Everyone usually has smiles and it's always a good experience until checkout time .Their prices are higher than most grocery stores I suppose it's the price of diesel and inflation .As well they have to make some money off of the products as well .Everything is always fresh in every grocery department .Overall it's a pleasant experience

Smallish, but has a little of most necessary items. Glad to have this store not that far away. When I don't want to drive 45 minutes to Wal Mart, this place works just fine.

No eggs, no bread....except for Hawaiian Rolls...the cashier said he could smell me a mile away...we were able to buy some hamburger meat, vegetables, a Gatorade, and some sirlion.....cashier was funny, the trip made us smile...I took a shower just minutes b4 our shopping excursion...

I must say it has improved lately. The checkout stands are not full of teenager workers airing their personal lives and opinions while ignoring the customer completely. No greeting, No anything, as you check out they continue the very personal conversation they were having with their CO worker.However, as I said it, has improved with different check out people up front.

Absolutely love the elderly women who work here. They are very sweet, hard workers. But it's a shame they have one elderly lady bringing in buggies, bringing people's groceries out to their vehicles maintaining the restrooms, outside in the cold sweeping the sidewalk, while some of the young cashier girls play on their phones.

This grocery store has great prices, good deals on different things at different times, & you can become a celebrate member, which gives you a discount on everything you bought, so while you check out you just enter your phone number in the keypad & voila, you save $$! A few days ago I saved almost $18! The workers are super nice & helpful! Great place to buy your groceries!

While they are very over priced the place is always clean, shelves fully stocked, has a great delli.. the fried chicken is amazing (might be better then dare I say Jenny's) the staff is super friendly and always willing to help locate what your looking for. My kids love when they have the bargain book bin.

Nice staff, a decent clean store. The deli food was a small selection but seemed fresh. The bakery only had 2cakes to choose from and when I asked for writing on one of the cakes the person said she didn't know how to do it that the 1person that could wasn't there that day. Meat department is fresh..

My original review was only two stars due to the fact I believe that there is no competition so nothing to compare it to locally and we can all agree about prices being a little high. And second due to the fact that Brookshire Brothers actually reached out to me about my two star review I have retracted that and given them three stars for the effort because most companies don't even bother replying to their reviews. But three stars is the best I can do due to the high prices but I understand that because there is no competition but there's no need to take advantage of a small-town community to increase your profits. But on a positive note the store is usually fairly clean and staff is always friendly and always willing to help and the deli has great breakfast early in the morning. And also I don't personally know him but he is a manager and his name is Craig the only reason I remember his name is because he always speaks to me about my shopping and how my day is I imagine he speaks to everybody he comes into contact with.

Me and a few other ate lunch on their buffet and i gotta say the food was wonderful we ate some of all they had and it was so good all of it I would highly recommend this place to anyone and service with a smile .

It's good there is some kind of a grocery store in our small town. The deli just about always has something really good to eat for lunch. However the floors are almost always dirty and everything is kinda pricey.

It saddens me change my review and to do this as I think highly of so many of the staff at this store but I have tried twice in 3 months to order a cake and was told they are not doing that for various reasons covid NOT being one, got my half n half home to find it was expired, my mother as well.... and after repeatedly witnessing employees bully older slower employees I think I will be shopping elsewhere and when it's the only actual grocery store within almost 20 miles that's saying something 😪😔 I love this town but it's starting to feel like the big city's

Very small meat selection. The poultry in the meat case frozen solid. They let is sit there and thaw all day. The produce has a decent selection, but some things are not that fresh. Sometimes there are fruit flies. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Prices are staggeringly over priced. They seem to prey on the fact that some can't make it to Jasper to shop. Someone should start a shopping shuttle to Jasper, it would be met with open arms

I love the employees at this Brookshire Brothers. I am always greeted by several employees when I shop here. I have even developed relationships with my favorite cashier and my favorite sacker. Thank you for making me feel welcome.
