We were a drop in for nail trim. Austin does Sophie's nails every month. Sophie is a rescued Blue Heeler and a handful. She is Always perfect for Austin and done in 10 minutes. It's amazing.

My dog was washed, pad trimmed and combed out with a Big knot at the base of each ear. Who would send a dog home with knots in her ears? There’s no way a dog would have a thorough bath with those knots! I paid right at $100 with tip and tax and come home and need to work on these knots. Ridiculous!

I was a walk in for my dog. People were polite and courteous. And, without hesitation, they were willing to take care of my dog. We got the full treatment shampooing haircut, toenails cut, and buffed. Because of being a walk-in, they thought that it would take three hours, but they were actually done in an hour and a half and she looked wonderful and smelled great. Everything was wonderful.

Well I was getting items for my aquarium and my venus fly traps but the lady at the register oh my God she made my day and I thank you I just wish I could remember her name. But she was very friendly nice patient she gave me ideas on my product that I was carrying and also gave me a pretty good laugh as we stood at the counter conversing.Again I want to say thank you and it's people like you they keep the world going good and keep it smiling thanks again. It was the very first experience for our near 200lb pup to get groomed professionally! Not only did he come back to us excited and happy, we were informed and treated very well! Natalee was absolutely amazing! So was everyone else in the store! Natalee even helped bring our pup out to our truck as I had my toddler with me! If we need Harold groomed again, we are definitely bringing him back to Natalee!

Our family member, Miss Rose (rescued pittie) really seemed to be happy with the care. Just wish we could see her getting groomed. Natalie gave her a good report card! We use Petco for all of our vet, nail, and grooming. Great workers, and staff!

The groomer told me she was Unable to use clippers on him he is matting under his belly and I told her I wanted to avoid that! She did not even trim him she just bathed him and put his hair in a ponytail she could have done what I asked and trimmed him as much as possible if she is too afraid to use clippers she should not be a groomer! How is my dog suppose to learn to be groomed if she let him get away with snapping at the clippers! So thanks for nothing! I don't even thing she brushed his teeth which I paid extra for! His breath smelled fishy! Thank you again for nothing! Shelby was the groomers name and my dog's name is Prince Snicker Doodle

The groomers at Petco are the best! I have tried other places in town and no one does near as good a job for the price! They always try their hardest to make my baby feel comfortable and loved and safe! They are kind and provide an excellent service.

We recently had the loss of our older dog Tanner he was 12 years old. I have been bringing him there for at least 4 or 5 years and the support of your team, made this visit easy, our Benelli had a rough go, she was missing her fur brother. Great cut for his first real groom. I just wanted his face to be more trimmed around his snout, but overall he looks so cute! I love it. And the groomer was so kind and very patient with our boy!

The store is clean, staff courteous, and Taylor tries to go the extra mile, even carried Jonah to the car for me in the rain, because I have to use a cane and can't carry him. She is aware of his age and arthritis and takes care of things quickly and conscientiously.
