The bakery employees are just awesome. I repaired a machine for them and they were all very kind and welcoming. Behind the scenes it was very clean and sanitary. The manager of the bakery is very attentive to her operation. Very well run. The chocolate mousse cupcake is to die for!!! Thanks for making me feel welcome.

Absolute awful experience with this place. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for a front page ad item to be restocked only to be told they had 1 butcher and it will be out in a sec. I worked 11 years total at Brookshires with 4 years as a Market Manager and gave blood sweat tears, missed lunches, missed breaks and high blood pressure, to make my customers happy. The customer service that Brookshires swears by is non existent at this location. I will NEVER and I repeat never shop here again and if I could give this rating less than 1 star it still wouldn't justify the way I was just treated.

Clean and Normal Displays but terrible Deli-I waited 45 minutes for an I waited 45 minutes for a 12 piece …Wait, it’s on my phone died went out to my car to recharge my phone so I could make sure to have access to my bank and when I come back in they’re like oh we thought you didn’t want it so we put your food back… Lol… Well, that’s gross and you just contaminated all of the other chicken by doing that-, a little ghetto, unless the customer tells you that they no longer want their food why would you assume they don’t want it? . And the chicken was mediocre… and dry yet fresh? Over cooked 👍🏽😂😂😂🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️, I was visiting from Plano. Maybe I’m just used to a higher standard of service, but I am I will not be coming back to the store, ever, when I visit, I will be taking my business somewhere else..

This was my first time shopping in a super one foods. I really enjoyed it. They had good sales on food. The store is well organized. The people working there were very helpful. I will definitely come back here.

Always clean and great products. The only issue I have is the staff does not seem to be that helpful and never greets the customers or offers help. This cannot be said at other Super 1 stores I visit.

Our first time at this store.. we have a special needs 21 year old son. He doesn’t understand the concept of paying for food. He likes to graze as we shop. We always keep the empty containers and pay for them when we check out. We were accosted by an employee and accused of shop lifting.. I present the container that had already been scanned and on my receipt and the employee still was very rude and unprofessional. If you have a special needs child… keep them close to you so they don’t have them arrested!

The staff at this store need better training on how to deal with the special needs community. They not only harassed but accused a special needs friend of stealing. When his parents presented their receipt showing this to be false the staff was still very rude and disrespectful. Learn to do better!

We love super 1! The only thing I would change is that the lady who does the sushi is either trained with better food safety measures or they find her replacement. Everytime I want to get some sushi I'm told no you don't want that, she leaves the rice out at room temp and contaminated rags are used in the process of her making it. Ridiculous that she is able to get away with this for over a year!!

Super1 is an awesome place to shop, including a wide variety of groceries & decent deals. 5 stars to that...Today, me & the lady went to get a coffee at the little coffee shop to the right upon entrance. We stood at the counter for atleast a 5 minutes with the employee literally right in front of us. She just kept on doing what she was doing, didn't look nor offer to tell us to give her a "minute". Needless to say, I said hell with it & we left. When we walked off, she seemed to have a staring problem, oh well.

Some things cost more but it’s still a more comfortable shopping experience than other options in town. They also sell their older produce at a discount instead of simply tossing it out. Very beneficial to the frugal shopper.

One of the best places to go if you like to save. They always have sales and you will have a better shopping experience and save more than if you was to go to Walmart. As for staff they are friendly and agree about how Walmart has become bad at keeping low prices and not great with savings.

So I finally tried the local super one. My goal was to get things I can't get at Walmart. I looked in vain. No one in the store knew where any vegan products were let alone having a selection of them. They did however have 3/4 of a row full of pizza! Glad to know they have priorities. Coupled with the odd layout of the store.....I doubt I come back.

I typically don’t leave reviews. I understand we all have bad days and the customer service is hit or miss at this location and I will usually just let it go, but our experience with the cashier Aubri was the worst we’ve had there. She was rude and acted like it was our fault the systems was not working properly.

It's great to see Jacksonville get another much needed grocery store. Huge variety of well stocked food items. New and clean with wide isles for easy efficient shopping. The only negative I noticed was a fairly small produce section.

Great Customer Service as a person who is wheelchair bound is hard for me to shop but NOT HERE‼️ They go out of their way to help you push buggy around and get whatever you need off the shelves and put it into your buggy then even scanning it all, saving it all and putting it all away in the vehicle for you without a fuss from anyone like employees or management‼️ I'd rather shop here than anywhere else as they REALLY DO CARE ABOUT YOU and their prices are hard to beat I'm 💯% SATISFIED with everything here‼️😊

Well, I never had any problems here. Lines move much faster than any grocery store in town. Best prices on soda and meats. And until Super 1 came into town all the gas stations had over inflated prices. Thank you super 1 for bringing in the competition 🙂
