This McDonald's is always clean. The employees are always courteous. They are quick and they do excellent work. Occasionally they will get something wrong. I think it is because they are training someone who is new to the position. It's a busy location and I'm almost always happy with the products they put out. Our order was with app curbside pickup. Normally with app it's drive-thru pickup and never had any issues. Unfortunately this time was extremely frustrating. The French fries were definitely not fresh. The coke was a Dr. Pepper, the Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwiches were not in order then when brought were not spicy. The McFlurry was certainly not even attempted to be blended. The Oreos were just piled on top. The very kind & apologetic older, short maybe Hispanic lady with glasses was super sweet & apologized profusely. She does not prepare the orders & was the only one bringing them out, so we didn't say anything about the French fries knowing it would be a a bit before fresh ones could be ready possibly. She gracious wouldn't accept the $5 tip we attempted to give her. Wish I could remember her name. Maybe someone who works there will see her a give her a shout out * compliment for us saying how we appreciated her.

Im just here right now, the poor cashier was trying to explain to both of her managers on shift that because of some strong winds the $6 change she was trying to give me flew away. I understand she could’ve handle the bills better. But her managers were so rude and disrespectful to her, is unacceptable. I actually own a restaurant in killeen as well i would've fire any employee who mis treat another one like that. Unacceptable leadership.

This is my go to spot for iced coffee and the hot n spicy chicken sandwich. My total is always below 10$ here. If they’re in a rush and you’re waiting inside, it will take longer. It’s better to go through drive thru if they’re busy. Everyone here is friendly. I understand what it is like when the customer lines get long (I work at bucees). Everyone was awesome. Don’t work too hard

Worst Mcdonalds ever, I ordered a Big Mac and 10 pieces of Chicken Nuggets on a Friday evening around 5 pm. There weren’t even a huge crowds and I ended up waiting my food for 30 min. As a fast food restaurant this time frame is not acceptable. They just looked unorganised and ehere not able to handle it very well. Hope to see improvement

Service & quality is definitely going down since we first moved to Killeen in 2018. They used to be real generous with the fries. This basket of fries was more like a medium. The service has gotten slower. Also been told they have pests infestation that they do nothing to fix. Do better y’all.

Awesome place and they stay kind of busy but can keep their cool. Special shout out to Chris, he’s a hard worker and loves his job. Not sure of why they get some of the lower scores. Everytime I visit they are as quick as can be especially during high peak hours such as lunch and dinner time. If you don't won't to wait in the drivethru you can go in for takeout or pickup. The lobby and kitchen areas are always clean and tidy unlike someother fast foods restaurants I've visited. Friendly polite service

Nice place to visit, they got every new item. They got everything including CBD in a very good price. Their customer service is awesome they let me try a few things which I didn't buy, but I didn't notice any change in their customer service. I will never go anywhere else from now own.

Sadly they are out of Szechuan sauce Rick will not be happy. But my breakfast was fine without it. The place being so close to the largest Army post is decorated nicely with patriotic decor. I like that. It was very clean and modern.

Ordered via the kiosk and got one of the larger shareable deals. Order came out missing multiple items; went to attempt to resolve the issue and was faced with a rude and unprofessional manager who really showed absolutely no interest in trying to resolve it.This location has never been all that great and this interaction sealed the deal for not just losing myself as a customer but a larger family. I hope that wasn't the franchise owner who I was dealing with because if that's the case then he shouldn't be operating any location.McDonalds needs to rethink who they have working their locations, shouldn't have rude people working, especially if they're in a position of being a manager.I cannot recommend anything at this location, and I've been to many, many locations across the country and this one is by far one of the worst.

Bruh, y'all finna catch these hands.Update a couple months later ordered 40 dollars with of food off of uber eats from here and ended up with a 10 piece nugget meal with a mcdouble. Reported it and was refunded 3 dollars. Don't make my mistake and give this location more money.

Got my order wrong. Under served on chicken nuggets and my oreo shamrock mcflurry. The mcflurry looked like someone had already been eating it. They didnt even mix the green mint liquid into the mcflurry properly. Not going back to this location. Horrible, just horrible service.

Ordered through the app curbside pick up ....about 38 mins later food finally arrived....I honestly believe it was made quickly...but nobody bothered to deliver it to curbside...my cheeseburger actually looks and tastes like cardboard the basket of fries had enough in it unfortunately they were ice cold...which given how hot it is here in Texas makes one wonder how is it possible to forget to give food to paying customers? I will no longer visit this location and highly recommend nobody else visit there either... on multiple occasions, food brought out with wrong condiments or missing items

The manager who was working this morning at 8:53 am on September 27th 2023 is a horrible representation of your store! Did not have time for me and did not want to fix what she had wrong! Never a smile or thank you or anything! Snatching stuff out of my hand and acting like I asked her to do too much when I asked for apples for my oatmeal! I hated my experience and will be telling everyone about the service 😒

Might as well put “vanilla iced drink” on the menu instead of vanilla iced coffee. Drink comes out looking like milk, and tasting like a vanilla drink, no coffee. Not the type to complain or post negative reviews, but this happens too much. Please learn how to make iced coffee.

I come by for the sole fact that I'm right down the street from this location,but BEWARE these facilities are filthy! Always check your food.The food storage isn't cleaned regularly. The got my order wrong and my eggs were freaking GREEN!! they take care of you but this is the second time this happens. I've called corp.and nothing has been done . For the sake of your kids always look!!!!

Usually I wouldn't bother to write a bad review on a fast food restaurant if they gave me the wrong order or take a long time in the drive thru. However,It was 1 AM and I understand they aren't fully staffed, so a longer wait is understandable. But I sat in one of the drive thru lanes when the other lane took three separate orders after I was asked they were doing cash only, did I still want to order?Once my order was finally taken after 15 minutes of waiting, I took about 15 minutes to get to the window, where I had to give me order again because they didn't get it the first time. Paid cash and was told to pull forward to wait. Ended up waiting for about 20 minutes just to get the wrong order. After spending almost an hour there, I just wanted to go home at that point. Ended up with a Filet-O-Fish meal instead of two Double Quarter Pounder meals.TDLR;Spent a hour to get food, and got the wrong order (less amount of food than I ordered for myself and brother)
