Although there are very limited items in this store, the young guy at the register had no idea if they carried fireplace tools. The kid seemed to care less. Of course you look directly beside him and there was his cell phone out which is every kids distraction. We ended up walking around the store and found a couple fireplace accessories but the prices were double what you would pay right down the road in Kilgore. It is unfortunate that a small individually owned location such as this with high prices couldn't even bother to have exceptional customer service to at least somewhat justify their enormous prices.

I was traveling through town (I live in Mineola) and stopped to see if they had muriatic acid. This store is staffed by teens, or maybe very young adults, and they were absolutely AWESOME!!! I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. I was walked to the aisle and the young man offered to carry the jugs for me. The young woman at the counter was super sweet and had a conversation with me as I checked out. I’ll definitely stop by this store again!

It was ok, walked around for a good 10 mins and nobody asked if I needed any help or even said hi. A man stood behind cash register and was doing nothing. If you know what you want then by all means go here.Now I could have asked, however good customer service often starts with a warm greeting. I left, went to my home town store and spent a little under $ 300.00.

We have been working on our house a lot and the store is very convenient to our location. It's right down the road which beats having to drive into town for lowes or home depot. Their door says they closed at 7pm on weekdays as well as online and when you call for the hours. We've been getting there at 6 or 6:20 and by the time we get there the doors are locked and closed. This has happened a couple times and there hasn't been anything saying why they've been closing early. If you want to close early thats fine but don't say you're open until 7 and close 40 minutes to an hour early.

People working there are fantastic. Always helpful and they don't charge you an arm and a leg like the typical small town store. If I could buy everything I needed from there to do my at home projects I wouldn't go to any of the big name stores anymore thats for sure.

Tried to call on 3 different occasions to inquire about holiday store hours or if they had the item I need. Busy signal every time, so I just go somewhere else. How can a store have been in business this long and not have working phones?
