This is usually my favorite walmart but I had a bad experience today when i was using the self checkout with the associate Imelda.There was a product I was buying that the store incorrectly priced and she didn't want to honor the price (which was only a few dollars less). I work in retail so I know how it is when customers leave things in the wrong place but there was a lot of the same product priced the same and even a big sign above them. It didn't help that she had a condescending tone.

I usually go there to get my essentials as the prices are fair. Lately, they have not had my dog food Wild Free Salmon and Pea 24 lbs. When I asked CS person she said we are getting 1. I’m like 1? Why does the store not stock appropriately?

Good store; this one has a lot of toys. In heart of Palmhurst, Tx. Friendly staff, I needed some gifts for nephews and this sucursal really surprised me. Has a lot of good options, a lot of variety, brands, styles. I love it. I think they are specialists for toys :)

This Walmart in Palmhurst TX has the unhappy store greeter ever. She doesn't smile, greet you, thank you, just a stone cold face. Unfriendly staff they rather continue stocking than to help customers. Pallets on the floor creating a safety hazard, dirty floors, pop of cans open and I saw a roach in the grocery area when I mentioned that to a store employee he didn't seemed to care and continued with his grocery online picking. Do yourself a favor and visit the McAllen, Mission and Edinburg Walmart stores where employees always friendly, have outstanding customer service skills and clean stores.

I bought two batteries for my truck with 3 years of free replacement. The batteries went bad, so I proceeded to claim the batteries. They did not have them in stock, so they weren't able to exchange them nor get refunded.

Terrible customer service!! They accused my sister of stealing $3.98 shorts and had her in a room for 3 hours with her children. Walmart, do better with who you hire!!

They have good pricesMost of my house items money goes to WalmartThey have nice and descent watches for less than $20They have this amazing Oak Leaf Moscato for $3-4 dollars and is really goodBetter than some other winesAnd the flower arrangements are so pretty i just buy flowers to decor the houseI like it because is close to home and now they have more self check outs which is more convenient for me

Over frustrated that stuff isn't the price of where I get it from! I got some tri-stride and I'll put a picture where it clearly said 5.50 for them and when I went to the register it ranged as 6.97 in total 7.55 with taxes. And since I was in a rush I didn't care to call a manager over.. there is two pictures I was getting them for my spouse and sent her a picture of which ones did she want and she told me to go for the cheaper ones, which I did.. but in the end it wasn't even for the price of where I got them from, mind you there were many more of the same type listed for that price..

this is a walmart located in a lower- medium class neighborhood. so prices are way lower than other stores also sometimes some people drops itemsnon the floor. make sure to lock your vehicle.

Humble, humility, kindness, that's what it takes to be a good person. When I first got there Eduardo. Eddie saw that I needed an electrical cart and got it for me. I was struggling on the way out to put my groceries in the car. He saw me and he came to me to help me. He was sent from heaven because I'm very grateful. To top it off he's extremely nice. Thank you so much. God blessI feel so blessed the lady that helped me last time. She is the one that cleans so that we can have clean hygiene restrooms . She helped me again today and I am so grateful. The man that has already taken mobility carts outside. He's done it several times for me and it's greatly appreciated. Thank you

I have a service animal which is less than 4 lbs tiny little dog and the 2 times I have gone into the shop I get reprimanded by the store greeter (which they don't even greet nor smile and look like they're so unhappy there) making me feel like a liar. I have shopped at other Walmart stores and have never had an issue. Is it due to the demographics of the type of people that come in or just the type of people that get employed here, not sure but I will continue shopping online instead of going in and getting questioned and having to explain myself.These people need to get a crash course on "customer service for dummies" and re-learn how to interact with customers and or people in general.

Got accused of stealing pokemon cards because I was "Hanging around" the aisle for a long time. They asked me to leave and they said they had video proof of what I was doing, I said let me see please, they didn't wanna show me because obliviously they didn't have anything and they threaten to call police if I didn't leave.I'm sorry but I'm pretty sure the people that work here are so bored that they have to pick on some kid?
