Some pretty great deals, especially if you're part of their reward program!Cashier was super sweet but not her coworkers.It can be hard to find prices, though, and the store is pretty dusty (ceiling vents).

Big Lots is the best kept secret, so many deals, discounts, and they love their Military Veterans. I look forward to shopping at Big Lots. I always get the best deals in furniture, clothing, housewares, you name it, they have it! I recently purchased new furniture and got amazing discounts from all the coupons and my military discount. I love Big Lots, and their staff is amazing!!

Ordered three items online that were listed on sale for one day only two of the items were listed for pick up from the Killeen TX store. Waited until 1500 the following day for a email, which never came, contacted the store about the order. The store manager informed me due to the store being closed the items which we ordered on line on the sale day were no longer on sale and if we wanted the items we would have to pay full price. I asked the store manager so we have to pay full price for items that are on sale and the sale. The manager explained that we ordered the items after the store closed and there was not anyone available to process your order so you will not get the sale price. So the sale listed on the website which does not expire until the following day was really over when the store closed. So before you purchase anything from your local Big Lots BEWARE of any sale and they do not know the meaning of customer service.

They were a bit busy, but managed to provide excellent service. I needed a new recliner. They had nice quality at low prices. Some of the shelves were sparsely stocked. They were pretty shorthanded, so shelf stocking and cleaning shelves and floors were pushed aside to allow better customer service. The store was clean, but might not pass muster for a "neat freak." I'll definitely go back.

Love this store, the majority of my upstairs furniture came from here! Bernie is absolutely amazing she's so helpful and all around great lady....I'd definitely recommend anyone on a budget come here!! I've attached a few pictures for your viewing pleasures....The head boards a pictures didn't come from Biglots just the dressers, nightstands and treasures!!

I've been going to Big lots for many years and I think it's great store and I hope they stay around forever but I do think they need to work on a temple store the employees they're really need to have a little bit better attitude towards the customers basically to customers don't want to pay your paycheck and I help to manage her looks into those

This particular location is always picked over & seldom organized. I've never had an employee offer to actually help or assist with anything either. You might get lucky with a good find once in a blue moon, but it doesn't have the variety of products that other stores (like the one in Temple) have. It's located in a more run down plaza so that could be the issue.

The place was unorganized. The person I spoke to was unprofessional and lacked knowledge on prices that were unmarked and was reluctant to follow up with me with the information. I kept my money in my pocket and left.

This is my favorite shopping place!! However,on my last shopping trip I had to iuse the bathroom and what I saw!!! An autrosity! I’m embarrassed to see my favorite store neglecting the restrooms and the comfort of patrons/customers.

Shelves seemed kind of bare. Likely because they're running a great sale for presidents day. Overall good experience, no lines, staff was friendly.

Oh, they are ALWAYS so pleasant here. I mean I don't know that I've ever seen an employee with a bad attitude or act as if you're bothering them. I have so so much fun looking at all the stuff they have! Some of the clearance I've gotten at really good prices.

There's a black male in his mid 50's early 60's who is very unprofessional. ( His name starts with a R) He followed me around the furniture department and I didn't even have a purse or backpack on me. When I was leaving the store words were exchanged with him as he continuously yelled, acted unprofessional and aggressive. I calmly asked him if he knew how to defuse a situation instead of making it worse? He said "this my damn store, I'll do what I want."

Went there to look for a small storage piece for my Yorkie and wasn't impressed not because they didn't have what I wanted but because their furniture pieces can be more presentable. The good seperated from the broken and tagged accordingly. That area was a mess. No attention to detail at all.
