Being a former employee of WallyWorld, I must say that this was a properly run and clean facility. The employees were on the ball with the daily tasks. This left the facilities in properly organized facility. Alex in Garden, I felt went above and beyond his pay grade to help me find the product I was looking for. Which was located in another department.

Had absolutely no checkers but the smoke isle, and it was at 10:28 pm, they close in 30 mins, and of course everyone is trying to check out.4 mins after I wrote this. Justin saved the day, and checked out half the long line. Thank you justin!

The store is very big and very clean. Like I think I saw a total of 4 things outta place. The bathrooms were clean, the employees have been some of the friendliest ever.

Pretty busy but I was in and out as always. Everyone if you have a smart phone and for the love of God I hope you do, put it to use download the Walmart app it will help you tremendously instead of walking around Walmart like you have never been there.

Curbside at the Kilgore store has always been easy. Very few substitutions, courteous employees, and speedy deliveries keep me coming back week after week.

Quick run in and out. Some times navigating some of the mainIsles can be hard. When most of the room is used by palates can't get the shopping cart around them.

I try not to shop here very much anymore. Can't find a checker, poor, poor service. Rude when you can find a checker. Lost most of my business when went to self check out. I'm not employed by Walmart. Don't want to check myself, not what I'm paying for. Loss to company an average of 4500-6000$ per year since I spend an average of 100$ a week, 400$ a month, 4800 + per year

What can you say Walmart is good, but hasn't changed for better. Prices going up they say it's because of stealing but they wouldn't have so much stealing if they would get rid of self checkout and higher more checkers.

I'm going to give this Walmart 4 stars because they have bipolar issues some works are good some just need to feel loved I try to give everyone a chance tou don't know what people are going through so I just smile and hut them with kind words each time I'm there it makes a difference but if I see no progress then please turn in your notice please if you're not happy with your work ok prices are bipolar too!!!

Just left the pharmacy went to get my diabetic supplies at 130 on a Saturday. Was told the 2 people on front of me where the last 2 because the pharmacy was shutting down for lunch. I told them I literally need one thing can yall not check me out real quick. Associate rudely told me absolutely not despite there being 3 people working in the pharmacy. Called to complain talked to a Manger but leaving a complaint on here because now I have to drive further out of my way for supplies that are vital to my health.

About half the customers and one quarter of the employees don't wear masks. Carts are all over the parking lot and the store could use some cleaning.

I need to exchange 50 lbs of dog food ( my dogs don't eat this flavor) only to be told " we don't sell THAT flavor here" so I had to reload 50 lbs In the rain ( I'm not old but not young) and drive 20+ miles to the next Walmart. I've been under the impression for decades that if you bought it at Walmart then ANY Walmart will let you exchange or get a refund, but whatever.

Im not sure why Walmart Auto center gets a bad wrap and for some of the locations it may be warranted but ive been coming to this one for years and although the management comes and goes the service has always been top notch. Its enjoyable just to visit with the people that work back there. They're always polite and informative.

Stopped in at 7AM to get air added to my tires. Very courteous technician added air as needed and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. No charge for this service. He said all tires were really low. And this caused the warning light to come on for this.
