The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The young man in the pet department wouldn't wait on me, only assisted male customers. I drove from Hallsville to shop there. Then went to tractor supply in Longview. They were very happy to help me.

I would leave no stars if it would let me. We put a gocart on layaway and planed it out to pick it up Christmas eve so we didn't have to hide it long. Went to go pick it up and they sold it sold. So yea my kids santa gift didn't come. Called they couldn't explain what happen. And this Sunday it will be 3 weeks. You think anyone has called to give an up date.. NO. I have had to call! I have asked for the district manager to call me or corporate... (has not happen). Yes they offered two one seater gocarts to me. Did I say yes. NO, I want want I was getting. (My 4 year old can not drive one by herself).. they haven't offered anything else to us. I understand things happen but dang come on. If it was thier kids waking up to no santa I bet they would have got one! I got two kids asking when is our big gift coming because the elf left a note and said it would be late and I have no answer! So just know if something major happens to you there, they won't be taken care of because it don't have tondo with them or thier kids.... SO SCREW YOU ATWOODS FOR THE WAY WE HAVE BEEN TREATED!

I find Atwood’s to be the best farm and ranch store in this area. Its prices are more competitive than Tractor Supply. I enjoy the staff and the clean store. If you haven’t been there, you need to go there. They have a great lineup of western clothing and boots as well.

Well still had heard anything back from management or corporate about Atwoods in kilgore selling my go Kart I had on layaway last time we talk to them they said they had one coming out of Kansas and that been going on 3 weeks now so disappointed in Atwood maybe I should just start shopping at Tractor supply...this is ridiculous 😒

Not a large selection of anything. Basically just random stuff sitting around. If you're going for a specific item, chances are they won't have it. I did however notice a rather nice western clothing department.

Something for everyone at this place. My husband likes the selection of FR clothing and tools my kids obviously go for the chickens and toys. I just like they are all happy in one store.

My wife and I really like this store. We can get chicken feed every time we go. We love just walking around to look. You buy more stuff like this! Lol. My wife Loves the candy selection!! She claims their Gummy Bears are the best ever! Good place to go!

So today I went to Atwood’s and got 7 T post and a cattle gate and the guys that where helping us where cussing at us and eachother and when they got the t post they dropped it on my brother in laws foot and didn’t say sorry or nothing I’m not trying to be a Karen or nothing but at stores like this where I go in almost every day I want respect,good service, and quality. I love this store just needs to pay more attention to their employees and customers

I had no luck finding a particular item after looking in several stores. Within the first 5 minutes, I found the exact item I wanted at Atwood's. I'm very pleased with the selection of items and so much moreA great selection and a great staff are a winning combination. you, Atwoods!!!

Yes but you got to make sure when you're buying in bulk like animal food grass seed water make sure you count everything before you leave the store because they shorted me bags of feed quite a few times

Just ok. They had a big sale but the prices were not marked correctly. They knew it and fixed the issue at the register. Would have appreciated the prices being correct at check out when the knew it was an issue at the beginning. Seems as if they wanted you to catch the mistake so that if not they didn’t loose anything.

I love Atwoods. They've got a little bit of everything. Mostly I get pet food & vaccinations there. The prices for dog and cat shots are a little lower than Tractor Supply. I use a lot of them so it's worth the trip. Management and staff are super helpful. Love this store.

If you have a chance to go in this store for anything pet or farm wise then do it. I'm from Dallas was looking to help a friend with her pets after her accident... The manager and young lady in the dog food isle (wish I'd gotten their names)... Are a BLESSING! THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH!!

I always enjoyed shopping at this location. People were Friendly & helpful. Omg , NOT today, I asked a simple question and the Lady said: I Don’t Know. And continued to talk to her co-worker. Then I asked for assistance loading a patio set into my car. The Two men, were so RUDE. I will NEVER shop there again. These People do Realize that people like me that shop there help pay their Salary???

Very first time visiting, nice and simple set up. I bought poultry today and the animals enclosures were clean and not over crowded. Not 100% wheelchair accessible but main aisles were pretty open.

I absolutely love this hardware/feed/home and garden store. They carry everything that you would get from any of those stores from baby chickens to lumber, plants, guns and ammo. Amazing selection and their prices are mostly reasonable. I really like the candy they sell too! Truly a one of a kind place to shop without being a huge corporate store like Lowes.
