I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Tracy, a goodwill worker who left a lasting impression. Tracy’s exceptional responsibility and kindness were evident throughout my experience. She went above and beyond to assist, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Her dedication to her work and compassionate demeanor truly make a positive impact. I highly commend Tracy for her outstanding service at Goodwill.

I want to send a huge thank you to Tracy at this Goodwill location for making this a clean and comfortable place to shop. She pays attention to the details and does an amazing job of making this a great place to shop for everyone. She does this by going above and beyond the basic job duties and enforcing the policies of Goodwill in a nice and respectful way. We need more people like Tracy that care enough about their job to do things the right way even when it is uncomfortable. It’s great to see when people bring personal excellence to their job. Tracy is rude and miserable. She got mad because my kids were having fun & playing with toys (which I always make sure are picked up before we leave) this isn’t the first time she’s done that either, I’ve NEVER had a problem at any other store but this one. She said it was store policy but it isn’t posted anywhere so?

Over priced, no public restrooms and "sorry for the inconvenience" but goodwill doesn't sell display items either. Mind blowing that people still donate to goodwill.

Most awful people! I've said several times that I would never go back but after Saturday's experience I WILL NEVER, EVER SET FOOT IN THAT STORE! As I was checking out I was told by the woman at the register that I could not purchase one of the items because the price on it was incorrect and she suspected that the price sticker had been switched! When she saw my reactiin she quickly said "oh, not that you did, but "somebody" did"!I asked her to call the manager and she went to get him and the manager came out and without asking ME anything he regurgitated the same words as her and quickly removed the sticker and said "I m sorry but I can't sell you this".THAT'S IT.......NEVER AGAIN! I donate a lot to Goodwill and buy a lot from Goodwill but IT STOPS TODAY....Probably the item was too good for them to keep it..!!

Prices are very high for a second hand store. I see things from the Dollar Tree for 2 dollars. Smh ....went in there today and had twin sheets for 19.99.....was at the mall this past weekend and they had Full sheets for 19.99.....when you can buy brand new cheaper than Goodwill....well says a lot about the CEO.....I will do my shopping at Hopes Closet from now on and other retail stores.

I love Goodwill Thrift Stores...I shop the Kilgore, Texas area store. It is always neat and tidy...making it easy to shop for bargains. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. I shop there as often as I can.

If something has a stain, and you still want it they will not go down on the price .They really are taking advantage of donations that are supposed to be for the needy that dont make much money. I'll be donating my things elsewhere .
