Almost every time I come to pick up medications, because I get a text the day before that the medication is ready, they don’t have it ready. I don’t understand! This used to be a great place but each year it just gets worse.

Stopped at CVS in Kaufman, usually a dependable source for immediate needs. Walking in, no one was at the front counters so I shopped what I needed (water, Dr Pepper, and throat lozenges), went back to the front - still no one - so I had to take my things to the back pharmaceutical counter. I waited till the people behind the counter stopped talking and laughing with each other, when a young man finally stepped up to the counter and asked "who are you picking up for?" I told him it's not a pick-up but a purchase since no one was up front. I paid for my things and left. In the car I looked at the receipt - EIGHT BUCKS for throat lozenges. I know CVS is expensive but that was way out of the ballpark. I needed them for my sore throat so I left.There were no prices on anything, just worn, yellow tags everywhere saying "Buy One, Get 50% off 2nd". Now I'm wondering if it's a sign they're going out of business? Hike up prices but give the buyer a break on a 2nd item. No thanks. With multiple other choices, I won't be shopping there again.

I have 2 prescriptions on auto refill. 2 separate occasions my medication was not available, even though I had received a message stating it was being filled. I don't get any notifications saying they are out of stock. If it's being auto filled, shouldn't it be ordered? Extremely frustrating.

Stop ripping people off by over charging for passport photos. $17 for two pictures is not an honest charge in the least. The nice lady that helped us gets all the stars. CVS gets none.

Grossly dirty and smelly store. The carpet looked and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Only one restroom was open, shared by both men and women. This only restroom was a health hazard, with chunks of p**p on the toilet seat. Stay safe, stay away!

Hopefully I can come back and change this review but the last few visits have been ridiculous.. I had to come back three (3) times for prescriptions that were suppose to be ready the day before. First it wasn’t ready so I went to work for a few hours. Returned and it still wasn’t ready so I picked up dinner then went to drive thru as instructed. Now stuck in drive thru line with dinner for 26 minutes. Thanks!I’d recommend any smaller family owned pharmacy over CVS as of right now.

Always the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes in the drive-thru regardless of how many cars are ahead of you. Inside isn't much better. Employees will see you standing waiting to be helped and ignore you. You have to hunt down a cashier to check out.

Getting medicine refilled for my 6 month old is impossible.It happens every month and I have to call back and forth at least 4 times just to get a refill.The doctor says she sent it in 3 times and they always say they don’t have it.Either they are losing it, not writing it down or just don’t care.I call a week in advance and my daughter still goes days without he needed medicine.Ridiculous.

This CVS is the BEST I have ever been to! Ann Le is a gem, she has the best customer service I have ever seen! They always make a point to go above and beyond and I can’t say enough good things about the store and all of its employees. 🤗

I have been going through a very difficult process with my insurance refusing to pay for my prescription. A month into the process of appeals and headaches, I visited the pharmacy for help. Blake, one of the Pharmacy Technicians, assisted me. He spent at least 25 minutes on the phone with my insurance and communicating with me the issues and my options. He was very patient and so helpful. Blake was able to help solve the problem and I truly appreciate his assistance! These days it seems like you can't get good customer service anymore, so this experience was like a breathe of fresh air! :)

I bought stocking stuffers, snacks, and acne moisturizer, after I got my COVID-19 booster. The vax nurse was kind and quick. And I got five dollars off my purchases for getting my COVID shot.

the sales prices here are crazy, and the manager is one of the nicest, most outgoing and helpful managers I have met. He took close to 10 minutes showing me how to look for coupons and how to save money throughout the store, and walked me down the aisle showing me the best deals.

OK so I came in here today and they had Christmas stuff 50% off they had a set of lights the box said 9.99 on it well I grabbed three went to purchase and two boxes rang up 9.99 and one box 6.49 OK so I said they should be 4.99 and she said she could not change it that in the system the box rings up 12.99 but in my mind I'm thinking they just rang up 9.99 so I said are you a manager she said yes but I can't do anything about it she was so rude to me and so I paid for a sewing machine and they didn't have change for a 100 so the manager rudely says you have to wait til I'm done with my customer for change so rude unprofessional behavior from a staff won't be going back here.

Every item in this store can be found for much less in the surrounding stores in Kaufman. Very overpriced! I won't be wasting my time or money inside of this store ever again.
