I really like this specific store. I bring my puppy here regularly for grooming, and she is always excited to come. Most of the employees (not only the groomers) know Lamb Chop by name. They always tell me how much they enjoy her every time she comes in. To me, it makes these visits really personable and stress-free especially to know my fur baby is in good hands. Thank you all so much for always taking good care of us!

I will not spend another dime in this store (this location or others) until the animal neglect/abuse stops!!! Please take care of the animals you use for profit! Associates are aware that they are keeping animals in inhumane conditions and are not advocating for the animals. They have plenty of supplies in the store to “fix” the problem but they refuse. Ball Pythons are basically cooking alive in their enclosures. Temp 105-110° and 15% humidity is AWFUL! Do not support this company! They need to be SHUT DOWN!

These poor animals. A quick Google search can show that these animals are being kept at the wrong temperature and humidity, which is most likely uncomfortable for them. They should be required to train employees on this type of thing if they aren't already doing this. And if they are already training, they need to keep a better eye on it.

No one was is the grooming area. I came in to inquire about grooming services. No one came to greet me. My husband and I started shopping so as we were checking out I went back to see if anyone had returned. Still no one was there, except another customer who seem to be trying to pick up her pooch. Which was then obvious to me that we both were asking the same question "where are the employees". Without waiting any longer I decided to just leave.

Diana and Kaylee are both AMAZING!!! they took their time to answer all my questions and concerns with out any problem!! they’re so respectful, kind! about my situation with my puppy! they were beyond helpful 🙏🏽thankyou so much both of you girls for explaining well everything to me very professionally and giving me beyond the extra mile for costumer service. I came in to return an xl dog crate and Lacey got it out of my car without hesitation. Very friendly, she recommended several different toys for aggressive chewing, and I picked out 2. Excellent customer service, and thank you so much for the tips!!

Lady was nice, however, I’ve never seen so many dead plecos, I counted 6, and there were so many other dead fish that were obviously dead for over a week, they need to find a better fish person

This store is really clean and well organized. The customer service was excellent. I couldn't find the item I came in for and asked an associate for assistance. He was able to direct me right to the item. I was surprised and glad that the associate told me the item I was looking at wasn't going to work for my situation. Unfortunately they didn't carry what I needed. But was glad that I didn't spend the $40 on an item that wasn't going to work. Even though I didn't purchase anything this time I definitely will be back.

Lexia and Becca did the grooming on on dogs.They were very kind to our pets and that's appreciated. I've had groomers, from another store, treat our dogs a little on the rough side and this was a pleasant change for all.They didnt come home traumatized like they have in the past.Usually theyd be clinging to us but they've come back and are super relaxed.Very grateful!

KC is the best groomer ever. My fur baby has very high anxiety when getting groomed and she was amazing with him. He I got there to pick him up he was so calm. That was a first and I've had him for 5 years. I've finally found the right person to groom him. Thank you so much KC for the TLC that my fur baby received from you.

I bought a bag of dog food on Amazon from Petco. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. My dog is a chihuahua and I ordered large breed. I contacted Petco at Amazon and they suggested that I bring it to the store for the exchange. Colby, the store manager, was super nice. He offered to carry my 25 lbs bags returned and did the exchange for me. The service was exceptional. 5 star for sure!

Staff and manager Nichole doesn’t know how to handle a tokay gecko and refused to sell the gecko because of two things they can’t handle it and because I am Mix.. Since she is the manager and have problem with people of color she either needs to be returned or let go.. what pet shop cannot handle animals?? Also I had a little wait, she didn’t want to come out I had asked for help twice.... thumbs down..
