Dr Tiffany spends a lot of time with her patients and is really thorough. My poor dachshund baby and I moved here from another state and he wasn’t adjusting well, at all. Dr. Tiffany took really good care of him and took a loving interest in his emotional and physical health. Best vet ever in my experience.

We switched vets because our dog was always really anxious after vet visits, but we LOVE zippivet. We've had Serena at multiple appointments and Serena has been amazing! We've really enjoyed our experiences there and we love how they take their time with the animals to make sure they are comfortable. They are so incredibly kind and always make room for us, whereas we had a lot of trouble getting appointments at our previous vets. I really can't say enough good things about them. They are great at what they do!

This is the first vet I've taken my dog to where she is excited to go in and doesn't want to get back in the car! She loves the treats and attention she gets! Dr Person and Dr Tiffany are great, as is all the staff. I feel like they are all concerned more for my dog's well-being than the money they can make off her problems and they are considerate about my concerns. I'm only sorry I didn’t switch to Zippivet long ago!

I came in on a budget because I’m in college and I’m pregnant and the staff was extremely kind and understanding!My pups were a handful and everyone was so kind. They even took the time to make sure my mind was at ease because one of my pups has worms in her stool and I was scared about my baby being affected because I collected the stool.I switched my girl to here from another vet after this location opened and have loved bringing her here ever since and am happy to bring our new (to us) pup here especially since we aren’t entirely sure about his former care. He’s such a nervous guy and they made him feel safe.I appreciate them so much!!!

I've had nothing but good experiences! My pups aren't the easiest to deal with but they always work with me and my pups comfort zone! All the employees are so sweet! definitely recommend this place! They take care of all 3 my pups as needed! Jennifer is absolutely amazing, she gave me hope when my pet was extremely sick and although unfortunately did pass .. she made the process just a little easier. She called the next day after the appointment too check on him and he had passed overnight.. she was so compassionate and actually shared some heartfelt words and tears with me.. a few days later I received a card from the entire team for my pancake.❤️ RIP pancake. Thank you zippivet.

The team at Zippivet -Kyle is always there for my pets needs. As a senior pug mom, there's always little things that come up and having professional Vets & friendly/client accommodating techs taking care - spoiling my little one while in office always makes the visit 10x better. I have been seeing Dr. Allen or Dr. Person for quite some time at the Kyle Location with Serena as the usual vet tech and I can't say enough good things about all 3 of these ladies. It starts w/ the amazing help from the ladies up front Liz or Kerry. They always have great information to provide me, well-informed and get back to me on a timely manner when they have to check w/ the vet on specific(s); due to the preferred vet(s) I require when visiting for appointments which isn't always able to see/select when making appointments online, Liz & Kerry always call me when they see my appointment isn't w/ the preferred vet. Therefore, help me to change the appointment around to ensure that I can stay consistent w/ the Vet I see during my visits and the continued lengthy drive worth it and not driving 50 mins for no reason. Please give these ladies(s) praise and coffee or something for always being there for me and my little senior pug Tiki and an amazing JOB well done !

I don’t usually leave reviews and I am told my expectations are high. However I have to say this vet clinic exceeded my expectations. I have 3 boxer and saw a bulletin board for there clinic and decided to try it. The staff was so gentle with my two babies that went to the clinic. They understood and took into consideration the stress level my dogs were feeling they took such good care of them by the end of the visit they were so comfortable they even took treats from them which they don’t normally do. So that was a good sign my dogs loved them. On my personal level I asked the clinic that I was on a budget and gave them a dollar amount I wanted to stay in between. I told them about my dogs kidney levels my older dogs wellness check and explained what my budget was. They went to the back, spoke with the doctor and informed me they were able to stay within my budget I requested. I use to be a vet tech so the information they gave me made me believe the vet was knowledgeable in their field. Both my pets experience and my experience was great! I have to say I haven’t ever recommended a place or felt a place deserved my time to review them but this place was perfect for my pets and myself. Defiantly recommend!

I love the ZippiVet Kyle location! They love my dog, Lou, and always take great care of him. Lou is a highly anxious dog, so going to the vet can be stressful, but he's always greeted with the warmest hello. Lou has bad allergies, and they've helped provide guidance, love and support to make Lou feel better. We love this vet!

Zippivet in Kyle is a phenomenal practice! They provide expert, loving care for all of our family pets and I highly recommend them to anyone needing veterinary care.Their compassion and love of animals shows from the first minute they meet your pet. They actually get down on their level, hold them, love them up and and make sure they aren’t scared so the exam, shots and treatments are less stressful. I’ve truly never seen anything so heartwarming.With regards to cost of care, they fully disclose and discuss the options and cost for tests and treatments and allow you to decide what is best for your pet. Their rates are the lowest I’ve seen in Austin!Very impressed and grateful to this talented team - they are doing everything right!

We have been going to ZippiVet for the past several years and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable & thorough. Our dogs receive the best treatment and it’s easy to tell that the team has a passion for animals. The clinic makes it easy to schedule appointments and responsive to any follow up questions.This is the only place we trust to take the best care of our fur babies. Zippi Vet has been there through regular check ups, small illnesses, and the deepest loss we have ever endured. They are so genuine and attentive to the patient and parent's needs. The entire staff is wonderful - Liz, Kerry, Dr. Allen, and more. We want to specifically recognize Jen who has handled both of our dogs in past and present with the upmost respect, tender love, and invested care. There are things we could not have endured without Jen and her professional guidance and kindness. This location is beyond lucky to have such a phenomenal individual at their practice. She is truly one in a million and has been our pillar of comfort during the difficult loss of our fur angel. The entire staff shows so much care and attentiveness to their patients. This was the closest vet to me… which I should have listened to my fellow neighbors.They got me in right away which was a plus.The vet tech was amazing ! I have an over hyper English bulldog puppy and she was very patient with getting vitals and weight.Now the veterinarian… within 2 minutes of her being in the room with my dog and I she asks if I’m breeding my dog, where did I get her from, spaying her and pretty much hounding me about getting her fixed. ZERO INFORMATION about her cherry eye, no options on how to fix it, when I could, medicine, surgery, etc.I had to ask all the questions and asked more than twice for eye drops, which the vet wanted “let it go away” on its own.I’m in the medical field, and as a doctor you should ALWAYS be informative when it comes to a person /animal.I will not be going back.

I was in need of a weekend appointment and ZippiVet got me right in. We had such a great experience, from talking to Kerry on the phone to set the appointment, to our amazing Nurse Serena, and Dr. Persons is great! Serena and Dr. Persons really took the time to listen to my concerns and help me make the best decision for my pup's care. Serena was also very respectful of my dog's boundaries and didn't make her do anything she wasn't comfortable with. We had a follow up appointment with Nurse Paige and Dr. Thompson, and our experience was the same as the first, warm, caring, and helpful. There was another woman (who's name I didn't get) who saw me struggling to get items out of the car while my dog managed to wrap herself and her leash around my legs and she came right out to assist me. I can't say enough good things about this practice! My dog and I are both glad to have found ZippiVet!

The lady that was assisting me with my dog was hovering over him, not giving him treats to make him feel more at ease. She randomly grabbed a long q tip and while hovering over him, put it in his ear quickly to almost try and get a reaction out of him and it did. Right after they came in and told me I had to reschedule because of how he was behaving and gave me sleeping meds that I had to pay for in order to bring him the next day. My dog was nervous of course but she didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. Sure there's local vets around that actually know how to treat a dog who's not feeling good.

Amazing. We had the most incredible experience at ZippiVet in Kyle. From when we first entered, the receptionist was warm and sweet to our dogs. We met with Dr Person and the vet tech Rachel. They were extremely informative, kind, caring, and they answered all of our questions. We did not feel rushed at all to ask our questions and could tell they genuinely cared. Both Rachel and Dr. Person took the time to explain all of the possible options for care for both of our dogs. The prices were very fair and they checked with us on the price before moving forward with anything. It was very clear that every one at Zippi Pet truly are animal lovers and want the best for your pets. We have been to many vets before and this was the best experience we’ve had. HIGHLY recommend

My Poor Bambi fell out of the car and I googled the closet Vet and it was this place! The ladies got my boy in right away! And took amazing care of him! They not only were fast but supper reasonable especially for an emergency! Truly an amazing place! Thank you girls so much for what you do! Bambi is currently resting and my mind is at ease! The Kyle location is the third ZippiVet location I've been to.Without fail, they have been so good to me and my new puppies, as well as our menagerie of pets. Seriously, my puppies think we're going to doggy Disneyland every time we load up for a vet appointment.We LOVE our vet, and every single person who works in that office has been just phenomenal. I will NEVER go anywhere besides Zippi Vet!!!!!! To start off, I sadly had to put my oldest dog down. They were extremely patient, kind, caring, and did everything possible to help us through it. Ericka helped us through every second of it. Ive worked at a few vets myself and truly never met anyone like her in this field of work. She helped our family through the decision process and through everything that comes with it. We are beyond grateful and blessed to have her during that time!! Because of her and the amazing phenomenal staff there, we will NEVER go to a different vet. It is so hard to find a true caring vet that will do anything for your dogs. Not only is everyone amazing there but the pricing is fair and they discuss with you before any decisions. Another thing we LOVED was they didnt do anything that wasn't necessary and helped us avoid spending money that wasnt needing unlike other vets that will get you to do anything and everything just for the money. We have our puppy that has been there before and will remain going there ! This vet also squeezed me in with appointments the day of. As i said i will NEVER go anywhere else. And we are so so happy we had our sweet precious baby pass peacefully through this vet. They couldnt have made that experience any more sentimental then they did. All of our experiences with you all at Zippivet Kyle have been great. You were able to treat Mr Gus chronic ear infection for good, and he got to be comfortable the past year thanks to you guys. We lost Mr Gus today, and the women that supported us through it were amazing. I would recommend this location to anyone. I've never once felt confused or skeptical about the information I received here, always felt very straightforward and competent.

Our dog passed away in a very sudden and unexpected way on a Saturday. We were absolutely beside ourselves with grief and overwhelmed at the thought that we may have to wait until Monday to take our baby somewhere to be cremated, as all of the other vets in our area were closed. Luckily Zippivet was open on the weekend. They were able to see us immediately. We made the drive, and when we got there the vet tech Kimberly met us at our car. This perfect stranger gave us both the biggest, strongest bear hug. It was very comforting and so kind. I’m so thankful that she went above and beyond to console us. I know that my sweet baby’s body is in very good and gentle hands. Thank you so very much for making such a terrible day a little less scary.

They have made great efforts to figure out how to best work with my dog, despite his quirks, to provide excellent care to him every time!
