I have given multiple attempts but this location has no sense of urgency, no compassion, I have placed multiple online orders in the last 9 months and have only had 1 good pickup experience. Every pickup I have done except 1 has been a nightmare. This last attempt I drew the line. Did an order Sunday morning was gonna pickup on my home Monday I never received any notifications my order was ready so I called the store and the lady told me it wasn't ready they have been on the phone with it to resolve. A waste of my time to go there for it not to be ready. Time is valuable. I'm not a complainer but enough is eenough.the order wasn't ready until Tuesday no notification n9 call nothing. I made the call. The customer service here is the worst. I hate going here and will go elsewhere because it doesn't change no matter how much someone complains about service.

My favorite place to shop. You can pick up a little bit of everything there. They do need to work on their customer service. Some of their younger workers have know clue that they are suppose to smile and be courteous, not rude, but overall a great place

How ridiculous to have a ranch store that doesn't carry large breed dog food. They have small/medium breed food, but not for large breeds. I'm only giving 2 stars because at least they take better care of their plants and have a larger selection than tractor supply.

Tina (store manager) took an unpleasant situation and made it a nice, memorable one (especially for my daughter). She showed compassion, which is hard to find these days. We really appreciate her and her wonderful attitude!

I was there once to get some laundry detergent. It was a pretty nice store. They sell blue jeans, cowboy boots, work boots all that good stuff.

Atwood’s in Jacksonville, at least, is my favorite store to visit. They have so much to offer. I have even been lucky enough to find Cinch and Wrangler’s jeans in my big and tall size. Not a big selection of size 15 or 16 boots but that’s the norm and understandable. I have also purchased two pistols from them including my every day carry. I’ve even found plumbing supplies and groceries. The employees are very friendly home town people.

They have locked fitting rooms and only one key. The knuckle head who controls that key took it to lunch with her, rather than leaving it at the store, so we could not try clothes for size.Does she take it with her anytime she leaves the store? This is truly a shortsighted policy on the part of management.Once again this location fails.

Mid age guy who smelled like old cigarettes, who might have been the manager is a dipstick. He was showing off in front of the young workers (girls) and blocked the credit card swiped. The girls rang me up and he was on the phone talking and wouldn’t let me swipe my card. I left without buying anything and will never go back. I shop there a lot.

I'm in the process of losing weight, I know at 64 I should have started earlier, but needed some new jeans. My current jeans, Wranglers, were ok in the waist, but having no butt (as my wife tells me) there's too much material in the backside.Found some Levi's that not only fit the waist, but the legs also.And they were marked 30% off!It's been 5 years since I bought jeans and this was a real bonus at Christmas time!

We have had nothing but great experiences here! I love the selection of animal food, tools, and garden stuff!! The staff is also super friendly! I had to make a return without Receipt, and they were willing to give me in store credit with no problem! They have become a regular stop for us!

Wide selection of clothing and footwear for the whole family. All departments are well stocked with the staples you're looking for. You can find a variety of pet foods and supplies at good prices. Great place for spring plantings and supplies, providing a wide selection of vegetables and tree stock.

Once in a while you just need something to get you through - that's Atwoods, IMO. There's a few necessities you need, on the farm. The 4, instead of 5 stars, is due to a couple of issues I've had - the biggest is the consistent entry/exit cookouts, many for church groups, where you almost feel ashamed to tell them, "No. I don't want it." 50% of the store seems to be off brand, though much of it is decent quality - better quality than Frarbor Hate. It is sometimes difficult finding assistance, as well, though when you find it, it's typically solid.

I walked in. There were 4 team members standing at the front talking. No said a work to me. I walked around the whole store because it was my first time going to Atwood. No one offered to see if I needed help. Or even care that I was there. So if I'm going to spend my money than I will go somewhere that will welcome in into there store and ask to help me. I went down the street to Tractor supply. Were I was welcomed into the store. And helped getting my purchase. Thank you Atwood for showing me what I don't want . And thank you Tractor Supply for caring for the people that walk thur your door.

Could not get any help, the one employee that showed up accused me of trying to steal lol. He was extremely rude. He told me no one just walks around without putting stuff in there basket. If I would have had help would have had things in my basket. Was planning on bying a lot of stuff. Now I will be going elsewhere
