For nearly 6 months my wife has been trying to get my teenage son's money back after the self checkout errored when purchasing a Green Dot card. The store employee told her to contact Green Dot to get the $170 refunded. Green Dot does their investigation and says to contact CVS. My wife contacts CVS and supposedly they talk with Green Dot. Over and over this cycle has continued.Back and forth this has gone on for the last 4 months, and it's just like I told her in the beginning, "You will never see that money again". That was on December 31st 2022.CVS and Green Dot are no better than all of the other scam artist. They pray on people under the disguise of being customer friendly. Shame on you CVSAvoid this store and any other CVS like the plague or COVID. The store is dirty and reminds me of a seed gas station that is the last stop in a horror movie. And in the end they will do whatever they can to steal money. I wonder how many more have a similar story to tell.
