I ordered the chicken breast teriyaki bowl and the only things edible within the bowl was the white rice and the veggies. The chicken breast had a hard rubber like texture when I would take bites of each piece. Poor quality chicken breast. What is pictured on the lid is what had to go into the trash.Definitely won't be returning

I LOVE spicy food so I had to try the Mad Spicy chicken bowl. The food was hot and fresh. The taste, the chicken tasted very Smokey, the spice level was medium. My husband got a Large chicken teriyaki bowl. The large is very large. Could easily be shared by two people or one very hungry person.I am giving 1 star because of the mad spicy bowl.I only had half of my bowl and I was in an intense amount of stomach pain and was glued to the toilet for an hour. AVOID

Customer service was good. The food were pretty good! However I were told by the young ladyThat took my order that I would get white rice,Never got my rice that were supposed toCome with my meal. You get nice portion for what you pay. My husband enjoyed his food as well. We will be back again!

Awesome place! Had the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with fried rice and veggies and it was fabulous tasting and hot. Also had potstickers and egg roll and all were done perfectly. They were out of sweet and sour for three egg roll so just used extra teriyaki sauce. Staff very friendly and food was served in 6 min and all cooked fresh. Thanks!!

What a great find! What a pleasant surprise! out with the family looking for something new and with not resemblance to fast food. Not an obvious location, but won't be an issue once the word gets out. This is the first time I actually savored the vegetables on a fried rice! Vegetables cooked on their perfect point, the steak teriyaki was simply delicious, quality beef, not rubbery, great taste, not overcooked, the teriyaki chicken was soft and savory as well, excellent pleasant dinner it turned out to be. Absolutely recommend this place, we will be coming back regularly.

This was my first visit here. Had been seeing it come up come up on Google when looking for food places, so decided to go today. So, the meals come in small, medium or large bowls. I chose the medium teriyaki bowl with fried rice, broccoli, egg roll (chicken) and chicken pot stickers. Way more food than I expected...that medium bowl can feed two adults easily! Anyways, place is nice and clean, service was quick, great customer service. Enjoyed everything the egg roll was fried perfectly, loved whatever the dipping sauce that came with it. Same for everything else. Food was still good and hot by the time I got home. Let my husband try it and he also likes it. He ate the rest of my bowl. He said it was really good and that's something he usually don't say. Everything with him is always, "it was ok"...! Will def go back and I do recommend! (KATY, MAIN STREET LOCATION)

Sooo...Today I wanted something really good to eat, so I decided to try Teriyaki Madness. I got the chicken Teriyaki Bowl and a Chicken egg roll 😋...It was soo delicious! I got the regular size bowl so it's actually 2 meals for me. The Staff was really friendly, helpful and patient, since it took me a minute to decide what I wanted. I will definitely be going back! They have one of my favorite quotes from Maya Angelou on the wall, which really made me smile. If you’re in Katy, they are near HEB on Main Street off of the little turn about. 😎

1.0 star rating8/15/2021Looked on yelp and saw that this place has great reviews, but after ordering and on my way to pick up the food, got a call that they were all out of fried rice and ask to supplement another type of side. I had white rice on one and noodles on the other, but instead they just used brown rice to pass it off as fried rice and was not good at all, very tasteless, had a cardboard box taste to it. The ice machine for the beverage was also out. Very upset because this place had good reviews and was not impressed with this disaster of a dinner for me and my kids. wrote this same post on Yelp and no one ever got back to about this horrible dinner. 1. The best Teriyaki Madness in the local area is on Briar Forest.2. Look at the picture closely. The chicken breast was cooked to the point of dryness. Additionally, there is an ant on the eating surface.Seriously, go to the Briar Forest location, and order a chicken breast. Compare how it comes out with the picture you see in my review. It’s a WORLD of difference.This location, just like the Greenhouse one, sucks.

Paid 18 dollars, one dollar for a tip on 1/29/22 at around 6:20 pm.Ordered the two protein bowl. Teriyaki steak and chicken and an egg roll.The eggroll was fine but the steak in the entree was RAW.Please see pictures below.

What a terrible experience!! September 14th I ordered mad chicken teriyaki bowl with fried rice and veggies. To begin with my fried rice was soaked in mad sauce, and I had about three pieces of broccoli and two cabbage for veggies. I took the food back to return it because I did not like it. The young lady at the register began texting the manager Adelina Jon & Shadia the owner. After about 5 minutes of texting I asked that the young lady give the manager or store owner a call. She then called the owner or manager, and I spoke with her. She explained to me she was driving although she was just texting her crew member and that she could not handle my request over the phone. She did not want to give me a full refund because I ate the chicken so a partial refund was supposed to be issued back to my card. Here it is September 23 and I have still not seen the partial credit refunded back to my credit card. I would not recommend this location to anyone very poor customer service. Very poor concern for the customers very poor management team, and when I stopped in today to see why I have not received my partial refund I was told “she doesn’t know how, reach out and o corporate!” So in deed I will.

This location is horrible. Takes forever for 1 teriyaki bowl. Gets your order wrong. Then tried to charge me more after i already paid and was sitting doen waiting for my food. My receipt had exactly what i ordered and paid for on it. Wont be coming back to this location

This was my first time visiting. I was not impressed. I went 30 minutes before closing time, so I'm sure that played a part in the quality of the food. The chicken was tough. The noodles were hard. The vegetables consisted mostly of cabbage; I thought there would be some broccoli and more carrots.The pot stickers were greasy and all stuck together.The young man who took my order was also bagging up the to go orders. He was working so hard!I don't think I'll be back.

My experience was not pleasant at all. I was told my food was pick up by Door Dash on accident. The workers had to call the owner before they were able to recook my food. Then the owner shows up saying how the workers always make mistakes and never tell the truth about what happened. My food was mediocre at best. My husband and daughter both said how terrible it was. As an owner of a business I would never talk down about my employees to a customer. If there’s areas of opportunity for improvement than it’s the owners responsibility to make sure the employees are trained well. To have a customer have to wait for the owner to run her tapes back before the customer food can be redone is the craziest thing I have ever seen. Then have to wait for the food to be recooked. Terrible customer service on the owners part.

This was my first time trying this place because I had a few friends tell me to check it out. Place was clean and staff was friendly. I ordered a Junior plate to go with noodles and chicken and vegetables. I had the combo meal. Once I got home I started to dig in. I was very disappointed it was so salty and smothered in teriyaki, at the bottom of the bowl it was like a soup drenched in the fluids. Was not happy at all I tried contacting establishment but no one answered. Would definitely like a call back.

Because of an issue with using their app, our meal was ordered on the wrong day. The manager was unwilling to meet us half way or compromise in anyway. So we spent $32 and no food. We will not order from this establishment, nor my family, nor my friends. I should thank them, because of their lack of willingness to compromise, we tried a different restaurant. T Jins China Cafe on Fry Road, the food was amazing !!
