I love this store. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They know the store and products inside and out as well as additional resources. That's very rare. The staff today was Tyler and Lenette. The store looks small but the selection is large and amazing. I love that they have quality products laid out in a straightforward manner and you don't have to go digging through a bunch of extra stuff. In this store, less is definitely more.

This place is great. They have a good variety of products and the prices are fair, but I love the customer service most of all. The owner is so delightful and respectful, and even greets me by name. The other staff are also very helpful and nice.

I give this beauty store a 5 because of the customer service, the prices, alot of options to choose from. They always greet you upon entering. Of course the prices are affordable and they have different types of hair for whatever style you want to do. Another great thing is every time you shop there you earn points. So, if there comes a day that you are short on cash and you have points you can use it. Go check it out.

When I say I’m disappointed it’s an understatement I’ve shopped at this hair store for about 3 years an today for some reason I’ll never understand I was singled out an accused of stealing when I had no way to even steal anything after all the countless times I’ve spent money here I never was made to feel so low there’s usually a man at the counter am today it was a woman not sure if she’s prejudice or what but the way the blocked me in an I literally had nothing on me is ridiculous no apology or anything didn’t see me take anything just assumed it’s sad an disrespectful I see why no one shops there much!!!

I LOVE this store and have been shopping here for years. BUT... I opened a pack of silver hair from this store last night and a baby ROACH was happily crawling through the hair. I am MEDICALLY ALLERGIC to roaches and do not have them in my home and NEVER have. I am calling them now to let them know that they need to exterminate IMMEDIANTLY!!! I will NOT be making any more purchases from them any time soon. My daughter and I nicknamed the store, the "ghetto" hair store because of location, the appearance, and the clientele but we LOVE the products and the staff... just NOT THE ROACHES!!!... So BE CAREFUL when you bring their products into your home or shop. Spoke with Tyler as usual he is REALLY NICE, and said he would get right on the problem. He offered to exchange the product, I declined. I also told him that I do experience breakouts on my ears and my scalp which is why I try to wash the hair before using but some hair do not recommend washing. Now I'm wondering if it may be because of an infestation. Needless to say... I am not using this hair and I will be more careful with my selections next time. You do the same. GOD bless you.

My wife has been going to this store for years and purchased a wig. She thought it was the wrong color and called and was told to come in for a refund as long as she brought it back (duh of course you bring an unwanted item back it’s almost as if she was insinuating she was trying to get something for free) The owner told her She couldn’t get a refund like the lady said To her previously on the phone. and my wife asked why would she be invited to come back for a refund when the owners policy states otherwise.Even Though the wig was the right color And my wife was a bit color blind, the moral of the story of why we will no longer be supporting this store was because instead of an apology and wasting our time Saying To return by his employee that has been working with him there for years, all he said was “Well I am the owner. This is policy.”He fails as an owner by not being in sync with the correct information given through his family and employees.Support businesses that actually care about you and make clear communication between their workers and family in order to provide you a good experience.These people don’t care or make any logical sense.

Very disappointed. A lady started helping me and said look hear. And she left. I asked the man at the counter for help, he laughed at me and she is probably next door and said it’s going to be a while. The other lady that was there didn’t seem to care when I asked her for help. Will not go back. Horrible service.
