I shop here... a lot. Maybe too much? The employees are always friendly, the store is well organized, well lit, and clean. I especially like that the employees are actually well educated about the animals and products that they sell, unlike many pet store chains. The store is much larger than it appears to be from outside and has a terrific selection of products at prices comparable to other stores in the area. All in all, always a pleasant experience, and I see no reason why I won't keep coming back.

Great place! Friendly, helpful service. Our pup had fleas some time back and we were freaking out a little. They recommended a flea collar and all-natural shampoo, and we haven't seen a flea since. The food selection is good. A bit pricey maybe, but you get what you pay for and the rewards are great. We accrue points every time we shop and frequently get money back. Our dog doesn't do chew toys, so I can't speak on those, but it looks like they have a sizable selection, as well as numerous other pet products. They also usually have bunnies, kittens, guinea pigs, etc.

Prices are better than other pet stores (even Amazon) and with the buy 10 bags get 1 free deal it's with it. They also honor veterans with specials for them. Each time I go they are cordial, helpful and kind. No complaints from me.

We went looking for specific flea and tick collars. Not only did they have them, they also price matched them! We have put off getting the collars because of the price but we were able to get 2 for the price of one!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!

Great store, great customer service. We went in to look at zebra finches and they had plenty. Unfortunately the person knowing the finches most had just left but we were still able to get what we wanted. Other than pallets partially blocking one of the handicap ramp on that particular day we had a great experience there. Lots of dog and cat toys and dog and cat food. They have snakes and reptiles and ferrets and rabbits and cats and hamsters and guinea pigs and of course several different kinds of finches and parakeets.

Love this place. I feel like they actually care about animals more than a petco or petsmart. They have great deals for saving with their free membership as well. The staff is also super knowledgeable and friendly. Literally watched an employee entertain a crazy cat lady for 20 min as she told him the story of her cats life. He didn't rush her or make her feel like she needed to move along. It was super sweet. And the kind of lovely interaction you wouldn't see at a big franchise. Besides I may be that crazy cat lady one day.

We weren't looking for a certain flea and tick collars. Not only did they have them, but they price matched them as well!! I've been putting off getting these collars because of how expensive they are but we were able to get 2 collars for the price of 1!! The staff was very friendly! We will definitely recommend this store and will return!

The store is well stocked with higher end products and some live animals. The animal cages and tanks were clean and cared for. The staff mostly ignored me though the young man at the front end did offer assistance and greeting

Awesome customer service. Employee (sorry, didn't catch her name) helped us get a bird cage. The one I wanted was on the top shelf. It was difficult to get, she was awesome and did it with a smile.

Great visit! Stopped over here since I was off & this local is closer to home than the Fielder shop in Arlington I pass to & from work. Was promptly greeted & offered assistance - was even asked if I'd like my large bag of cat food lugged to the car for me! I like this chain a lot

Just left store with out buying anything, spent about 10 to 15 minutes in store, two (3 when I walked in) employees by register an no one offered to help. Sad

I got a toy there for my dog just got from pound. Let me tell you he loves it. When hit against ground it lights up. Part squeaky. He talked it just swing it against the ground over and over. Plus they provided us with a bag of dog food for free.

So don't ever go to pet supermarket bought our 2nd rabbit from them just to find out it had parasites and days from dying when i called the told me to take her to the vet i did and got the $35 medicine went to pet supermarket to see about a refund for $100 worth of vet bill and medicine and they denied me and told me it was on contract, they read it to me and nothing on there it said what they advice me and basically blamed it on me for listening to there employee. Real nice pet supermarket for nothing but my money. Never again will go to any locations.

Best prices i have seen, even compared to shopping online. Also, there is a nice variety to choose from. Teresa L checked me out and helped me during my shopping experience, she made the trip extra wonderful and was very kind and knowledgeable.

Love this store, they were resourceful in helping me find the perfect food for my 17yr old cat. I like their policy, that if your pet doesn't agree with food, bring it back and we'll try another.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous staff. The store is clean and organized. The animals they keep in the store are healthy and taken care of. The prices are very reasonable and they offer coupons for extra savings.

I used to go to Petco or Petsmart for Chameleon feed, but this place has a lot better selection. You can get Hornworms, Meal Worms, Wax Worms, crickets 🦗, etc. The staff is very friendly as well, definitely coming back.

Sold me a sick rabbit and was mad that i took it to a vet to get it well again. Then did not want to cover the cost of the doctors visit for a sick rabbit they sold me. Based there stance on the fact that there warranty doesn't cover doctor visits for sick pets they sold. I do not advise anybody to go here. Even the employees say they are a shady company

The most friendly and helpful staff at all the pet stores I visit. They always have a great clearance section and it is usually grain free food for my cat and dog

They have a small kingsnake in the shop that is extremely thin. They've either never feed the thing, or it's been refusing food since hatching and will soon die. Every time I go here there is a tarantula being housed incorrectly. Arboreal species need arboreal set ups, terrestrial species need terrestrial set ups. If you don't understand any basic knowledge about the animals you have in your care, you shouldn't have them. Clearly they are concerned with profit and not with the animal's well-being. I won't be returning.

I was pleased that I was greeted at the door, however I was not happy with the general customer service. Also, the prices are a little high and a staff member refused me service because she suspected I wanted to feed their rabbit to my snake.

Permanently Closed now....This is a pretty cool pet store.Prices are not to bad much lower then petsmart.Animals look very happy here very claim too.Workers are very friendly .Two Thumbs Up for me.

I'm truly going to miss this place we've been here for about 2 years... now and this is the only place, that I take dog to , get her treats and my cat to get treats & thier the food as well the staff there are amazing you can just feel the love when you walk in there !

I absolutely love coming here. The employees are always very nice and helpful. I find that a lot of the prices are lower than what you would find at Petsmart or Petco. Great!!

Came in to buy my dog food and asked the employee where pedigree food was the SNOOTY old man looked at me bothered and said "we dont sell that, thats bad dog food!" If it was bad food my 7 year old dog wouldnt be so damn healthy! And i didnt want that why the hell would i come here asking for it?! What an idiot! And lack of consideration and custumer service!!!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.... BACK TO PETSMART IT IS!!!! (id give it no stars, but thats not an option!)

I found the prices to be less than Target & Tom Thumb and they had an abundance of toys to select from. We found what we wanted at a price that was reasonable.
