Best experience ever. For the first time grooming appointment with my little Bella. I loved the explanation over every package. And honestly will definitely consider coming back again. Mellissa did a beautiful job. As so did all the other groomers. I also got my Bella a toy and treats. Her little heart was so happy. Thank you for showing all your kindness and love to my little one. ❤️

I have a fish aquarium and not to knowledgeable about fish 🐠, I bought 4 fishes thinking I knew how to take care of them, 3 days later 3 died so I took the dead fish back and they returned my money, that was a plus! I was determined to get my aquarium going so I went to PetSmart to get educated. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable, she was cleaning the fish tanks and in a matter of minutes I learned about the different kinds of fishes. Awesome customer service! Now I have more fish and they survived😆

WENT TO THIS LOCATION YESTERDAY WITH THE WIFE AND KIDS. LOOKED AROUND THE STORE AND GRABBED A FEW THINGS.AT THE TIME TO CECK OUT THERE WAS ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE AT THE REGISTER. AT THE TIME A CUSTOMER SHOWED UP WITH AN ONLINE ORDER, THE LADY STEPPED AWAY AND WENT TO GO LOOK FOR THE ORDER. COULDNT FIND THE ORDER, CALLED ANOTHER PERSON.NOW SHE WAS JUST STANDING AT THE REGISTER, WAITING FOR THE OTHER EMPLOYEE TO GO AND FIGURE OUT WHERE THIS PERSONS ORDER IS. MEAN WHILE SHE COULDVE CHEKED US OUT AND MADE THE ONLINE PERSON WAIT WHILE THEY FIND HIS ORDER.THIS IS DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT, LACK OF TRAINING, AND ITS NOT MY FIRT BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION. WEEVEN ASKED HER, ARE YOU GOING TO TAKE CARE OF US, OR MAKE US WAIT? SHE LOOKED CONFUSED. GET SOMEONE WITH COMMON SENCE TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS AND CAN MULTITASK.

First time bringing my furbaby to PetSmart grooming. And the groomer Melissa was kind enough to explain their packages to me in full detail, along with advising their sales. I ended up decided on the fur-minator bath. I can honestly say their shampoo product has solved years of shedding problem my dog always suffered with. I'm going on 2 months now after her first bath, and its such a huge improvement. A big thank you to the groomer Melissa for taking care of my baby!

I got lucky & called on 4-22 to schedule my fur baby his comp appointment. I was surprised to find out that I was able to bring him in the next day instead of waiting a week.Too him in this morning by 9a & he was done before noon.Also there was not much of a wait time.Once I picked him up from the Vet, I decided to buy him a New collar. Price was reasonable. Yes! He's chilling.

IT IS THE WORST haircut or whatever they call it, I left it to my cat to get a haircut, and they gave it to me like this, saying that it would not allow itself to be cut, I wonder which cat allows its hair to be cut or bathe? So if they don't know how to do a service, why do they offer it? look at the result of how they left my poor cat, do not take your pets there, I do not recommend it at all.

They carry some hilarious products for pets. We were in the market for a soft cat carrier. We bought the only one available. I would have liked a gender neutral one but pink is okay.

This is actually being refurbished after Hurricane Harvey. Ot will be re=opening in February 2018. Everything has been replaced. It also has a Banfeild pet Hospital on the inside.

Looks like Petco will be the place to go. Brought our newly adopted dog in to pick out a new toy and was screamed at by an employee for not having him on leash. I explained to her that he cannot wear anything right now as he is still recovering from a neck injury….. she didn’t care. We held him most of the time there but he was set down periodically to pick out a toy and to get a name tag engraved. He weighs 10lbs and wouldn’t hurt a fly.

Friendly & helpful staff. I was not sure what type of fish I should go for in my huge fish tank ~ the young lady seemed knowledgeable enough for me not tp mix aggressive fish with calm onesAnd I was able to get suggested a great calming jacket vest for my dog baby.

Grooming here is awesome! I have groomed my standard poodle all his life so I was a little nervous about how well he'd do in the salon. Zach groomed him and did an amazing job - he even managed to brush out his ears instead of shaving them (they had some mats in the ends). His topknot and tail puff looks great and the blending between ears and topknot is fantastic.

Used grooming service. This time the location of 59 in humble. They did great with my baby girl. Princess looked happy and gorgeous. Cut m trim was done as asked. And it was done beautifully

Like to head here for crickets. It is a bit of a drive, so we add other places to make it worthwhile. The problem I encounter fairly often is no crickets, but I don't know this until I get to the cricket bin. Not a huge deal, just inconvenient. I do really enjoy the groomers. They do a really great job... minor "errors" occasionally, but not enough to go somewhere else.... oh, and remember to tip the groomers!

I do not recommend their grooming services. They charged me $78 for a bath and brush and didn’t even do no fkn trim or anything!!! I should have paid attention to the yelp reviews… do not bring your fur babies here!

I've come in while thinking of getting rid of my puppy. The young ladies there talked me into keeping her and even informed me the best way to take care of her without breaking the bank. Thank you kind as my brother kids clammed her as soon as I gotten her home. That covers their Birthday gift. LoL. Have a Wonderful year and thank you again.

Adopted my cats from a rescue here and I forgot the name. Just wanted to say how wonderful they turned out from being extremely feral. The women that adopted them out was so sweet and always checking on them. Highly recommend working with the rescues here. They’re amazing.

I don't usually leave negative reviews but the person Holly your store has working in the front register should definitely get trained again . Not only did she roll her eyes as soon as she saw me approach the register but didn't even tell me the amount I needed to pay and as I walked out I did let her know that she shouldn't be rude to customers because that is the reason she even gets paid She waited til I walked out of the store to yell stuff at me trying to be sarcastic and I guess have everyone else see she gets to be petty with customers By the way this happened at 7 pm on 12/30/22 What a joke Believe me it doesn't bother me at all it's sad really and bad for business Smh Never coming back here again
