Amazing service! After another company no showed on me, I called Friendlys late in the day. He was able to come out the same day for me! I was so happy because I had already moved furniture and wasted my day for the no show company. Friendlys was on time and affordable. My carpets look great! Overall, awesome customer service and great Carpet Cleaning. Thanks again for the last minute and same day services!!!!

I have used this company in the past and was happy so I decided to use them again. Well this second time I am not happy with the service at all. To start he was over 15 minutes late, my carpet doesn't even look like they were done and now they have a funny smell. He told me next I call to make sure I tell them I have a high traffic area which I didn't think I should. So looks like I will using another company to correct this.

I am so upset with this company we scheduled a cleaning for our carpets and they texted the day of to cancel the appointment 2 hours before the were scheduled to tell us their machine is broken. We had this appointment scheduled over 2 weeks ago and now being so close to the holiday season we cant even find another place to clean our carpets. Now I'm going to have to come out of pocket to the rental company because of this whole situation.Service: General carpet cleaning

I had them come and clean my carpets. (Not sure which one it was) but my carpets are still nasty. My front room had a few things spilt, and after he left I went and checked it, they were still there and still crusty like it wasn’t touched. Carpet was not even really damp. I also asked for them to use the product odoban, (sp) because I do have pets, it didn’t even smell fresh, or like it was used at all. Very disappointed, and will never use them again personally or with the move outs I do.I also messaged them, and let them know, and there was NO response.
