The grilled chicken taco salad is my go to, and typically very good. This visit, my salad barely had any lettuce in it, and my mini Heath bar blizzard was delicious with lots of candy. However, the cup was not full of ice cream. With prices so high, customers would like the food to be of correct and consistent portion size. I did provide photos.

We went almost at closing time but the young man was very nice n patient he did tell us not to rush cuz we dined in was cleaning floors n tables picking up trash n no bad looks was super nice there are very few ppl who can be like that they usually give u an attitude cuz want to go home n rush u but this young man was sooo nice thk u for that just sorry didn't get his name n of course food was food I had crispy tacos n my sisters steak fingers we all enjoyed our food no complains thk u dairy queen for having such a nice young man at your establishment

Horrible experience more than once, young kids don't care about customer service at all. Last visit I was rushed to order, one order had about 15 fries when I asked for large. When I questioned it I was told to show them give back. I said please just give me more fries, no need to give them my food. Total attitude with the young lady, dark hair at window. NEVER said thank you! She said "do you want to put the fries in the container", another employee came up and gave me some more fries. It was obvious they were bad mouthing me, young man from back came around and just stared, the girls were all on their cell phones and laughing the entire time.

I placed an order through the app. Arrived 15 minutes later. Checked in and as I waited watched two employees walk out and look at me...but after 20 minutes of patience I went in to see why it was taking so long. I stood at the register for nearly 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Then explained and watched as the "manager" took my order off the machine. No apology, no offer of concession some sort, no offer to improve the experience. What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE?! It truly used to be a staple at ANY service industry in the US. Now it is like finding a Dodo bird. We won't be returning this DQ.

Very unfriendly employees. Didnt greet us or ask if they could help us. I had to say first words. They didnt have any of the zero sugar drinks showing on the soda machine, I asked if they had any in the machine behind the counter all the cashier said No!. The fries were cold and overcooked, the burger buns were hard. The only decent thing in the burger was the lettuce and tomatoe

Taking back my previous 4 star for this establishment. The past 3 times we've gone it's run by high school kids who don't know how to speak up, communicate or have pride in their work.. Which is to provide a service. I would never expect them to act completely like adults, they are oy children after all, but when it comes to being courteous and fulfilling orders they lack any type of care. The food wasn't terrible, this time they finally included the bread, at least.If you go, check your order on the counter in front of them, with them watching and make sure they give you everything you ordered, minus the attitude.

Ordered 2 banana splits from a person( L. Cruz) we found later was the shift manager. She brought us the banana splits with rotten bananas. My wife brought this to her attention and her reply was “I’m not wasting bananas”. We requested our money back and she became upset and asked for a receipt in order to be refunded…. What a joke…. We will not go to this place again!!!!!!

Don’t be fooled by the line. It isn’t that popular, it just takes that long to get your order. There were three cars in front of me and I think I would have received food faster at a sit down restaurant. It is Dairy Queen so the food is what you would expect and the blizzards are still the best. If this location didn’t have a big curb and a drop off I would have driven off and ordered some where else. Probably would have made it home sooner by leaving.

Love their senior breakfast with both pancakes and eggs. The pancakes are light and fluffy. One of my friends brought his service dog, and it was not a problem. Moreover, the staff let us choose the best place for us to sit. Thank you Ihop!

Very bad. Went there for 3 blizzards and a drink and waited 15 min for it. When we got our drink we had ordered sweet tea but got some soda instead. When we went in to get it fixed the cashier said "oh my go" in a frustrated tone. Did not enjoy this.

After a football game earlier in the season me and my friends thought Dairy Queen would be a great place to satisfy our hunger but boy was I wrong. I ordered a simple chili dog right after my friend before me ordered the same thing. Although their prices are very overpriced ($9 for the hot dog and MINI ice cream), I figured this place doesn't get much money and I'm willing to help out an old business that's been in this town for ages. That's when I realized why no one eats here or should ever eat here. My friend's chili dog came out within 15 minutes and I decided to be patient since I have never received any food within the first 20 minutes. Eventually it had been 40 minutes so I ask if they can get my chili dog. They say they are working on it so I wait some more. Eventually I have to ask again seeing it's been another 20 minutes and I was ready to just leave. They said it'll be right out and to my surprise it did come out. What I had received was what looked to be an uncooked wiener dog that hadn't even been thawed out. The chili they poured on top was mostly just grease. When I went to ask for my money back the employees became furious at the fact I was upset with my service and proceeded to not only refuse to give me back my money, but spit on my face. Never had I been so embarrassed and livid in my life. If I had one wish in this world, it would be that this place shut down for good. If it were possible I would give this 0 stars

Ordered the steak finger basket along with other stuff and they wait till after I pay to let me know there's no gravy then asks what I'd like I said ketchup and they didn't even put that in the bag then to top it off they can't even hand over food correctly almost dropped my whole order on the ground I will no longer go back to this location

Tried to cut us off and give us the total for our order after every addition to the order. We just quit trying to order after we got the kids items communicated.... mom and dad left with nothing. Does nobody check up on these children?

We had small sundaes. I tried the 'Summer Berry" sundae - yummy, and the small sundae has a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with berries. Listed as 230 calories!! Hubby had the small chocolate sundae, and he said it also was "good". It had a scoop of vanilla with chocolate poured over it. Both came in a cup.Friendly staff and friendly customers!Clean and tidy inside and out. Thank you!

Sharing in the event the owner is not aware. The staff had the place closed at 730pm. Lights were off and phone was off the hook. This is ridiculous to not serve your customers when you are supposed to be open. It’s already bad enough you have reduced the hours and now your staff is closing down even earlier than they are supposed to!!

Was originally charged $9.40 for a Beltbuster (not a combo, just the burger) and an ice water… that gourmet order later became $7-something because cheese is an additional 1.30 a slice lol—finally we got the order and began driving through your fine metropolis, only for me to discover that it wasn’t even remotely warm.The phrase “you had one job” comes to mind. Thanks though guys, I hope all your hard work gets recognized.

Ordered a strawberry blizzard treat cake and the inside filling was chocolate mint. Called the store to ask for a refund and the they basically laughed at us and said no it's not our fault. It's premade so just deal with it. The nerve of that fat cow.

This is the WORST Dairy Queen. My boyfriend went and picked up some food the other night like 20 mins before closing. He asked for gravy with his sandwich and they said they already threw it out even though most of their meals come with gravy ? They kept messing up his order where he had to go back through the drive through for them to fix it. Then we he got home with the food my burger was literally cold. The patty was very thin and dry, the cheese looked like they just took it out of the fridge since it never even got hot enough to melt even a little. The bun was also very cold and they doused it in ketchup and mustard to the point where I had to wipe almost all of it off. Then we couldn’t even go back for them to fix it because they were already closed since it took them so long to fix it two other times. One star only because I have too. If you really want DQ just drive to China Grove, they’re way better.

We were charged $2.59 for a WATER and were not notified that size medium cost money no matter if it’s a water. I think that is so wrong. Have a water cup or something.

The only reason it gets one star, is the ice cream. My drive through order is never right. The food is usually cold. The fowl language the employees use is way uncalled for....I wish there was another location closer.

Everything was sticky, the bathrooms smelled like fungus and looked like a chocolate extreme blizzard had been smeared everywhere, and on top of all of that, the workers are gross, smell, and are extremely rude, and use bad language. They got my order wrong and I went to correct it and instead of correcting my order, they stole my kid and had him make fries. When I paid for my food, the price was 12.07 and I paid with a twenty. They refused to give me my change, and when I finally did get my change, it was really sticky. I finally got my kid back, he was forced to work without pay and told me "The kitchen looked like a scene from Schindler's List". As my order finally finished, I went to take a seat and found a dead armadillo resting in the chair with a pair of Chanel sunglasses on. As i took the first bite into my incredibly dry burger, a drive by took place, bursting the windows next to me and taking out my hawaiin blizzard. Never have i been more upset to lose an ice cream before. I decided to buy a dilly bar and when I went to open the refridgerator, there was a humongous clump of wet hair sitting next to the cake. When I finally left the store, an employee by the name of "Garth" deficated in his hand and threw it towards me. Would not recommend.
