I do all my tobacco shopping at The Tobacco Barn in Jacksonville and love the friendly staff, they really know their customers, I'm a regular and they already know what brand I smoke and what I buy and they call me by name too , I highly recommend The Tobacco Barn for all your tobacco needs.For the lowest prices and friendly service.

They are very polite and courteous.The place is great. But they always seem to run out of stock of Kris Kross tobacco.I mean if it's in high demand don't you think you should buy more of it to distribute to the consumer?

Not a good place to buy cigars. Good selection of cigars at good prices, but it's a shame because i bought a cigar from this place and it was so dry that it completely fell apart as i was smoking it. The outer wrapper practically disintegrated. So that was a waste of $10. Should have listened to the reviews saying this place has dry cigars.

Prices are lower than most places. Staff there try to get to know their customers on a friendly basis. Only place I go to get cigarettes in Jacksonville!

I drive across town to purchase an item here! Several times in the past month I've been told they are out of my product! Today I was told the product came in on the truck & was in the store but had not yet been shelved so they could not sell it to me, so I had to drive back across town to Murphy USA to make my purchase! I was manager at this location for 2+ years & know that the truck is checked in at the Brookshire Brothers across the street before being brought to the barn & the delivery is immediately in the inventory, it would have taken an extra 1-2 minutes for the cashier to get the item out of the box for me to purchase, I believe she was just too lazy to look for it! In the past I would have given Tobacco Barn a 5+ star rating! I have been a loyal customer here since 2001 when it opened! From this day forward, I not waste my time going here! I'll pay the extra $$ that Murphy USA charges!!!

Good selection of cigars but they are always dry. Not sure if they know what to set the humidity at. Last time I went in it was set at 55. Should be at 70
