Average homedepot experience. Lots of great holiday items. Unfortunately many of the tool accessories are locked up, more so than a Normal homedepot.

What a nightmare! They don't deserve the one star! I tried to purchase and install a new door before Christmas. I paid them to come out and measure, chose the door I loved and was ready to pay and they came back and said it’s not Low E glass so they can’t install it and if I hired someone to do it, it would waive the warranty (WHY DO THEY HAVE THAT DOOR IN THEIR CATALOG?) so we chose another door, ready to pay and then they said it won’t fit, so we chose a third door and then they said it only comes with a brickmold and was going to be twice as much (over $4,300.00). They knew our budget!He said he was going to find me one without brickmold and another month goes by and not a peep. I called to check in and got disconnected several times. I finally got a hold of them and asked if I could just order the slab without the brick mold of the last door and said he would have to check, another three weeks goes by, not a word. I called again and then they said they could order it without brickmold but would have to remeasure REALLY??? They had the measurements that I paid for! They came back out to remeasure, we finally ordered it and said it would take two months to come in (of course).IT'S NOW MARCH and I went to go pick up another order (a window) and they said, "Are you here to pick up your door" Nooooo, I was there to pick up a window but learned the door had been sitting there and no one contacted me about an install date. WTH!! I finally got an installation date with more hassle. I was told "they will be there from 8-10am", thinking a two hour install. I wait and wait, it’s now 10:30 and no door installer shows up.Now I’m MAD, I have been extremely patient. I called the manager remained calm and expressed to him (Paul) about the terrible customer service I have experience for 4 months and now the installer has not showed up, all he said was "I will check on the status of the installer and call you back" HE DID NOT APOLOGIZE OR CALL ME BACK!!!!!!! He didn't offer any resolve that an employee could have done (call the installer).Finally, I got a text from the installer that says they will be there at noon! I mentioned that he is extremely late. He sent me a screen shot of the work order and his show up time was scheduled at noon, not 8 am, I was misinformed, imagine that! They installed the door and I noticed raw cuts around the door lock and scratches on the door and he said "yeah they were supposed to order the putty and touch up paint but didn't so I will order it for you and you can go pick it up" Once again crickets!I called two weeks later to ask where the putty and touch paint order is, and they said they didn't have an order for it they don't even have record of who installed my door because a lot of installers quit! OMG! Here I am again fighting with them trying to get my dang putty and touch up paint and they said I would have TO PAY FOR IT! Seriously! The created a warranty ticket and are sending the touch up kit but no putty to fill in the raw cut edges so now I have to figure out what kind and go purchase it.The worst customer experience I have ever experienced! I'm a business owner in the general contracting and interior design field and if I treated my clients this way I would be out of business! I have a pro account and have given Home Depot tons of business and money over the years! Since they are a big corporation, I know they aren’t going to care about my review as they are still filling their pockets with cash, but perhaps you who are reading this will care and understand what kind of customer service or lack thereof that you will receive at the Killeen location. Lowes is across the street, and I highly recommend them! I recently opened a pro account with Lowes and will no longer support Home Depot! P.S. Home Depot hires a third party to install doors to escape the cost of liability. I was told that by the installer! That is not backing up your service!

I purchased a GE Dishwasher February 4, 2024 online from Home Depot. The delivery date was February 13, 2024, the dishwasher arrived damaged so of course I denied delivery. Since the team was here I didn't want to waste the appointment so I had them haul away the old dishwasher. Somehow this incompetent non-certified plumber or electricians threw off the power to the dishwasher outlet. When the new dishwasher arrived February 23, 2024, again another untrained crew did not properly connect the wires on the dishwasher and were unable to fix the power outlet issue. After giving me the run around for almost 2 weeks to get a plumber over here to properly install the dishwasher, I decided to request a refund and go to Lowe's. This was a much better experience and customer service was amazing, the appliance arrived and was delivered in less than a week and installation was seamless. Home Depot has lost a customer I will never step foot in this place.

Came here for flowers. Great variety of plants & flowers to choose from.Compose and manure bags were ripped open. Had to move those to get closed bags. I have back problems so it was quite the chore to do.

Crap literally in the middle of every isle and isles are wayyy too narrow and tight as is. Using a shopping cart isn’t going to work. Asking questions… forget about it. Nothing in stock. Might as well close. Good location and great parking, a better run store could benefit from it.

Love this Home Depot very friendly and helpful employees's , big signs on every end of aisle so finding what I was looking for was easy .clean bathrooms ,well organized .

Very poor service! I ordered a nutcracker online at midnight to pick up in the morning. There was 2 remaining and I got a call and they said they were sorry but they just sold the last two after I had already purchased it! My son loves nutcrackers especially this one and was so excited to get it but because of Home Depot’s poor customer service I had to break his heart this morning. There are not anymore like this in any surrounding locations and it’s not right because I already purchased it and it got sold from underneath me. Never will I shop at Home Depot again!!!!! It’s not right especially when my little one was so excited and now disappointed! 😡😡😡😡

Purchased a refrigerator on 12/23/23 at my local store. Paid cash. Delivery date was 1/16. Found the same item at Best Buy after the purchase. Same price but an earlier delivery date 1/3. Went back to Home Depot to ask for a refund. Did not get refund in the same tender used. We have to wait for a check in the mail. Looked at return policies & appliances stated within 30 days with valid receipt will be refunded in the same tender that was used. Our purchase has not even shipped yet. Customer service rep told us that it is ultimately up to store manager. Really?? We purchase from Home Depot all the time. Have a HD credit card. Asked if it could be put towards the bill. Nope. Home Depot, y’all really upset us today. From now on we will buy our appliances at Best Buy. We’ll just keep y’all for tools or toilets. 🙄

Used to hate home depot but in the last 2-3 years thay have well surpassed Lowe's in customer service .Can't go into Home Depot without somebody asking you if they can assist you.So when our washer went out we ordered one with the help of there friendly staff and couldn't be happier with it ,they showed up on time and installed 👍👍👍

Their cashier name Tay can not handle even the simplest critique without deciding she has the right to refuse services, that is most certainly a problem, that discourages further interactions… so just because I have a complaint I can’t shop here? I have to stand by while other people who do not complain get to shop here, get to move on with their day and actually get something done with out being frustrated by rude cashiers who miss count twice before I complain and then says “go somewhere else” with the words “you can go to another line” when I had been waiting in that line for like 30 minutes… to punish me for saying anything about her trying to charge me for product I did not have on my cart.

TBH I'd give zero stars. To start, I never have a good experience here which is why I always go to Lowe's. Either they don't have what I need or there's no on in the whole store available to get it for me. Today I found a homeline trimmer and after waiting 20 minutes for a simple persone with a key, I ended up leaving. I don't like the fact that in this time 3 of the associates walked right past me as I sat upon a display. Then having to go to a cashier to request assistance where I was told again that someone would be called. Horrible customer service and reminds me why I don't shop there. I run a lawn service and daylight matters. This is a diy store, you think there would be some sense of urgency considering most diy jobs and labor do require it. I don't get paid by the hour , I get paid by the service. Maybe the associates here should as well.

Customer Service was a night mare took 20 minutes to find help employees phone kept ringing he said he will be back he had to go help another customer and never came back finally a employee working in painting came to help us didn't see his name but he was going to cut are wood that we found ourselves and after 45 minutes the employee that cuts the wood showed up he was at lunch and no one ever told us anything we where in Home Depot 1 1/2 hours terrible customer service😠😢

Not the friendliest employees. There was a group talking and I asked if someone would help me with a $229 shed. One of the guys got it for me(I'm 70) snd took it to the cashier. She was very sweet and patient. He didn't ask if I needed help getting it in my van but luckily I had my daughter with me. Not impressed with the service.

This experience with Home Depot has been an absolute disaster! Ordered a washer and dryer it was installed the washer was defective and flooded our wash room and kitchen. The washer was then taken and we had to wait a week before another one could be delivered. When it finally came the delivery workers did not properly check and there was no water filling up the washer. We are now waiting until Thursday for someone to come back out and check. Called numerous times and the most we could get was a “we apologize for the inconvenience and we will try to compensate you” this experience was a 0/10 and i would not recommend.

Needed back sprayer, no longer on display, two employees came to the rescue. Found it on top rack, 20' up, brought in a special forklift to retrieve.Was amazed at customer service, friendliness and patience with project.Great example of how customer service is the way to bring back customer.

Our experience has been a complete mess with this store. We went to the store and ordered everything we needed for a fence. We were having it delivered to our home and requested a signature because this was an expensive purchase.We received an email 4 days later letting us know when our delivery was coming. We received 2 small boxes with fence caps on 9/12. Our delivery was supposed to be 9/14. At 6:30 am this morning home Depot delivered one pallet with 21 bags of concrete. Then several hours later I got 2 poles and a small box of hardware. We have called multiple times to keep being told they will get back to us. A supervisor has been unavailable to speak with us. A contractor is scheduled to start work tomorrow and no one at home Depot has an answer to where the rest of our delivery is or when we will get it. We were informed we will get an email. Absolutely would not order my building materials from here again. This is a disaster.

Clean and I usually find what I need. It is wheelchair accessible and the entry doors are automatic motion sensored. I will say it is difficult to find an emplyee when you do need help.

Great all around store.So I’m adding so much more cause Home Depot staff totally rocks !!Major shout out to ROB! Who kindly and effortlessly (even though sweat was running down the sides of his face) picked me out the perfect 2x12 for my front porch steps. I was so blown away by his customer service I can’t help but brag. Not only did he pick it out he carried it to the front for me, he stood in line and waited with me and the Rockstar (my dog) then carried it to my truck and smiled saying it was nothing to do this for me. So kind and such a blessing since I had Ghost and was letting everyone pet him. He is so mellow and sweet and by the way LOVES HOME DEPOT.I am very thankful Home Depot lets us bring our fur babies with us in the store. He’s my co-pilot always!Thank you again ROB for being my rockstar that day!!BTW my steps look awesome!Jackie & Ghost 🐾

Home Depot is consistently a difficult business to shop at. This one in particular is horrible. The employees are always rude, lazy and incompetent.My issue this time is the rude employee in the paint department. First she yells at people for being in her way as opposed to just saying excuse me. Then as l wait for someone to mix paint for me I end up getting her. She asked what I wanted I tell her and she rolls her eyes. I didn't say anything to her because I'm an adult and obviously she is unhappy with her job. She completes the mixing, spills the paint all over top and drops it on the counter. My husband asks for her name she says "nobody" and laughs. Well her name is Tami and her attitude stinks andher behavior is unacceptable! The picture is of the can after the assistant manager cleaned it up. If you have to shop at this home depot and you have an issue with an employee please voice your concerns and your complaints to management and let everyone know.

Today we were helped by an 80 year old man in the plumbing dept. His name was Bill and he went out of his way to help. Helped us figure out how to make what they had work. Every business needs more helpful workers like Bill.
