The folks here love your pet as much as you do! Dr. Ray has been treating furbabys for a long time. He takes the time to make sure you understand what is happening with your pet. Everyone is really nice and they want the best for the patient and the parent.

I had a fire in my home and l l . had to board 3 of my dogs. they Were there over 2 months and even though they had all gained weight and I assumed they had been fed well, they had not been bathed in a very long time if at all cuz 2 of them have long hair and it was matted real bad and they both had sores on them. All of their nails were so long they were beginning to curl under. makes me wonder if there were really eating so well they gained weight or if they weren't let out daily for exercise and fresh air. Even though they weren't there for grooming purposes, boarding usually means to take care of and part of that would include keeping them clean. If they had given them any attention at all they would've noticed the sores and hopefully treated them accordingly. God knows they charged enough to totally groom them from head to toe once a week. I bathe my dogs every week and they have never had bad sores like the se. This was not my regular vet and a few days after bringing the home I decided the sores needed to be seen and it was time for their shots as well so I took them to my regular vet. He was shocked when I told him what had happened and that no explanation was offered as to why or how they got the sores and that no treatment had been given. I'm not really sure how I want to handle them allowing my babies to be so unkempt and come home with sores. Although I appreciate them taking them in until I had a place to take them, I will think long and. hard before leaving them in their care again. only as a last resort!

Dr.Ray is hands down the best in his field of business. I have used his services for two different animals over the past year and both times I have been equally impressed. If you love your animals and they are treated like family. This is the man you can trust with their health. He will not let you down. The nurses and actual Dr. are great. Attentive and nice and gladly fill you in on anything regarding your pets. The receptionist, however, has an attitude, off putting and flat out rude. Will be seeking a different Vet.

Dr. Terry Ray has been our Vet for many years.Today, I had to take our little mini schnauzer, Tuffy, for an examination because of some serious symptoms he has been suffering with for several days.Tuffy was diagnosed with a brain tumor, and as heart wrenching as it is, we had to make the decision to put our little Tuff Man to rest.Dr. Ray and his staff were so kind and understanding, and we wish to thank them for taking such good care of Tuffy for over 15 years. My young adult cat was very ill so I took her to see Dr Ray. They were kind enough to work her in because we had never been there before. Dr. Ray was able to find the problems with her mostly on the physical exam and didn't order a load of unnecessary tests. The physical exam was very thorough. The vet tech Jennifer was amazing and meticulously practiced infection control technique until Dr Ray ruled out a contagious disease. They were both as gentle as possible with her. She is recovering well with their treatment. I am very pleased with them in every regard and I will use them for all of my pets from here on.

Very rude front desk staff. Lisa has never been friendly, and yesterday she was very unprofessional and hung up on me. We had just gotten back from vacation the day before, and my dog's prednisone needed to be refilled for his Addison's Disease. They refused to refill until I made an appointment. I can understand that, but I explained that I didn't have anymore days off from work, and this wasn't mentioned before the last refill or I would've planned the visit accordingly. I asked if they could just refill enough to get me by until I could get approved for a day off from work, because my dog needs the medicine to stay alive. I explained that he would have an Addisonian crisis if he didn't have it. She said " you're not putting that on me" and then hung up. I called back and spoke with another lady(who was much nicer-so thank you whoever you are for being so caring) and she said she would ask Dr. Ray if we could just have enough to get us through until I could get my dog in. Again, he said no. I would need to drop my dog off(can't even come in with him) for a visit before I could get a refill on his prednisone. Mind you, my dog is 15 years old and has been on the very same dosage since he was two years old and first diagnosed at Auburn. (Very good doctors there!) This isn't the first bad experience I've had here. A couple years ago, Dr. Ray accused me of not taking care of my dog because I asked if I could hold off on his vaccinations until the next visit, because the visit that day was already running me a few hundred dollars...I was having blood work run on him for his Addison's disease. After his blood work come back perfectly normal, Dr. Ray called me and told me he owed me an apology because Toad was in very good health. Since he apologized, I stayed at the clinic with the rude front desk staff and all. I've spent thousands of dollars keeping my dog alive and healthy for 15 years, and I refuse to be treated in such an uncaring and unprofessional manner. We have since found a new and caring vet staff in Longview.

They were wonderful in taking care of my animal ❤️. They understood how much we loved him so when we had an emergency they were there for us got him took care of now he's doing much better. The doctor was there and I had any questions over the weekend so we could get him back in.

This vet is the worst place ever to take your animals to. The doctor and staff is rude as hell. And they don't care about your animal at all and the doctor don't know what he is doing cause he said my animal had a decease that she didn't have. I paid for another opinion and found out she didn't have what he said she did. He just wants to look at a dog and yell that she has a decease without doing any test. And then wants to treat you like you have a decease too. And the prices is crazy. I am talking to someone about making him pay me back my money that I paid him for lying to me about my dog.He is suppose to know before you yell out they have a decease he needs to test them not just look in their eyes. What a dumbass doctor he is.

Took our Jack Russel Rigger 16 1/2 years old for his last breath & I must say the Doctor staff were so compassionate to our needs. Knowing what they deal with on a daily it was very comforting to share in our grief. I would take other animals of ours to this facility.
