Pets &Pets does an excellent job grooming our dog, the staff is kind and listens to whatever issue or special requests we have had. Our dog was anxious and aggressive with other groomers, she is always pampered here. They have added more services since their opening such as pet boarding and pet taxi👍. Super friendly owner and groomer 🙂.

It was my first time and I loved it!!If you are looking for a nice, friendly and loving people to take care of your babies this is the best place to do it!!As soon as we walked in Diana made us feel welcome and confident, we chose the right place to get our kitties groomed.We brought both our cats for a nail clip and one for shampoo. She went above and beyond and even trimmed our precious baby’s hair down.We will definitely be supporting this local small business! 5 stars ⭐️

My experiences with Pets & Pets Katy are superiors. Tiffany is top notch and professional at caring for my puppy by making him look handsome. Tiffany went out of her way to take some pictures of Scar at the end. I highly recommend Pets & Pets Katy.

Pets & Pets never fails to make me happy with their work!I've often (embarrassingly) brought my maltipoo to them with untamed knots in her hair. "You can shave her down if you need!" I tell them. But they never do! They always manage to keep her looking fluffy and beautiful.On top of great work, they always greet us with friendly care. And the pricings are always reasonable! I can rest assured they will be taking care of my pets with top-notch quality every single time.

I have the cutest mini Schnoodle who is always getting into mischief! Luckily, I found Pets & Pets - they are simply amazing! Booking an appointment was a breeze thanks to their WhatsApp service. Explaining what my pup needed was a piece of cake, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. The store is super clean, secure and easy to find. Our pup's haircut and trim were done perfectly, featuring all his best features, just as we wanted. I was thrilled with how his bath turned out - no scratching or itching! When we picked him up, he was happy and relaxed, which made us all feel great. We love our fur-babies like our own children, and that's why we only trust Diana and her team at Pets & Pets! Update: This was Morty’s third time at Pets & Pets! Diana is so sweet with our boy, taking great care of him, and listening to what we would like for his style. This time we asked for a Mohawk and boots. And, I couldn’t have asked for a better result! He looks so cute and the style fits his spunky personality!! Sasha had her first haircut today! I was so worry because she had lots of hair and tangles everywhere and maybe getting her a nice and cute cut wouldn't be possible, but when i picked her up, i was so moved and happy to see how good she looks now. Thanks to Pets and Pets at Katy and the ladies on charge, my baby looks like a real princess. We will come back for sure and be a regular client. I would recommend Pets&Pets at 100%.

Our dog Luna never looks more beautiful than when she comes out of Pets & Pets Katy 🐾. The staff are incredibly friendly, our doggy loves going there for her grooming appointments (she honestly drags us there if we walk anywhere nearby) and the whole grooming service feels reliable and professional.
