Can confirm this Sonic location continues to be the slowest and worst service ever experienced (adding to all previous reviews on yelp). There is a drive thru window, but we decided to park because we needed to walk the dog since we've been on the road for a couple hours. Pressed the button and took note that we were literally the only customers in the entire parking lot - including the drive thru window. We sat there about 20 minutes before realizing they would never be answering the call button from the parking spot. So we pulled around to the drive thru and waited 3 - 4 minutes before anyone bothered to acknowledge we were there waiting to order. We placed our order with a very curt woman who didn't sound pleased to be talking to anyone, and then we drove around to the window (just a few feet) where we sat for about 10 - 15 minutes before someone came to take our payment. We waited there so long after ordering we almost just drove off without food because we were sick of waiting. We are finally back on the road and are about an hour behind schedule because of stopping at this Sonic. To add insult to injury, when we finally got our order there was a giant hole in the side of the breakfast burrito that we'd ordered.

It's a good place I've gotten to speak to the owner a couple of times. His staff are very good very quick and I have only ever had a issue once or twice. Both times the staff were very pleasant and fixed the problem immediately. I usually go here over anywhere else in town.

Couldn't make an order right if their life depended on it, seriously it's that bad. Worth the drive to kenedy as you'll just have to return to fix your order. Has happened multiple times and No one cares. Even had a someone drop my order to back inside and bring me the same food, didn't even try and male or look better. Avoid!

This is by far the worst Sonic, or any restaurant for that matter, that I have ever been to. Returning from a trip to the coast and all 4 of us being completely famished, we couldn't bring ourselves to take a bite of the "food" we ordered. To begin, one of the servers began by walking past our car and I could overhear her making snarky comments about one of our female passengers to her coworkers. One of the burgers that came out had obviously been left out for at least 2 hours. The breading on the chicken was falling off, obviously double dropped, but cold, the cheese was cold and crumbly, and the sandwich he ordered with no mayo had mayo on it, but the mayo had been out so long it was clear. My snickers blast had stale snickers chunks on top. The female passengers onion rings were absolutely disgusting, and the tater tots were dried out. The so-called manager who was not in a uniform was very unprofessional as well, seeming unconcerned with the situation and unable to resolve it. We left and didnt touch a bite of our 35 dollar meal. $35 in the trash for the raccoons who probably wont touch it.

Definitely my favorite location in the area. It's it weird to say it feels more cozy?It's a little bit off the main road and so a lot more easy to hear and be heard when ordering. The Kenedy location is way more noisy.

Horrible service, order is always wrong. Customer reps rude and improperly trained. Even after they read back order still comes out wrong. Disgrace to Sonic franchise. Slow as molasses and this is South Texas. You can tell that they don't get a slot of heavy traffic because they get even slower than usual, so they're not under a good crew leader or management. Pathetic!

I would put 0 stars if I could. It took 30 mins to get our mobile order. then I tried the drive thru. Another 15 mins! Slowest Sonic I've ever been to!

Got the new pickle fries, not only did I not get the ranch dressing that it is supposed to go with it , but the food was so cold and old, like it was sitting under the heat lamp for hours. Very disappointed.

Did not get my order right. I don't know if it was due to the speaker not working correctly, or if it was on purpose. I would have appreciated if my order was read back to me and know that the lady was done taking my order.

We sat at the drive through window for like 10 minutes, ended up pulling into a parking spot to order, our food took forever to come out, one of our items was missing, and the staff was so incredibly rude that we didn’t even bother asking for it. nice.

My rating is ☆☆☆Drove in to this sonic for a bite on the road to the beach. My food was alright but my Mom's burger was completely wrong. She got a new one but it took 10 minutes. I want to start with "The About" statement is so untrue of the sonic drive-in at this location THE ULTIMATE DINNING EXPERIENCE was so far from the truth. THEY PROUDLY SERVE THEIR GUEST, this is a complete joke. SPEEDY SERVICE FROM FRIENDLY CARHOPS FULL OF FUN AND PERSONALITY, our experience does not begin to even have a rating for this Sonic Drive-in. CJ the manager there after an very bad incident refused to give me the owner's phone number when I asked who was above him. I asked him what was the owners name he said his name was Henry. I asked for the last name, CJ told me he didn't know it. How is it that the manager of this type of restaurant not know the number to the drive-ins owner. What happens if there is an emergency does CJ not have access to Henry's number. I want this individual fired for the treatment he gave us and for keeping the speaker on to invade mine and my boyfriend's privacy, I couldn't even keep my window down, I finally had to roll the window up at which time the enter come speaker was turned of. I will follow up with corporate. I could of left and not paid for the food but instead I chose to be good, I paid my meal, ate it and then left. I can only hope our food was not tempered with. Henry if for some reason you happen to read this review I can only hope you will respond by providing me with your phone number which your manager CJ refused to give me.

We were passing thru and stopped for food at this location. They were quick bringing out our food and great service. The restroom was a bit dirty. Other than that everything was fresh and made to order.

The service was horrible!!! When we finally got through they gave us unsweetened tea because they didn’t feel like making a batch of sweet tea! Had to send 4 teas back!

Service has been better! I ordered on the Sonic app 1 HOUR PRIOR TO PICKING UP, AND STILL HAD TO WAIT 20 MINUTES TO GET MY ONE DRINK AND A ICE CREAM SANDWICH!

Charged my credit card, said it was denied. Then charged my debit card, went thru. Checked my statements 2 days later and I was charged both times, $5.29. Went back and short lady assistant manager took my name and the receipt and said her manager would refund the money to my credit card. 10 days later and still no refund.

I only ordered diet cherry limeade drinks and they were okay. Need more lime juice or cherry, not sure. Staff wasn't friendly until I offered a tip and it was early afternoon.

Somebody needs to clean their ears out over there.Me: i dont want cheese or mustard.Sonic: ok anything else?Me: yeah i want catsup on that burgerSonic: is this going to be a meal?Me: No, but i want catsup on it.Sonic: yeah no mustard got it.Nope no mustard, great- no catsup either. I knocked on the window and gave it back and it came back out 2 seconds later with catsup and a little extra pressure applied to keep it together. Mmmmm smushed bread. Im done with sonic.

1/29/2020 got there at 10:30 p.m. they would not answer intercom and then they turned off lights .it says theyclose at 11:00p.m. i guess customers are not important.need new management.
