I went in to this store to get bottled water for my grandsons game. There was a young woman with kind of short with black hair, she was extremely rude and raised her voice at me. all I did was ask her where the cold water was. She said we didn’t have any, then I walked to the back and there was a gentleman there and he was very nice and I asked him where is your water? I just need some single individual waters and he showed me. He also told me that there should be some cold waters up by the register so Icontinued to walk up to the register And that’s when I found the waters and put them on the counter. One of them rolled off and I asked the girl did that fall off and she said don’t assume anything and I said you have a problem and she started raising her voice at me and then a tall gentleman came out and took care of me and was very professional. This woman does not need to be working in customer service at a retail store, I am visiting Huntsville from Houston and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a store she was actually scary and made me feel very uncomfortable.

I stay at the studio six and I go to the Dollar General all the time. I’ve never had any issues except for recently one time where I broke $100 bill and instead of giving me my full $90 back she tried to hand me $70 and expected me not to notice. Other than that great experience.

Kuddos and Amazing service by the morning store manager. Very generous and very helpful when ask locations of items or when help is needed with the coupons. Cleanliness and organization of store is just immaculate. Keep up the great work sir.

The cashier at about 8:30am today was extremely helpful and did a great job. He clearly cared about health & safety, the store’s rep, and having good customer service

This Dollar General is more a like neighborhood discount store. The prices are pretty standard for discount stores but it’s convenient, clean and friendly. The Manager is a a very nice person and will help with any questions you might have. When items go on sale they are definitely competitive. super friendly and helpful. This location is relatively new

Not happy, I bought a $55 heater and it doesn't heat to the performance I was expecting so I went to return it and they will not do a refund but they will exchange for the same heater?!? Why would I bring back something that wasn't working up to my expectations and exchange it for the same item? I have my receipt I paid cash why can't I get a refund?

Good varied selection at this location. Usually have whatever I'm looking for in stock. 4 stars instead of 5 because this store is very crowded, difficult to get around in in a wheelchair with so many items in the aisles.

I give this store 5 stars. I have a Dollar General directly across the street from my subdivision on Sam Houston Ave. Huntsville Texas, and it's disgusting, the staff is so rude and unaproachable it's crazy. I go out of my way to drive to this store. It's neat and clean, and the staff goes out of their way to help you find what you're looking for. There's a night crew that sings all the local radio songs as well lol! ❤

A Dollar General is a Dollar General. It is what it is. But this place is better than the others. Every employee I have encountered has been very helpful and personable.

Every time j have come in to this particular dollar general store the cashier and manager are outside with customers inside. Both smoking cigarettes closer to the entrance than that is allowed by city ordinances. Leaving out the doors with out an employee in the store when customers are there is against company policy. Will be contacting district manager tomorrow.
