Ace is a wonderful store with great helpful and knowledgeable employees. I went there purposely to get some very hard to find screws and I wanted the best. Within 15 minutes, I had my screws at a price that was very reasonable. The cashier was nice and friendly. There is a large parking lot for customers, easy in and out. Oh the employee was very nice, smiled, I love employees that smile. If your a woman and need help with man things, go to Ace. I have always lived Ace.

Had to go here like 3 times one day with the hubby because he was doing some work on my parent's house. The staff was ALWAYS helpful and friendly. They even joked "Back Again" with us. It's definitely a gem for Lampasas to have available.

Every time I stop here I am so impressed with the cashiers. Yesterday I had to have something loaded.I was particular about how it looked because of where I was using it.The guy who loaded was especially nice and made 100% sure I was happy with every piece.Loved that.They are a few cents more on most things but they are local and even have a few things I can't even find at big box stores. I don't mind paying a little more for service and convenience.

My first time shopping there. I was kinda expecting prices might be higher than national chain stores, but I found some great deals that were actually cheaper than the competition. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely shop there in the future.

Customer Satisfaction NOT Guaranteed. I wasted my time and money buying paint from the Lampasas Ace Hardware. Apparently their customer satisfaction is not guaranteed and definitely not a priority. I bought 5 gallons of paint that i wanted to be an off white/ light grey when i put it on my walls it looked lavender. It's awful and they wouldn't help or try to fix it I was told I could buy more paint. They are 🗑 trash! If you are on a budget I do Not suggest you go there instead go somewhere they will help you the first time to get it right!

I was sincerely shocked to go into this Ace and see no employees or customers wearing a mask in the middle of this pandemic. ‘Friendliness’ rating goes out the door when the owners of this store are not willing to enforce something so simple as wearing a mask, to protect my health , the health of their employees, and other customers. We will be shopping at Ace in Cove, where they are doing their best to prevent Covid-19 spread.

Friendly staff and service. My only complaint is they don't always carry what I'm looking for. In which case I have to go to cove or killeen for materials. Call ahead if you're looking for more than general hardware.
