This store has steadily gone downhill since it opened.It’s junky! Some employees act so rude and do not want to assist you. They also close the store at random times throughout the day while they are inside. The company needs a better hiring policy in order to eliminate employees that are lazy and expect a paycheck for only showing up and not doing any work.

I walked up to the counter and no one was present. They were instead in the back talking loudly to one another. I tried multiple times to get someone's attention to help me checkout but no reply. I coughed to get their attention then someone finally came out only to tell me "You don't have to do that". I asked him, "What?" He said "you don't have to cough", looking at me wide eyed like I was an idiot then squeezed a squeeky toy in my face to show that's how I'm supposed to get his attention.Silly me for expecting people to be available instead of gossiping in the back with his co-worker. I refused to buy anything after his lack of promptness and distasteful attitude towards myself like I did something wrong for expecting someone to do their job.He proceeded to cuss about me under his breath after he went to place the item back. I'll never go to this Dollar General again, and I recommend you don't either unless you want to be disrespected and cussed at. 0/5 Stars.

This dollar store is always closed in the middle of the day. Need to just change the hours of service. Employees are rude. Management does not care. Oh and corporate number is a joke. We have 3 more dollar stores just close it!!! If there was a negative star this place would qualify.

So rude! Handwritten signs in the front doors, looking a Jville ghetto, and the guy working was rude to the customers in front of us and to my husband as well. Hubby picked up the wrong coffee and I realized it when we got to the truck. He walked back inside and told the man he got the wrong one and needed to exchange it...AND THE MAN TOLD HIM NO. Won't be going back to this DG...

The store manager here is so rude. Zero customer service skills whatsoever.Would give zero stars if possible. I don’t even like to give bad reviews because I understand everyone has a bad day once awhile. But this young man is consistent with his inability to interact with customers. He even goes to the point of ignoring you if you wish him a good day.Do better, DG.

Very poor management the store manager was very extremely rude to a person that wasn't tell good and started using profanity towards him also threatened him. I will be contacting corporate on this matter

Not the greatest service and the store is usually messy. However, the store is across the street and very convenient personally.
