early. Started getting loaded right after 3pm. They loaded not even half a trailer single stack, but wanted to double stack 2nd row from the front when looking inside. Slapped 2 straps on & pray it stays put.

Bad services and all drivers if you want to rest 34 hours come pick up this plan.. I was checked 2:00pm and I am still waiting next morning 9:00 am now but they did not starts loading yet

My friends and goole reviews are right. Don't come here, loading forever!!!!!!! But the reason I give two star is because of very clean restroom and so wide parking lot. But I don't recommend this place!!!

Depending on your appointment and the number of trucks, most times it takes a good minute to load. I would plan a load the same day as this one because you might need your whole clock. This particular day I was in and out in about an hour or two.

Most of the issues here are clerical between the corporate and here. If you stay kind and patient it goes a long way here as these issues are not their fault. Very clean and driver amenities so don’t trash the place and be respectful and you’ll be in and out.

Owners operators leave that place to the big companies they don't care about owners operators they only care about amazon and Walmart so if you don't want to wait long hours don't go.

How was there at 1 p.m. for my pickup appointment I did not leave until 7 a.m. the next morning. If my company had not paid me layover and detention time I would have let someone else deliver this load. The guy at the shippers window that checks you in as his fingernails painted. I think he just got off of a good cry idk. Weirdo!

❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️I read all reviews and all pf them is correct. This place is worst i ever been. Loading takes 🤬f——ing too long. And no one cares about it. No overnight parking they didn’t let go to bathrooms. After i parked on dock door it took 7 HOURS to be loaded. If i had chance i would give them -5 star🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Got here at 1455 for a 1630 appointment. Got a dock right away. 5 hours later they start loading. Guess I'll be doing a split reset today. Don't come here with not a lot of time on your clock.

This place is definitely the worse ever!!! My driver got there at 11;30 am didn't get out till 8pm, when he would go inside to ask the them what's going on, they would be so rude "it can be 10mins or 3 more hrs go wait in truck" what is the purpose on taking so long to load a truck. This place makes drivers hate what they do. My company will NEVER come back here again. Stay away drivers if you can. This place needs new management and workers asap!

This place has no consideration for the HOS drivers and doesn't even check their own reviews on themselves. I got here at 1:33p.m. and here it is 5:14 and they told me that they were halfway done with loading my trailer. Don't they know I am not paid hourly.

I would give a - if possible. Sent here to pick up for an Amazon load destined for California. I checked in 45 minutes early, docked immediately. They didn’t begin loading until 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. I was still sitting 4 hours after my scheduled departure. Beautiful that they got me out just as Rush traffic was at it’s height, must have been quitting time for the shift. They have no conception/care about the regulated HOS for drivers. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I checked all the reviews and they are all correct, absolutely the worst place to get loaded. Checked in at 11:50am and its 6pm and not even a single pallet loaded. When I go inside to ask whats going on all I get is “Sir you just have to wait”.

Loading process was rather lengthy: 4 hours, but could be worse I guess, some say 8-10 hours. Other than that was OK, overnight parking ok, keep in mind no restrooms acces overnight.

This place was nice to deliver too! Checked in at the guard shack. They told me to go around back. I was offloaded less than an hour. They allowed me to stay on the property while I waited for my break to end. They also have restrooms, no vending machines though. Definitely wouldn’t mind delivering again to this place!

Don't come here at all. works very very badly. Even if you arrive on time, it will take 7-8 hours to load. I didn't know how they got paid. don't come don't come

Could give this place a - star if I could. Gave me a green light after 6 hours of loading. Go to get my papers and they said they aren’t done loading yet. So now I’m back at dock again!! They seriously got kids on the loading dock that aren’t even working. Someone needs to fire these guys and get people who actually work.

I knew it has had reviews so I was pretty unhappy, until I got there. My appointment was at 1700. Checked in at 0951 got loaded by 1330. Super nice staff. Showers for drivers and they'll let you park if needed. The only thing that I recommend is putting a load bar. All in all awesome experience!

Don't plan on doing anything for the day if you pickup a load here. I've been here for 8 hrs and counting. They lied about my pickup time then 5 hrs later lied again changing the time. They also didn't even have the product ready till 2 hrs plus after my appointment time then took there time loading. Got here at 10:30 am and it's now 6:23 an im still here. This is a future flat out refusal location for me even if it cost me money for saying NO. If you get a load here ( lmfao) good luck.

Dont know why all the bad reviews,,,got here at 13:49. For appointment time of 14:45,,,at check in there was a sign that stated,,can arrive 1 hr prior to your appointment...was given a dock right away.. within about 10 mins got a red light,being loaded,, shipping desk was polite.As i see it,,,just like any other facility..Not bad loading time about 1hr 30 mins...No issues here today.....
