I heard great things about this company so I called and had an estimate for tile. The day to do the work was scheduled and they where a no show. Then they went silent and wouldn’t return my messages. After a dozen calls, text and emails I finally got a response. They have bigger jobs going and can’t get to me for 2 months! Not a way to do business!

After 4 months of cancelled, rescheduled appointments plus delayed arrival by REM, I received my area rug back “cleaned and scotch guarded.” The rug was wet and dried just fine but it’s not clean which took about 2 days to start smelling. I’m done. My original request was clean my area rug, granite counter top, and marble shower. All items are still in the same condition as they were 4 months ago. Not done.I don’t think residential cleaning is this company’s specialty.

Please train your technicians to be considerate of other people’s lawn. They spilled chemicals on my lawn while servicing a home next door causing chemical burn on my yard. Very unprofessional!!

REM cleaned and sealed my kitchen and washroom tile. My tile had wax build up because I was using wrong cleaners. After they cleaned the floor it looks like new tile! I would recommend REM to anyone looking for this service. They were on time, professional and friendly! The service and drying time was quick. Not an inconvenience at all! Great company and people who did a great job!!

Robert and his helper (didn't catch his name) were great! They were very friendly to not only the staff, but also the guests we had staying with us. They worked with us and the guests to make the carpet cleaning less of an inconvenience for any of us. The carpets look great and the hotel smelled amazing. We were moving out of our rental and needed to have our carpet cleaned per our lease agreement. We hired green cleaning and they did and AWFUL job. The carpet looked the same if not worse and left and awful smell. Called REM to have another company come clean it a week later and he was extremely nice and professional. The carpet looks much Better! No smell and it’s fluffy and new again.

Robert and Trey did a great job. They were both really nice and friendly. I wish they had been able to be more thorough in corners and small areas but I understand that is extremely difficult with the machinery that they use. Overall, great job. The before and after was like night and day.

We received information about this company from Robert Quinn. We reached out and never heard anything back. We reached out again after never receiving a response and the owner came out to give us an estimate. We then scheduled for him to come. They still have not showed up or contacted us to reschedule or just to simply communicate. Terrible customer service and definitely not responsive. If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I hired REM to come clean my carpets. They sent out a tech that was very nice and seemed to be professional. Although the tech had several years experience in cleaning carpets, in my opinion, he had not been taught the right way. A job that should have taken an hour only took him 17 minutes start to finish. After the tech left I called REM and spoke with Kendra the office manager. She was AWESOME! Not only did she apologize, but she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The owner came out himself to make it right. I am not only satisfied with their service completed but I will be using them for years to come. Kudos for making things right. We had a water leak from our roof and Robert came within 30 minutes and handled everything. He worked with the insurance within 24 hours and had all water and flooring and walls removed and started drying the area. He made a really bad situation good. If you need someone to be a water restoration person Rem is your guy

Cleaned front side back of couch. Cushions fronts backs & side instructed me on how to leave cushions dry. The couch & spot clean a bit of our rug & the house smells amazing. I gave them 5 *****'s. I was staying at Best Western Mansfield and apparently they came to put sealant on the floor but did not put signs up letting guests know and I fell. I ended up with only a small bruise on my foot however, I am not happy about about the situation at all. The front desk was very apologetic although it was not their fault at all. I love the hotel but this company may have a lawsuit in the upcoming. I am a business owner myself and this is not at all acceptable.
